Chapter 0 - Tragedy of a Cruise ship

A ferry ship was heading to a certain island. This ferry is highly recommended by various critics that loved the beach of this certain island. Many lost souls would come into this certain island to be soothed from the stress of life. In particular, this Cruise ship accommodates about five hundred passengers. With a color scheme of blue, the cruise ship is state of an art vessel.

In this ship, a man with a grayish hair, average height, and sleepy eyes boarded the ship. He is a passenger that got lucky to be on this ship. This is his first time being on a ship heading to a resort island. He didn’t want to go, but, his family insisted. They wanted him to experience the beauty of the world. This simple man has been rather depressed for seven years already.

That is why in worry his family told him to come into this place. They wanted to show him how great life can be. After all, this man has lost his way the moment he graduated from high school. Unable to live with confidence, he became a failure to other people’s eyes. His family, however, doesn’t see him that way, thus he isn’t that bothered at all.

His family is all he had.

That is why because of Family that he came into this ship.

But even so, he would never know that what awaits him here is nothing but tragedy. The ship got off the port, went to the seas and everything was fine at the moment.

The certain young man, who is named Ramiel, looked at the endless sea before him. Standing on the front bow of the ship, Ramiel liked the cool air, the view, and sounds of the seagulls.

His hair fluttered as the sea wind meets. Various passengers were near the pool, clamoring, drinking, and enjoying various foods presented to them. This Cruise ship costs a lot. Ramiel looked up the prize of the ticket that was bought for him, that is why partly he didn’t dare to refuse to come into this

Ramiel sighs while leaning at the rails of the ship. Thinking about how he ended up here, he recalled back his past. The various heartbreaks and the disappointment that comes with all of it, you could say that Ramiel is a man lost in the sea of life. He didn’t know what to do with his life. He merely thought that maybe he could find an answer to this life.

So as he stares upon this sea. His head was in turmoil, his heart twirling, and soul empty. He just can’t find anything that would make him believe in a purpose to continue. He isn’t a good athlete, he doesn’t have any talents, and his skills are rather mediocre. Ramiel is an average man, suffering an existential crisis, and fear towards the future.

Dimmed eyes, and surrounded by a heavy mood. Those who tried to talk to Ramiel got driven away. Above the sky, there were strange lights hovering around. Ramiel looked at the sky, he tilted his head to the right, his brows furrowed and tightened. His hand made a little shake, and hand seems to choke his neck.

“What is that?

Ramiel wondered at the sky. And before he can even move his mouth again, a bolt of thunder pierced the center of the ship. Boom, the ship rattled at impact with the thunderbolt. Ramiel braced himself while trying to regain his balance. The people who were having went into a wild panic.

The boat is sinking.

Everyone who was sane started running looking things that might save them. But Ramiel was stricken in fear, his legs got stuck on the ground, but strangely he was calm. He felt like he was just staring at a movie. Playing before, he thought in his head that this is surely a dream.

But it wasn’t.

And because of that, the ship who got hit by that strange bolt of thunder slowly started sinking. The passengers have started to jump, and before long Ramiel was the only one left on top of the ship. Ramiel prayed, but the scene in front of him changed. And before long, Ramiel got dragged into the bottom of the Ocean.

While sinking deeper along with the cruise ship, Ramiel’s last thought was his family. Remembering them, he could not help but scream at the thought of being unable to see them ever again.
