Chapter 3
Black stand right in front of the castle now. He had two options.. he sneaks inside or chooses his most preferred option, which is beating everyone up until he is in the laboratory of the castle. Black was well aware of the fact that in the castle are far more, better trained knights, then some doorman. So he choose to sneak inside. The castle was pretty big so he first needed to run through the grand garden full of flowers that smelled horrifically sweet.
Black were hiding between the bushes but continuously getting closer to the castle gate.
“Here are less knights then I expected..”
He thought and finally got to enter of the castle building. Black still remembered where the laboratory used to be, so he got the stairs up and were standing right next to the door of it now.
Rapidly he heard footsteps.
“argh..shit”, He thought and ran quickly behind a close corner.
“Wait .. these footsteps don't sound like knights at all.. they are much lighter.”, Black noticed.
He lurked quickly from the corner to see who it was. Black saw a small person with a brown mantle and a big hood covering her entire back of the head and hair. She also had a box with her, Black noticed something was wrong with the box. The box moved from it's own and made screeching noises. She also were carrying a sword made by dark iron, just as the one Black saw at the blacksmith's place.
He knew that was the person, he was searching for.
Black Quickly jumped out of his corner draw his sword from behind at the throat from the mage. He stand so close to her now, that she could feel his breath from behind. Black whispered slowly in the ear of the mage.

“Don't make a sound. Open the door to the laboratory.”
The mage did as he said. The door opened and they moved in the room, his blade remained at her throat. “When I move the blade back in my sheath, you will turn around and remove the hood from you but won't scream or try anything, understood?”
Black said in a strongly serious tone. The mage nod and he removed the sword from her.
She took the mantle off and Black finally were able to see the person. He made a very surprised face as he didn't saw an scared old mage lady, but a girl that didn't seemed scared at all. On the contrary.. This girl looked rather angry. Black knew her from somewhere but couldn't recognise from where.
“How dare you scarying me like this?!” She asked in a rather higher voice.
“Hold on.. This voice.. I remember”, suddenly he remembered.
“Kiomi?”
“That's right.. took you long enough to remember me.” said Kiomi giving Black a wide smile, almost like she knew about Black hiding earlier.
Kiomi was the princess of the kingdom. She had long messy pink hair that was hold together by a hair tie and on top of her head she had glasses. In her face was a cute small nose and green eyes. Kiomi was a bit smaller then Black. Black saw her the last time when she was a very small girl, but she had grown a lot, now she was of age and even Black got flustered seeing her after all that time.
“You have.. changed”, Black said while having a straight face. Kiomi's face went from a smile to taking a closer look at him. “You too.. from where did you got all the scares, you used to not have that many.” She gave back to him.

“Well.. a lot happened since.. you know” .. “Since my father banned you from the kingdom, yeah I know..” Her voice got serious and looked right into his red eyes, continuing speaking “I never got the chance to apologize to you.. I am so-” “You were a kid, don't worry about it.” He cut her off. And changed the topic immediately.
He gave her a judging expression.
“More importantly.. Are you the one who killed the ancient dragon?” Black asked while his face sharpened.
“Killed the ancient dragon?”, She asked.
Black got tense.
“Yes. The ancient dragon with great powers.”
“great powers?”, she asked again.
They both looked at each other for a moment until Kiomi burst out in laughter.
“Great powers huh? You really think there is a dragon with some ancient great powers?”, She asked him exhausted from laughing.
Black's looked confused and felt like his dignity were hurt.
“Please Black don't tell me you believe in these children tales.” Kiomi said, getting her breath back.
“Why did you killed him then?” Asked Black while raising his voice a bit.
“I didn't killed any dragon. What I did was, I gave the dragon a shrinking potion, he drank it, so I could cure him here in my laboratory. I would never kill a dragon, not to speak of one of the most interesting and strong ones. He was sick and I was trying to help.”
Black looked distrustful.
“Then where is he?” He asked .
Kiomi got the box on her desk and opened it. Black watched closely what she was doing.
After the box opened a little dragon jumped out and sat down on her desk.
Black spectated the dragon a small while, until he asked “Why did you need to cure him?”.
Kiomi looked at the dragon again and answered Black.
“He was dealing with dark magic. Someone must tried magic on him while he was sleeping or just defenseless. I could feel his psychical pain all the way to the castle, I couldn't let him be in that torment.” .
“I see.. Sorry because of the blade on your throat earlier.” Black mumbled to her looking on the ground.
She smiled at Black again and just said “It's okay, I know that you are always on your guard.”.
Black looked at Kiomi affirmitive.
“Well.. now that this is clarified.. I will find my way out of the kingdom again, it was good to see you again Kiomi.” He uttered to her, while already turning back directed to the door.
“Wait please!” Kiomi shouted to Black who was ready to leave.
Black stopped and turned his head back to Kiomi. “Let me buy you some dinner! I bet you haven't eaten in some time.” She said and wasn't wrong with that. He hesitated to answer her.
“You can even pack food for Haru too.” She added. Black could stay without food for a good time but he hated when Haru was starving, so agreed. “Fine. But somewhere without many people. I know a place here” He said. Black turned fastly and opened the door, wondering why Kiomi wasn't following him.
He looked at her again and asked:
“Are you coming?”
