《Chapter 12》Some Magic Training
After my father has left the room, I then continued on eating until I've completely finished my meal.
Ding!
System Notice You have consumed 1.53 Kilogram of meat from the {Fire Imp}! Plus 1 Strength!
In which then, with the help of Grimsly assisting me, I then butchered the remaining parts of the deceased {Fire Imp}'s body into five separate individual parts.
I then stored it all inside of my interspatial inventory space.
'Now what should I do with myself in order to pass the time.' I asked myself an important question.
And then an idea struck me, and I thought to myself, 'I wondered if I could imitate the {Fire Imp}s with my own golems.'
I then closed my eyes and visualise the mental image depicting that of the {Fire Imp} creature inside of my mind, as I've then instinctively activated my [Golemancy] ability.
My magical power is then rapidly drawn out from my body, and sunk into the ground, in which then the volcanic ash from the underground miniature volcano, would gather together to form a huge lump of ash conglomerates.
The ash conglomerates then begin to wriggle around, rapidly taking shape of a humanoid creature, almost like it has a mind of its own.
A single 1-star bronze rank golem core then flew out from my Interspatial inventory space, and then immediately entering the still forming ash imp body.
After the glowing orb, which is the lone 1-star bronze rank golem core entered the still forming ash imp body.
The {Ash Imp}'s body then hardens, taking a more solid shape, as the four strands lumps of ash then become its own four limps; two arms and two legs.
And at the same time, a head and an imp tail then sprouted out from the {Ash Imp}'s main body.
Though its facial features are far less more pronounce than the actual {Fire Imp}s creature, thereby making it a cheap imitation of real life. A stone statue or sculpture of some sorts.
The {Ash Imp Golem} then sprung to life, as its pair of eyes then ignited, like a spark of embers in the dark.
The {Ash Imp Golem} stood tall, standing about above 4 feet in height, whilst towering over my small infant stature.
Its pair of four finger claws then sheen, releasing a dark lustre, and when used, its sharp enough to cut through the barks of trees, and leave behind thick scratch marks, resembling bear marks.
Ding!
System Notice You have created a 1-star bronze rank {Ash Imp Golem}! 100 MP is hereby consumed! The {Ash Imp Golem} has been added to the list of creatable golems! 'The overall intellectual stats of the {Ash Imp Golem} is slightly higher than the rest of the other ash golems.' I thought so to myself
'Its dexterity is quite good, considering it has four razor-sharp fingers and no thumb. It can slash its own enemies, with its sharp claw, and conjured up small balls of fire magic.' I thought.
'Whilst, possessing fingers for limps, means that it is capable of wielding weapons and using tools to a certain extent. Without the thumb to stabilise your grip.' I thought so to myself.
I then named the {Ash Imp Golem} Kuroshiki.
Ding!
System Notice The {Ash Imp Golem} has permanently been changed to Kuroshiki!
With the remaining magical power reserved that I have left within my arsenal, I then summoned another {Ash Hellhound Golem}.
I could then feel my magical power immediately being drained and used to build the ash golem.
At the same time, the ground that which I lay upon has become a bit displaced, in which the volcanic ashes is used up to make the body of the {Ash Hellhound Golem}.
Ding!
System Notice You have created a 1-star bronze rank {Ash Hellhound Golem}! 100 MP is hereby consumed! 50/250 MP
Afterwards, I then split the ash golem groups into two teams, for the purpose of increasing the number of hunting ground and scavenging for food.
Grimsly {Ash Hellhound Golem} will be accompanied by an Unnamed {Ash Hellhound Golem}, Huginn {Ash Crow Golem}, and Kuroshiki {Ash Imp Golem}.
They will be going outside hunting and scavenging for food, around the facility, whilst at the same time gathering some supplies that I could work with.
The other team consists of Crowley, Silva, and Muninn. Since they are a bit more higher level, they are allowed to hunt a bit more further from the base.
In the meantime, I spend my time leisurely playing with my [Minor Earth Control] ability and [Tier 1 Astral Lunar Magic: Small Snowball], whilst levelling the skill up.
System Notification You have casted the magic skill [Tier 1 Astral Lunar Magic: Small Snowball]! 10 LP is hereby consumed!
A small snowball is then formed, the size of a golf ball, floating seamlessly above my hand.
It takes about 1 MP every minute in order to maintain the magic spell constant, as the warm temperature then melts the snowball slightly.
However, the magical power that is wrapped around the snowball is keeping it cooled, and preventing it from melting, but it does not last long as the magical power is eventually used up.
I then throw the small snowball in between my hands and catching it with the other, whilst pretending it was the hot potato game.
'I'm sure am quite lonely...' I thought so to myself.

Holding it into between my fingers, I could instinctively feel the wetness of the water that is melted from the small snowball touching my skin, as it was quite soothing.
I then watched the small snowball then steadily disappears right before my eyes, shrinking by the second.
Meanwhile, Huginn quickly ascends into the air, with Grimsly and the Unnamed {Ash Hellhound Golem} following behind shortly after it on the ground.
Whilst, Kuroshiki is currently riding on the back of the Unnamed {Ash Hellhound Golem}.
From being high above in the sky, Huginn has a bird's eye view of the entire surroundings, up in the air.
He then immediately spotted a small pact of three wandering {Stone Skin Hyena}s, scavenging around the facility closely, as they are up for claiming.
Huginn then circles around the pact of three {Stone Skin Hyena}s, up in the sky, whilst giving the signal to the group that he has found an easy enough target for them to kill.
Whilst, riding on the Unnamed {Ash Hellhound Golem} Kuroshiki and Grimsly then enter the pact of three {Stone Skin Hyena}'s the line of sight.
Kuroshiki then immediately starts conjuring up balls of flames and threw it at the pact of {Stone Skin Hyena}s.
[The individual named Kuroshiki {Ash Imp Golem} has casted the magic spell [Tier 1 Fire Magic: Small Fireball]! 10 MP is hereby consumed!]
The small fireball landed, struck the ground and exploded, releasing embers of flames outwards.
And some of the small fireballs that Kuroshiki conjured up manages to land on one of the {Stone Skin Hyena}s, and completely singed its skin and burned some of its furs off.
The small fireballs that Kuroshiki has conjured up, manages to deal with some superficial damage to the {Stone Skin Hyena}.
As the many {Stone Skin Hyena} then howls in pain, whilst staring down at Kuroshiki in utter rage for the pain that was inflicted upon them.
The small pact of three {Stone Skin Hyena}s then charges ravenously towards the group's location, their stone-cold eyes all eyeing down Kuroshiki's figure.
As their figures then draws near, and the distance between the two slowly shortens, and Kuroshiki finally made his own move.
He then stood up onto the back of the Unnamed {Ash Hellhound Golem}, and when the {Stone Skin Hyena} neared, he then jumps, utilising the Unnamed {Ash Hellhound Golem} as a floorboard to push him off the ground.
Kuroshiki then agilely lunges himself forwards, like a frog, as he brought his razor-sharp claws out.
He activated his skill [Fire Claw] ability, which imbues heat energy into his own claws in order to increase its penetrative capabilities and attack powers.
As he falls, Kuroshiki manages to land on top of one of the incoming {Stone Skin Hyena}.
With his imbued thermal heat claws, Kuroshiki then claws into the {Stone Skin Hyena}'s tough rough skin.
The {Stone Skin Hyena}'s tough skin did put up some resistance, after more strength is added, Kuroshiki's [Fire Claws] manages to successfully penetrate through the {Stone Skin Hyena}'s tough layered skin.
The {Stone Skin Hyena} then howls in great pain, as several red hot knives are then dug into its sides.
And Kuroshiki then continues to ride it, straggling on top of the raging {Stone Skin Hyena}'s front, like a somewhat experienced bull rider.
A bull rider is someone who gets on top of a bucking bull and attempts to stay mounted on top of the creature for as long as possible, whilst the animal tries to buck off the rider.
At the same time, whilst Kuroshiki is targeting the middle {Stone Skin Hyena}, Grimsly and the Unnamed {Ash Hellhound Golem} also joins in the fight as well.
Each of them, taking on a single lone {Stone Skin Hyena} by itself, proofing their own capabilities on a one on one fight.
Hounds are generally the best breed of dogs that were domesticated to become hunting dogs. They possess either a great sense of smell, biting strength, and running speeds, or maybe all of the above.
The Hellhounds are in general far more dangerous than the actual hounds of Earth, enough to give them the nickname of the 'Omen of Death.'
Hellhounds have been said to have fur as black as coal and possess the smell of burning brimstone.
They tend to leave behind a burned area wherever they go. Their eyes are a deep, bright, and almost glowing red most of the time
Other features that have been attributed to hellhounds include glowing red, or sometimes bright yellow eyes, razor-sharp teeth, super strength or speed, ghostly or phantom-like characteristics, foul odour, and sometimes even the ability to talk.
In cultures that often associate the afterlife with fire (Hell), hellhounds may have innately fire-based abilities and appearance.
Not so far off from Grimsly and the Unnamed {Ash Hellhound Golem}'s current appearance.

The Hunt
Cecily's blade swung, hitting its mark as always. The man's arm fell to the cold grass of the prison with a familiar thud. He let out a blood curdling scream. A warning to the rest. Stay away, the Hunter is here. That's the name they'd given her, the Hunter. After she cut off the man who tried to rape hers masculinity, they stayed away. She'd made it clear anyone who tried to touch her would be hunted and slaughtered. Cecily kneeled down, pushing the man's face into the dirt so she could use his back as a seat while she trifled through his belongings. "You're hurting my ears," she told him, no remorse in her voice. "Quiet down before I really do kill you."The man but his lip, well aware that she wasn't lying. Sobs shook him, making for an uncomfortable seat. She, however, didn't particularly feel the beed to kill him. It happened, not often, but it did. "Oh, hush up," she hissed, taking out a bag of rations with her metal hand, "it doesn't hurt that bad."With her good, human hand, she dropped the plastic bag of food into her own bag. She pushed up, off the man back. As she was about to walk away, bag slung over her shoulder, brushing against her autumn colored braid, she turned back to him. "Consider yourself lucky," she said, no hatred in her voice, there never was. "Consider yourself lucky that you didn't do anything stupid. And even luckier if one of the scum bagged criminals in here feel a little light in their hearts and help you. Consider yourself luckier if you die there."With that, her old black and white Nike sneakers carried her off into the brush of the huge prison.
