《I Can Respawn In The Apocalypse》Chapter 64: Shopping Spree

After buying the 4 elemental skills and puppeteer book I used up a total of 50,000 DP.
[156,799,542 Balance DP]
The balance didn't change much and instead increased more due to all the things absorbed by the dungeon over the last few hours as well as the Zombie Corpse it turned to DP after me and my sister finished killing. The DP is constantly increasing now due to this fact.
I have a lot of DP I can spend on skills now.
While browsing through the skills I found multiple good skills that I do want.
But they were extremely costly. One such skill was Hephaestus Hammer. It was a skill that was of the Legendary grade. It also cost 1,000,000,000,000 DP... There was also the requirement of needing to learn the Advanced God-smith skill. Or there was a lower requirement which was having obtained Hephaestus's Inheritance.
I can not buy this Skill but neither would any other dungeon on Earth. At least not in a very long time.
The seer amount of DP needed for the skill is 1 Trillion and since you also need to buy the other skills you would need which lead up to the basic requirement of Advanced God Smith Skill it would be much more than 1 Trillion.
I can't touch that skill for now but there was still a lot of other skills in the Store which sold for much less. I also won't only be buying skills for myself but also for the people who will join me. I need to have a team of survivors who have ESP abilities for a team with only physical abilities aren't going to cut it after all the Zombies Tier up.
I started buying basic skills off of the Store.

I bought a total of 1050 steel body skills for all the guards. This makes all my guards have a defense of a Steel armor and then a Double defense of a steel body.
This skill is one of the most practical and cheapest skills sold inside of the Dungeon Store.
[151,549,542 Balance DP].
This will make sure of the fact that my men for at least the first month of the apocalypse will be able to keep order in their respective zones.
Now onto the next most important issue which I need to solve.
The issue is food.
Feeding thousands of people is not going to be an easy thing to do. Especially not when Zombies are roaming about outside.
This is why I'm also going to get the skill Plant Control.
Its a Class A skill which is also unable to be obtained after it is bought.
This skill can help ease the food problem by increasing the speed of the plant's growth.
I do want to get a create food skill but it isn't in the DP store.
Meaning I can only go for a different skill summoning.
This skill has can be bought as many times as wanted for it has a rank.
The reason I bought it is because it can summon creatures from another world and in our case we want to summon a beast that we can kill and loot for meat.
The skill isn't supposed to be for that but because basic level summoners have a low chance of summoning a strong beast it was thought of as a way to harvest food instead. The summoner skill requires a lot of luck to use for the beasts one summon will be either extremely weak and not be useful to the summoner, therefore, they will become a waste of resources to contract or they might be too strong for the Summoner to control thereby having to let it return or be killed by the summon.

I grab a hundred of this skill book which costs 10,000 each meaning 1,000,000 Dp in total.
[150,549,542 Balance DP]
I now should focus on making a base on top of the dungeon.
Although the dungeon is big enough to fit all the men I'm going to recruit, I don't want everyone to know that I have a dungeon under my control for its going to be my trump card.
To build a secure base in manhattan what I'll need is to make some walls that can block the Zombies from coming into survivor camps.
For that, I'll require Earth magic users.
There is also the problem of clean water. Naturally, the fix to that problem is water users.
I buy 50 earth skill books and 50 water using a total of 1,000,000 DP.
[149,549,542 Balance DP]
I think that's all the Skill books I need to buy for now.
What I need now are the men who are trustworthy and have enough stats to handle to skills stat penalty.
I need to find 1251 people who I can entrust these skill books to...
Yeah, easier said than done...
I mean I can find 1251 people as after I clear out Chinatown and group together all the remaining survivors. But the problem I'm going to face is if they are going to be trustworthy or not.
For each of these skills, books are going to be an investment of a large amount of DP.
If the men I entrust these skills to decide to take the skill and then escape then I'll be losing my investment.
Meaning I'll require collateral, but in the Apocalypse, there is almost nothing that will be enough collateral for the skill books.
Meaning I need a different way to keep these people from taking the skill and then escaping.
I think about it and then come up with an Idea.
I'll mark each person I give the skill books with a drop of my blood. This way I'll be able to find whoever tries to take the skill and then run.
This way even if they do run away after taking my skill books I'll be able to find them and kill them so they can't escape and become a traitor.

The Girl from the Mountain
Alexandra Bedford is a weapon, a young woman with telekinetic powers capable of leveling entire cities, born to fight in the desolate remains of post-apocalyptic North America. There is only one problem: she may be losing control of her abilities. Sixteen years after a global pandemic devastated the earth’s population, the lines in the old United States have been drawn between the Cheyenne Directorate in Colorado and the New England Alliance on the East Coast. The Directorate, of which Alexandra is a part, is a small but powerful organization dedicated to returning the country to its former glory. However, when a diplomatic mission to the New England Alliance goes wrong, Alexandra finds herself at the center of a bloody civil war. Battles are fought on the old highways and in dilapidated towns and once-great cities. And as the conflict escalates, all of North America faces the threat of being burnt away by nuclear fire. Against this backdrop of war, Alexandra tries to uncover the long-hidden secrets behind the plague, her abilities, and the two men fighting to decide the fate of the United States - Henry Bedford, Alexandra's father and leader of the Directorate, and John Martin, the mysterious figure at the heart of the New England Alliance who may hold the key to everything she seeks. None of this will matter, however, unless Alexandra can prevent the power growing inside her from taking over and consuming the very world she is fighting to save. Author's Notes: I appreciate you taking a look at my novel, The Girl from the Mountain. If you're a fan of post-apocalyptic fiction, military thrillers, and/or cosmic horror, I think you'll enjoy this story. I completed the novel's first draft back in 2011 and made significant changes in 2016. Since then, I've more-or-less sat on the manuscript while working on other projects. Thanks to a bit of prodding, I've decided to send this story out into the wild with some touch-ups and additional revisions. I welcome any comments or criticisms, and I hope you enjoy The Girl from the Mountain!
