The dungeon then started calculating in his mind, he was looking for loopholes. If I was to get a bunch of my dungeon creatures to surround and kill him then wouldn't he die? I'll just wait until he lets go of me and then I'll summon a whole lot of monsters and beat him to death!
"But you can't plan anything against me nor be involved in trying to kill me or anyone close to me. That includes humans under my protection. Of course, that's under the circumstance that they don't try to destroy you. If you do try then you will have your soul eradicated."

There isn't even a point in counting on Lifespan running out for the moment I die I'll be revived. Meaning Life span isn't worth shit anymore.
I look at the dungeon with my friendliest smile and sign the contract.

The dungeon, on the other hand, the dungeon was also smiling because of the fact that his life span is almost limitless. On the other hand, the stupid human can at most live up to 200 years. In order to Tier up he needs to pass a Trial tower, and passing through that thing with the body of a human is almost impossible because of the Alien Lifeforms in the Tower.
The chance of this human dying is almost 100% if he was to show even the slightest bit of talent. Even if he passes it the Tier 6 tower will surely have people who take notice of him meaning it'll be impossible for him to survive it. Even if he was able to pass the Tier 5 advancement tower he will at most be able to live up to 350 years that is 650 years less then the original contract.

Plus the chance that he can live the entire 350 years is a question in itself. For this is an ERA of chaos. Although the lifeforms from the otherworld can't come over now, in a couple of years when the protection period ends the Tier 5 and 6 Beings can come to this world easily and crush him.
To think he even made it so that I won't suffer a backlash if he was to die. This stupid human sure is dumb.
Each had their own plans in mind. The 2 old foxes soon signed the contract. A contract which the self-proclaimed strongest dungeon core #891 would later regret signing.
This contract is a lifetime contract that has almost no way to be ended. Since Li Xin is can't die...
So unless the dungeon core was to die the contract will continue for almost eternity.
The dungeon quickly used 1000 DP to trade for a Contract and had a contract drafted up according to what was discussed.
After both sides agreed that there was nothing they weren't unhappy about they both signed the contract quickly.
The dungeon wished to sign it quickly because it thought that it had a good deal and didn't want the crafty human to change his mind.
While Li Xin wished to sign it for the same reason except he knew that this contract is going to be a total scam.
The dungeon is so stupid that he has already stupidly sold himself to Li Xin but is actually helping him count how much money he could be sold for.
Both old foxes had a smile on there faces even after signing the contract. They even said courteous words to each other such as...

After Li Xin finished scamming the stupid dungeon into a lifetime contract which it could never get out of, He heard a large BANG.
The sound came from the entrance of the dungeon. Apparently something or someone has intruded into the dungeon.
