《I Can Respawn In The Apocalypse》Chapter 37: Seal

The skill is much safer now compared to when I didn't understand the skill for what one fears most is always the unknown.
What I understand about her mind control skill so far is that her skill is an active skill that is activated by herself. The skill, therefore, requires mana to activate. So I believe that if I was to disrupt her connection which was made from mana from her target it might prove useful to stop her mind control. But since the skill is an active skill I also believe that running out of mana might make her skill stop functioning as well or maybe disrupt the skills connection.
Maybe if I attach a Mana Prison Collar on her I can disrupt her flow of mana.
Mana Prison is a type of material that is birthed by the world during the apocalypse. The material is a kind that makes Mana into a state of Chaos thereby causing the mana to become extremely hard to use. By making mana chaotic the mana becomes sealed.
A mana prison collar is a tool made by the magus civilization to capture Evil Magus criminals and Magical Beasts.
It is a really handy tool for all beings that have the collar on will be unable to use mana or will have their mana reduced considerably due to it becoming hard to control.
But Mana Prison is a Material that is only birthed after the first blood rain meaning that I don't have any on hand. The material is also extremely rare and is extremely expensive.
Due to the material being extremely useful at sealing away mana.
But the question now is whether I should keep her or not.
I don't have any of the Mana Prison Materials right now but as long as I keep her skill under tight supervision until I get the collar I would be able to gain a powerful weapon.

I also have her son so it's good insurance.
For now, I'll seal her ability to use mind control.
I quickly speed towards the doctors and survivors and immediately knock them out.
I then walk towards Julie. Her power is way too powerful to leave alone. I can't have someone who has the mind control power roam around freely. I also can't just let her mind control all my subordinates for if she was to revolt it would end badly for me.
So I plan to first seal her power and then if I can find a Duplicate stone I will be able to duplicate a 1-time use copy of her power.
Keeping Julie is dangerous but is surely worthwhile. For the power of mind control is just to good to give up. As long as I have her and a duplicate stone I can also get the power of mind control. Although it would only be a one time use.
There is a special way to seal powers in which all people know in the later stages of the apocalypse.
The people in the apocalypse learned this technique to seal a skill from the Magus Civilization and that is a Seal Card. A seal card is a magic card that can temporarily seal mana from a person for some time. The card is similar to a Mana Prison stone except for the fact that Mana Prison stones are permanent whilst the Seal card can hold only temporarily.
Meaning I will need to make a lot of these cards to make sure that Julies Skill is sealed.
The requirement needed to make a Magic seal card is quite simple for me to get.
It requires a sacrifice. The stronger the sacrifice the stronger the seal.
Usually, people make the seal card with Zombies. To make a Tier 1 card you need to sacrifice 100 Tier 0 Zombies or 10 Tier 1 sacrifices or 1 Tier 2 Sacrifice. Every other tier is 10 times the previous tiers requirement.

All sacrifices made to create the card will not earn you any Evolution points for the entire existence of the Sacrifice will be sacrificed. Meaning body soul and evolution points as well.
But if the creator of the card was to sacrifice himself to create the card the creator would be able to boost the Tier of the card depending on how strong the creator of the card is.
With my skill respawn and with my Tier 2 body. If I was to make a sacrifice with myself I believe that I can create a Tier 1 Seal card to seal her and due to using myself as a sacrifice the Tier would be boosted by its duration.
The skill respawn is quite something if I don't say so myself.
I quickly take out my pocket knife and cut my thumb. I next draw a Magic Pentagon Sacrifice Circle using my blood as the catalyst.
Soon a sacrifice alter was created.
I step into the pentagram which was at the center of the 5 pointed stars and started the chanting to create the seal card.
I started up the sacrifice altar and soon bloody array dimes around me and surrounds me in an aura of blood.
A bright light shines and I disappear leaving behind a red card.
The card has golden edges to show that it's been boosted by self-sacrifice so the card is a Tier 1 boosted card meaning a card that's halfway to turning to tier 2.
After about 10 seconds though I respawn and grab the floating card which is in the middle of the sacrifice altar and the card slowly stops glowing.
[Tier 1: Sealing Card (Boosted)]
Seals Mana of the target in which the card is used.
Most effective on Tier 1.
I immediately put the card in to use by placing it on the head of Julie.
Seal!
A red light burst out from within the card and quickly turns into chains.
The chains wrap tightly around Julie and then sinks into her body until it disappears.
