"Oh, I think I made the right guess. Lets first start firing at the most possible hiding places."
I take my gun and shoot at a door to a room in which doctors were to go to change their outfits.
"BANG!"
"Aw, so he wasn't there now onto the next target the refrigerator."
"BANG!"
After a few rounds of shooting the targets to shoot at started to narrow down.
I also started shooting slower and slower.
I already found out where the little guy was hiding.
But I just started to close in on him slowly.
To find the guy was quite a simple thing to do. All one needs to do to figure out where one is hiding something important is to look at the eyes of the person who hid the object.
She didn't for a second stare at anywhere I shot meaning he wasn't hiding somewhere I would look to shoot.
all she was staring at was me.
I pointed my gun at the ventilation duct above my head this time.
"Oh, maybe he's in the ventilation duct."
I smile and then a look of horror passes her eyes.
I shot towards the ceiling.
Her face immediately looks up and when she sees that I only shot the ceiling she became relieved.
I look at her in the face and commanded her.
"Have them release the Doctors or else my next shot will not miss."
But the survivors didn't put down there knives and instead kept it near the doctor's necks.
Can she not command them telepathically? Hmm... I need to test it. I suddenly fired a shot at the ceiling once again scaring her immensely.
But the doctors are still being held, hostage.
She starts making noises through the cloth-like mm... mm... but nothing happens.

Hmm... so they have to listen to her command.
I push her against a pipe first and then lock her handcuffs to another one and then locked those handcuffs to a wall. My time for Ashura Berserk is about to end.
And the countdown began...

Location Set: New York-Presbyterian Hospital (1st Floor)
The reason why I choose to respawn on the first floor instead of the first is to check and see what Julie will do after I escape. I need to check whether or not the survivors under her control will help her out. If they help her out and don't slice the doctor's throats then her power can be used to issue commands without saying anything.
I know that she will probably be surprised with me suddenly disappearing so she'll be on high alert so to force her to use any skill she might have I'll set the building ablaze, although there are still a lot of things I can scavenge from the hospital like the food on the first floor or the equipment which I can use for the first few months. But none of that is as important as finding out how Julie's mind control skill works.
If I can understand the in's and out's of her skill then I can find out limitations of it.
All skills have a limit or a disadvantage. Even respawn has one which is the fact that you can't respawn when you aren't dead. So for her mind control skill, there is a weakness. Although the more you use the skills the stronger they become and that in turn helps plug up the weakness.
But the skill Mind Control which Julie has is only at its first stage and she has most likely yet to fully understand and be in control of the skill.

Right now is the best time for me to figure out the limitations of her skill.
I set the entire first floor ablaze. Due to already turning off the water the sprinklers systems don't do anything. The fire doesn't show any sign of stopping as I had also left a trace amount of gasoline in the stairwell leading towards the third floor.
I quickly make my way up the stairs to the third floor through a different staircase. When I get up here I am surprised the kid which had gone missing had pulled the plug from his mother's mouth.
That, in turn, had given the witch back are powers.
But I can still observe how she uses her powers right now.
I can see that the remaining survivors were trying to unlock her handcuffs with a paper clip that they found off the desk but are failing miserably.
I'm about 99% sure that she can't command the controlled telepathically meaning any way to make orders to people she can't reach. So if she was to control any of my men I would be able to simply lock them up and as long as I prevent them from suicide before I kill her then they would cease to be under her control.
Something good to know.
I look at the child by her side and it seems that he hasn't been controlled for he is still moving about quite freely,
This means that she has control over her skills! So it also means that her skill won't simply target all the people she speaks to passively and rather it is a skill that she needs to will.
There is also a good thing to know about such a skill and that is the fact that a skill which is willed is something that requires mana to use, The mind control skill requires mana which means that mana has a connection between her and her target meaning I might be able to cut her connection with her targets if I was to disrupt the targets flow of mana meaning as long as the mana frequency that her targets have is disrupted her control over them might also be erased.
Of course, that is only a guess and has yet to be proven.
But it is a good start to understanding her powers.
