Dragonar, an alliance of the strongest dragons on Terra united under the cause of ‘keeping order’. However righteous it may sound, you should know that order is perceived differently by every race.

Protecting the weak and stopping crimes, that is the idea of humans. The dragons’ outlook of the word ‘order’ wasn’t that different, or two poles by how you judge it.

Stopping the lower beings, as they call mortals other than themselves, from defiling the beautiful world is their idea of order.

If they deemed someone as dangerous, then they would move out and annihilate that person no matter the cost.

Dragonar was also known by humans as the Dragon Summit and some had forsaken their titans after seeing their magnificent form.

The hierarchy wasn’t complex, with only 17 dragons in it, they usually called them by their ranking. Any dragons below the first 9 were known as Great Dragons and the others were called Elder Dragons.

This was the case for countless millennia, but they now numbered 18. This was since the birth of Urgere, the infant of two Elder Dragons. Currently, she was 20 years of age and was still considered a toddler by dragon standards.

She was also one of the few brought to Terra for Helios and Eris’ devious scheme.

(How’s it going?) asked a woman with a mocking voice. This was all inside Urgere’s head and she knew it.

‘What is?’ she answered with her thoughts.

(Your… maturing.) Eris barely held her laugh.

“Enough of that, what kind of creatures consider 20 year olds toddlers, who actually are toddlers.” shouted Urgere out loud. Thankfully, no one heard her shout.

(Heh, anyways, I can age you until you’re 100 years old.)

‘20 hellish years, and you fucking tell that to me now?’

(But I have one condition.)

‘Fine, I’ll do anything.’

(You have to escape and regroup with someone.)

‘And how do you expect me to run away from this place?’

(I sent someone.)

‘You actually sent someone to the Dragonar HQ?!’

(Well, yeah. But don’t worry, he can easily handle 3 Elder Dragons no problem.)

‘I’ll be waiting then.’

The sun was just setting as the sunlight abandoned the 2 meter long Asian dragon with azure scales.

She was currently lying on a soft green pillow. Surely enough, her parents came. One was an azure-scaled Asian dragon like her, but the other one was a red European dragon.

If one saw their appearance, he/she would think that they didn’t belong to the mortal realm.

A green light flashed as a human appeared before the 2. “Who dares venture into our land.” said the azure dragon with a loud, yet calm voice. The voice was that of a man, revealing that he was Urgere’s father.

“Isn’t it proper to introduce yourself before asking someone’s identity?” said the woman with a calm voice, completely unexpected of someone facing 2 of the strongest creatures in the mortal world.

“You have guts, human.” said the female dragon as she used [Flame Bomb]. A giant ball of condensed flame appeared from her mouth.

She swallowed it, and slowly turned her head to the uninvited guest.

She opened her mouth as a giant beam of fire shot out at a speed invisible to the eye. As it hit the woman, it exploded.

*Bam!!!*

The dust cleared, revealing a green ball of stone covering the woman and a crater below it.

Then the azure dragon roared [Nine Heavens Thunder].

The night sky changed colors numerous times as it settled on blue, the same as a sunny day. But this was only the calm before the storm.

A thunder no less than 20 meters in radius fell down on the green ball, deepening the crater.

*Bam!!!*

[Burst Impact] shouted the female dragon as fire rushed out from the ground below the green ball, resembling a volcano.

It was lifted from the ground and without wasting time, the azure dragon used a skill of his own.

The name was [Divine Judgment].

A giant hammer, no smaller than the previous thunder fell on the stone.

*Crash!!!*

There was nothing on the ground, revealing a deep crater.

‘I knew she was kidding.’ thought Urgere.

“What a terrifying move.” said a woman from behind the 2 dragons.

It was a beautiful woman with a body that would tempt the purest of men to chase her. Her hair was black, with green endings. Her eyes were green and the cornea was black.

“Jade Empress, what are you doing here?!” shouted the azure dragon.

“Calm down, Leidan. I’m not here to fight.” said the woman with a playful tone “Give me your newborn and I’ll go away peacefully.”

“You have grown arrogant, to act like that here.” said the female dragon.

“I think I was addressing Leidan.”

“You dare!!!” shouted the red dragon in self-defense.

“It’s fine, Uvnai.” said Leidan, addressing the female dragon. “State your reason.”

“You dare sell off your child!!!” shouted Uvnai at the top of her lungs.

“Calm down, will you? I can’t reveal the reason, but I assure you that no harm will come her way.” promised the woman called Jade Empress.

Uvnai then launched turned into her human form, becoming a beautiful woman capable of rivaling the Jade Empress in beauty. However, her face was contorted in anger.

Her red hair turned blacker by the second and it became completely black in the end.

[Hellfire Devourer] she shouted as a mass of black flame formed around her palm, which was pointed towards the Jade Empress.

It didn’t stop at that, as the air around was pulled towards it and it grew in size.

[Jade Knight] said her opponent, as a giant soldier of jade appeared before her. It stood as tall as the sky, its head over the clouds. “Attack.”

The giant jade knight then condensed into a smaller size, about 20 meters in height. This way, it would become sturdier.

It then drew its sword and slashed at the ball of flame.

*Crackle!!!*

The knight of jade burned down, turning into ash. Although rocks weren’t supposed to turn to ash, it just did in front of her eyes.

“Now that’s dangerous.” she said as she disappeared in a green light.

The already launched black flame couldn’t possibly be stopped.

The flame devoured everything it encountered. The mountains turned into dust, growing in size until it was as big as 2 mountains put one over another.

It was then that the Jade Empress came back. She had appeared from the ashes of the burnt [Jade Knight].

“So, do you have anything else?” she asked as she approached the black haired dragon.

“Leave!” said Leidan as the small dragon floated to her hands. Although small, it was still big, so it looked far bigger than the Jade Empress.

She threw up a small jade from her pocket and a pillow resembling the one she was lying on formed.

“I’ll be leaving now.” said the woman as they both disappeared.

Then Uvnai’s anger turned to Leidan as she launched at him. It was then that Leidan turned into a human as well.

He became a handsome man with azure hair and kissed her.

Uvnai could feel her eyelids growing heavier as she fell into the warm embrace of sleep.

Urgere was standing inside a forest clearing, which the Jade Empress brought her to.

A purple light swallowed her up, startling the woman.

It then lifted from the ground and grew in size, becoming not smaller than a truck.

As the light subsided, there was a giant dragon standing there, at least 15 meters long.

Dragons’ physical growth would halt at 100 years of age and only the magic prowess would grow.

“Did Eris do that to you?” asked the Jade Empress.

“Seems like it.” said Urgere, now capable of speech. If one were to compare a dragon’s age to a human’s, 20 would be 2 while 100 would be 10.

Dragons could practically live forever, considering that they aren’t gravely injured in battle or cursed.

“Anyways, I don’t know your name.” said Urgere.

“Oh, I never told you, did I? I’m Lucy, the Jade Empress.” she said with a smile “It’s your turn.”

From someone called an empress, she was surprisingly not arrogant and friendly. She probably got the name from her strength alone.
