《Paradiso》Chains Of The Fated

Squelching wet sounds were heard in a tunnel; the splishing and splashing of organs being stepped on brought a smile to the face of a horrible being. It looked like a human besides the fact that it had no head, and the face of the creature was on the torso, a creature of the night twisted by the evils of hell.
Human bodies lined the walls tied up in chains, most of them dead or in too much pain to make a sound; walking up to one of the humans that was still crying, the demon smiled its evil gaze ripping its surroundings apart.
'Graghh huumaan, lookkk reel guedddd' Lowering its face towards the human's stomach, it opened its mouth and started to tear into the flesh silencing the humans' sounds while making new sounds of its own.
The wet viscera slipped into the belly of the demon warming it up and satisfying the creature's will to feed on flesh.
Hot tears rolled down the human girl's face as she saw her legs being torn out from underneath her and her organs slipping down into the demon's stomach. A couple of other humans looked at their friend being consumed alive and started to sweat and cry softly, realizing that there was no escape from the creature of hell and that they were fated to die.
"CRACK" Ringing through the tunnel, a gunshot broke out, making all of the humans turn their heads towards the sound and smile hope breaking out on their faces. The demon stumbled as one of its big watery eyes shifted to the source of the gunshot; the other one was punctured, and blood flowed freely from the destroyed organ.
Moaning in pain, the creature charged the man holding the gun. And got shot five more times in the process, slipping on the organs that littered the floor; the demon fell to the ground with a wet smack.

The weight of the creature flung up the rancid smell of rotten corpses and organs. "Ah fuck! Stupid piece of shit, why can't you die normal, even in death these fuckers cause issues."
Wiping off the blood and some random pieces of flesh that the creature had flung up, the man pulled down the hood he was wearing and lit a flashlight up.
The light shone on the desecrated and broken corpses that hung from the wall. The ones that were still alive started to cry out of happiness.
"Thank you for saving us! How can we repay you?"
"Yes I will do anything you want just get me out of these chains, I want to see my wife and kids!"
Other voices joined the first, begging to be freed from the literal hell they had to go through, the trauma from the past weeks deeply ingrained in their minds forever. The monster would occasionally bring rotten food and force the more miniature humans to eat it. It hoped to fatten them up before it ate them, some were simply too skinny when they arrived, and the demon did not like that.
Speaking out to the humans on the wall, the man's face was blank. "Save? That is not to be the fate of the chained."
Holding out his gun, he pointed it at the man then shot him in the head. Reloading his gun, he made his way down the line of the chained and killed every single one of them without an ounce of remorse. Then turning around, he walked up to the demon and pulled out a knife.
Wasting no time, he plunged his knife into the creature's back and started to dig and tear through the flesh to get to the spine. "I hate this part the most; demon flesh reeks like shit."

Finally getting to the spine, the man shoved his knife like a wedge into the spine and popped it open, spraying some of the creature's spinal fluid on the man's face. This resulted in the man almost puking and then swearing out curses for a minute straight.
"Gahh I swear she better make me a decent pistol for this shit, I am tired of these boring ass missions."
Finally, his blade hit something, and a slight *Ting* rang out. Pulling the thing out of the creature's spine, he wiped it off and looked at it closely.
It was small, no more significant than the size of a large marble. Glowing lines faded in and out on the black metal surface. The pulsating light shifted from red to green, and it smelled of burning sulfur.
"Time to get the hell out of this shitty ass place, fuck I hate Draanded. These demons are getting out of control, it might be time for another purge soon."
Gripping the metal marble in his hand, he wiped it clean of all the blood and hanging flesh then put it in his pocket for safekeeping. Taking one last look at the hanging corpses and sighed. "Maybe if I still had emotions I would feel bad for you. But you should have been more aware, getting caught by the weakest demon is only something fools could do."
Taking one last glance at the hanging corpses, he left.
Walking through the tunnel proved to be a chore for the man, he hadn't memorized the twists and turns, so it took him a while to find the exit. When he finally did, several hours had passed. Looking up at the sewer exit, he climbed up the latter and out into the chilly fall weather of New York City. The beeping of cars and honking sounds screamed out into the night.
"Damn I feel like getting a calzone tonight, been awhile since I treated myself to some good food and I am in the mood."
Walking down the sidewalk, he made his way to his favorite pizza place.
Sitting down, he hailed a waiter and sat with a grin on his face waiting for his treat. About five minutes passed before a woman sat down across from him. She had stunning brown skin and curly hair that reached her shoulders. Soft red lips and big brown eyes. She was one of the more beautiful women in New York.
Speaking in a lovely voice, the women started to talk. "Herial honey, I have a mission for you."
"Fuck you and the mission, I will not be goaded into any more shitty missions. I want my demon pistol already!"
*Ahem* Clearing her throat, she looked him in the eye. "It's not shitty this time! It has to do with a boy that I think will help us with our mission."
Cocking his head to one side, Herial looked at the woman. "What are you going on about now Niven? What boy?"
"His name is Cain and he has shown...some promise."

Dauntless: Origins
Snow white hair, blue eyes, pale. Devil, monster, mutt, failure. This story follows one Tyr Faeron, crown prince, heir primus and mass murderer. A wrathful, angry, and lost young man that has made it his goal to hunt down the men that killed his mother - and he is on the cusp of finishing the promise he'd made before her cairn stones so many years ago. On the surface he is duplicitous, whimsical, and base of cunning - but within the depths beyond the many masks he wears, something is waiting. Waiting for an end, the end he'd come to long for, whether it be to himself or any possible threats in his vicinity. After that long labor of vengeance is completed... Nobody knows, not even him - an arrogant and otherwise solitary individual with nothing in the way of friends - only the brothers of the blackguard who follow him through life as he pursues this mission. He was born a prince, but he'd be called a disappointment - failing to manifest the great power that he was born to before being summarily discarded by his father, a 250 year old 'primus'. That word again... Men who can shatter mountains and level cities, that's what he was supposed to be. Some call them demi-gods, all Tyr sees is a poor excuse for a parent. Time had made him bitter, cruel, and arguably psychotic - seeing only enemies wherever he looks. They'd come for him, too, one day - to wipe the slate clean and make room for another - and it's his conviction to ensure that he dies while taking as many of those rats with him. This is a story about finding acceptance, growth, and understanding - from the point of view of a cold and brutal individual who wears many masks. Of someone who was born to be the greatest emperor the eastern continent has ever seen - but he failed in that. Strong, yes, but only in the context of a man - Tyr's magic is weak. His convictions are weak. He has been made a beast of instinct by loss and a constant confronting of his own impotency in the face of his father. A mythos that stretches across planes, of magic, a pantheon of cruel gods. Of someone who's dedicated his entire mind to the art of killing a man, and none to living a normal childhood or coming to understand friendship, empathy, or compassion. The first five years of his life a mystery, a hole none have ever been willing to fill, leaving him warped and twisted. His formative years gone and what must've been most of his humanity along with it. Now 17, he is on the cusp of leaving the city he'd never been permitted to leave for what might be the first time in his life. Always searching, though he won't know what for, for some time. An episodic that follows experience and symbolism rather than a never ending series of battles - where the conflict lay in constantly searching for wholeness in lieu of great villains or heroes. This is where it all started, the origin, the tale told a million times - and yet it hadn't been, 'reality' is tricky like that. The greatest lie ever told by the tongue that speaks is that any of this was real at all.

Neither of them had time for love. Neither of them could resist it when it happened. Neither of them knew that the world would need the two of them to save it from a tyrannical pre-historic overlord, his cyborg vampire paramour, and their army of mindless drudges.Dawn of the Epoch is an epic science fiction novel about dark matter, death rays, nuclear warfare, and the Large Hadron Collider, but it is also a fantasy novel about medieval warriors, alchemy, and ancient gods. Dawn of the Epoch blends fantasy with reality, bringing mythology to life today. It is also an apocalyptic thriller spanning the globe from the Pyramids of Egypt to the heart of Africa to the majesty of the Himalayas. It is an epic hybrid-genre story with intense action sequences, magic, mythology, suspenseful plot twists, countless obstacles for the protagonists to overcome, and an utterly Machiavellian supernatural villain.Testimonials:"Probably one of my favorite books I've read to date. Brilliantly complex, adoringly rendered and quizzically intense. A must read and one I plan to revisit, and share!"- Amgwatts, Wattpad Reader"This has to be one of the most original and well written novels I have had the pleasure to read, on Wattpad and in general. It was captivating, interesting, immersive and above all, fantastic. I was left in awe of the beings, history and world you created. It was never dull, dry or predicable and it was a nice change from what seems to be the ever popular teen romance with vampires or werewolves or 'bad boys that are actually romantic good boys.' In the end it was a very pleasant surprise."-IridescentLies, Wattpad Readerhttp://dawnoftheepoch.weebly.com
