《Flight of the Princess Sage [hiatus]》Announcement. Hiatus? Rewrite?

Recently I haven't really had any time to write this story at all and I was only able to maybe somehow squeeze out a line or two in passing which eventually turned into both short and long chapters (well, parts of chapters but who cares). This was both an inconvenience for me as well as an opportunity as I was able to step back and properly look through whatever there was I have written already. And I was not satisfied with the results.

In the summary of the story, I wrote that I just wanted to get these ideas off my head, so that was the reason for its existence. Well, I had plans and a basic outline of the plot and characters whatnot, but so far... this story is bad. Like really bad. Like, by the time I went through a few chapters I had tears in my eyes out of embarrassment. That bad.

And those ideas I wanted to realise? Well, I can fit them in into the frame of the story but they will feel dry and I don't want that. I wouldn't bother posting this story if I wanted to just dump them here.

And it's not like I don't care for the quality either, I think I should've done a better job on many things. So, I think I'll do a rewrite sometime soon. Or not. I'll first take my time to develop the characters, make the plot outline clearer, develop the world, universe, multiverse, history and everything in between what I wanted to write about with proper care before letting it see the light of day.

It may take a while. I may even drop the whole thing somewhere along the line but if I will it probably means I would do the same to the story as it is.

So, to those people who liked the story as it was now, and I like to think that there were such individuals, sorry, I hope you won't be too angry with this decision.
