-Proving his Innocense-

“Miss Cooper, how about I prove my skill to you? Call it special favor from me!” finally Kenshin decided to compromise and reveal a little of his system’s ability. Nonetheless, he didn’t want Yuki to hate her friend because of him. He also didn’t blame the lady as it was indeed suspicious so it would be better for him to prove that he had the ability as he claimed.

“Don’t bother Kenshin. Why must you revel your skill to someone you don’t even know? It would be too unfair to you. If she insists on pursuing this matter, I will fight for you.” Yuki resolved. Cooper may be a friend of her, but Kenshin was someone whom she loved. Yuki was the type who, if she loves you then can do anything for you. But if she hates you, no matter how you try she would never look at you in a positive light.

“Yuki! You!” Cooper was more astonished than angry. She never saw this side of her longtime friend. She had never thought her to be this unreasonable to even look at the reasons. She was also speechless at her declaration to fight with her, her friend. It made the beautiful director feel pretty hurt.

It was also the first time for Kenshin to see Yuki so riled up and unreasonable. She was always a levelheaded girl and have a broader vision. She had a special ability to see through other's intentions, it was also the reason why she had very few friends. Due to that she always cherished her few friends more than her life.

“Yuki, calm down! Why are you like this? She was worried about you that’s why she was asking this many questions. I don’t care if my skill got exposed, your safety is more important to me. Now come here and sit. Let me talk with miss director.” Kenshin walked around the table and brought Yuki to the sofa before making her sit on it. It was really his first time seeing her like this so he was a little clueless about what he should do. He didn’t want her to hate her friend due to a misunderstanding.

“Hmph!” with a grunt she allowed Kenshin to pull her to the sofa before sitting down while looking at the other side. She was very angry at her friend who seemed to suspect Kenshin. Kenshin sighed internally after seeing her sit down, he then looked at Cooper and found her glaring daggers at him. Her eyes were filled with both anger and betrayal. She couldn’t believe that Yuki of all people would argue with her about such a matter.

They both shared two years together. Their closeness couldn’t be any less than two sisters. But today Yuki behaved like this! Why? Why did she have so much belief in this young man? Exactly who is he? Questions like this popped on her head she glared the man who started all this. If it were up to her, she would have punched him into oblivion. She really couldn’t stand him anymore.

“Okay, look here Lady Cooper. How about I prove you my ability? It would make you believe me, right?” Kenshin decided to compromise for Yuki. Nonetheless, he would only reveal a little of his map’s ability, so it was no problem in doing so.

“What? Prove! How?” now it got Cooper interested. She wanted to know how this man would prove this so-called ability. It was also an opportunity for her.

‘Hmph! I will see how he proves himself. If he couldn’t then Yuki would be convinced that this man isn’t what she thinks him to be. Umu. That’s a good idea.’ Leena thought in her heart. She was very happy that Kenshin presented with an opportunity like this.

“You select a member from here and ask them to go somewhere. I will give you live updates of where they are going. You can also check what I am saying is true or not that way. What do you say?” Kenshin gave a brilliant idea. He could just mark that person on the map and tell where he was every few seconds.

“Nice! I like it. Okay. We will do that.” Yuki also liked the idea. At the same time, a suspicion rose in her heart. This man may be telling the truth after all. If that’s the case, she would have to apologize him as well as Yuki. This made her reluctant to accept the suggestion and stick with her suspicion. At least in this way, she would preserve her reputation. She wasn’t afraid to apologize Yuki, but to an unknown man! She would rather not do it.

‘No! Leena Cooper, you are not a coward. So what if you are wrong? You just feign that you didn’t know. It's not like he can force you to apologize. Hmm! I will do that. I will only apologize to Yuki and feign ignorance towards him.’ Cooper planned everything in her heart and came with a shameless solution. If people have to know about her thought process, she would surely gain another reputation with her many that she had received all over her career.

Yuki picked her phone and called someone. A few minutes later a man came inside. He was wearing branded clothes and had shaggy hair. On her eyes were blue colored shades, and many gold chains were hanging on his neck. His square shaped face gave a unique vibe, together with all the jewelry he was wearing.

When he entered, he gave a bow to Cooper and Yuki. He completely ignored Kenshin. Cooper smirked in satisfaction when she saw this, but her satisfaction vanished completely after seeing Kenshin’s indifference. But when she moved her face away from Kenshin, she missed the smirk on Kenshin’s face.

‘Hmph! do you think you are the only one with a brain? Haha! My INT and WIS are many times higher than normal. Do you think I won’t notice your pettiness?’ Kenshin also mocked her in his heart.

Like this a war started among two people that’s unknown anyone else, even themselves.

“Tiger, you are here. I want to you to take this and run around the town. Don’t tell me where you are, but just have to run around to wherever you wish. Understood?”

“Huh! Run around? What are you getting at miss?” Tiger was so surprised at the weird order that he nearly cursed at her.

“Don’t ask too many questions. Just do what you are asked to do. Don’t worry, you will be rewarded."

“No! I didn’t mean that. I just wanted to ask where I should run and why?” Tiger rephrased his question. Although he admired this beauty, at the end of the day, she was a director while he was just a hunter working on this office. He couldn’t disobey her even in his sleep.

“Why? Don’t ask. As for where to run, its where ever you wish. Just keep this thing with you all the time.” she ordered and handed him a spherical object.

Tiger held the spherical object in his hand and recognized it to be an advanced tracking device. He became even more serious as to why this lady was doing such unreasonable things today. But he didn’t ask and just followed her instructions.

On the other hand, sitting on the sofa near to a grumpy Yuki, Kenshin couldn’t help but smile. He discreetly cast a mocking gaze at Cooper. Although he was calm, it didn’t mean that he is a Buddha! He would get angry when provoked, and this lady was badmouthing him from the very moment she met him, how could he tolerate? The winner will be him, its already decided. It would be counted as a form of revenge against her.
