Getting kidnapped on the very day of their first date, then the guy going through dire straits to rescue the girl and in the end, they share a passionate kiss, before today Kenshin thought that this was only possible in novels and movies. Hell, even them didn’t use this kind of plots nowadays. But who would have thought that it would really happen in reality, that too in his life!

“Is it because of my high luck?” Kenshin wondered as he calmly sipped on his coffee. Although Yuki’s was kidnapped, he wasn’t anxious. It’s not because he was coldhearted or something, but it's just that his intelligence and wisdom had forced his mind to calm down in such situations. Reason told him that Yuki won't be harmed, the kidnapper needed something from her, so they had kept her alive. As for if they do something shameful to her, Kenshin believed that they wouldn’t dare.

Yuki was someone who would rather die than allow herself to be trampled by someone vulgar. As for doing it while she was unconscious or not, the kidnapper just kidnapped her and was currently on the move, they didn’t have the time to do that to her. And he also wouldn’t allow that to happen to her. Kenshin was confident in his skill to travel at high speeds, with the current level of his burrow skill, it wouldn’t take ten minutes to reach a hundred-kilometre distance.

As he inspected the map while sitting in leisure, he saw the kidnapper along with Yuki finally stopped at a destination. It's none other than at the foot of Mt. Sandai-Myojin. The kidnapper went all the way through the Ibaraki to there, travelling an approx of ninety-two kilometres in just over 3 hours. Currently, they were stationed somewhere at the foot of that mountain. They seemed to have a hidden place there, from the looks of it, these people were professionals and probably had done this many times in past.

“Okay time to go.” Paying the price of the coffee he was sipping, Kenshin left the shop and went to an empty alleyway. After checking if there was anyone around or any cameras installed, he used burrow and vanished into the ground leaving behind a small ‘plop’ sound.

Yuki planned many things for her date, from going to a movie to having dinner in a restaurant. She had also planned to spend some time in a park and talk with Kenshin. Getting kidnapped while applying makeup was definitely not on the list. She desperately wanted to know who added this shitty situation to her to-do list. Yuki was an understanding and smart woman, she didn’t scream, or after getting kidnapped, she calmly let these guys do what they wanted.

The kidnappers were only two people, one man and one woman. They came in without her notice, or they were in her home from the beginning she didn’t know, wearing all black together with face masks, they tried and successfully pulled a professional look. The woman tied ropes around her to make her immobile while the man checked for any possible change in the situation. Finally, after making sure that she didn’t have any guards or having anyone over, they grabbed her and put her inside a dustbin box before pulling her out of her home.

Had her mouth wasn’t gagged, she would have screamed in frustration for these guys merciless nature. She just had a bath, how can they put her inside a dustbin? Not to mention it wasn’t a new one, the inside was smelling like rotten eggs. Gritting her teeth in anger, she vowed to take revenge on these guys sooner or later.

They both pulled her out of her house and put her inside a waste carrier truck. Then they drove her all the way to somewhere she didn’t know. Thankfully, the truck wasn’t filled with rotting wastes or else she would really have committed suicide inside that dustbin.

Some two to three hours later(she had already stopped counting after the first hour) they finally stopped. Pulling her out of the truck, they pulled her somewhere. These guys, even though they reached their destination, they were still weren't willing to pull her out of that horrible place. Yuki added another reason to make their life horrible after this.

“Its done.” Yuki was alerted when she heard a familiar female voice. She couldn’t put her finger on it, but she was sure this voice was something she heard frequently.

“Everything went smoothly?” there was a thick but aged voice. The owner must be around forty or fifty years old.

“Yes, sir. Nobody suspected anything. We were extra careful while carrying her here.” this time another male voice was heard, but this one belonged to a relatively young man.

As someone who had dealt with many old foxes, Yuki developed an ability to recognize the age of a person just by their voices. This ability also came with her recognizing the emotional state of the speaker, she was able to deduce how they were feeling with just the tone of their voices. This ability of her was exactly like a skill of a hunter, but she didn’t need any magic or stamina to employ this skill, neither she could level it up after constant use.

“Good! Good! Finally, that bitch came to my hand. Now I will see how she rejects my offer this time.” the aged voice said in elation. On the other hand, Yuki had a frown as she already recognized the kidnapper just from his sentence. But she had a disbelieving expression plastered on her face, she had never thought that this old crook would really go to this length for her.

‘Seems like I underestimated this old fox.’ Yuki thought.

“Pull her out of there. let see what she has to say for herself.” After the order was passed, the top of the dustbin’s lid was opened. Seeing the light flashed on her face, Yuki closed her eyes on instinct. For the past three hours, she was living in darkness, the sudden light was very sensitive for her eyes.

“Look at you two! How can you put such a beautiful woman inside a dustbin box? You guys don’t have a heart at all!” the old voice spoke in a mocking tone as he peeked inside the dustbin. He is a man around forty years old, his head was devoid of all hairs, same for his eyebrows. his height should be around five feet, comparatively short for someone of her age. He also had a pot belly protruding out, together with an oily face, it was clear that nobody would like to stay with him when they are alone.

After adjusting to the light, Yuki slowly opened her eyes, and sure enough, a familiar face was peeking inside the dustbin. She couldn’t help but look at the man dully.

The old man smiled at her dull look and signalled the two kidnappers to pull her out of the dustbin.

“Ho! Look at that dress! You are looking even more beautiful than usual in that. Is it for me?” the old man shamelessly asked as he looked at her body with an unrestrained gaze. Right now, Yuki was wearing that blue backless dress that comes up to her midthighs. It made her look both sexy and somewhat naïve, which she surely wasn’t.

“You wish, shitty old man. I should have known it would be you. I never thought you have guts to do this, but you surely surpassed my expectations.” Yuki calmly said to the old man while feeling a little disgusted at his perverted look.

“Haha! What can I say, I was always this gutsy. What! fallen for me?”

“Haha! You sure say good jokes, I couldn’t help but laugh. So! You still haven't given up on that project?” Yuki seriously asked.

“Never! Why should I give up? With your help, I am sure nobody can stop my company from its rise to prominence.” The old man flayed his arms and spoke in a grandiose manner.

“Well, I don’t think so! I can say a few people who can stop you even with my help.” Yuki said in a matter of fact tone. She wanted to make this old man see the truth, but her expectations were shattered when she saw that smirk on his face.

“Don’t worry, they would all be taken care of eventually. I have managed to find myself a few backings. In fact, it's because of them that I was able to kidnap you today.” the old man said with a mocking smile, he was taking pleasure in driving Yuki to a corner.

“Backing? Who would back you to do such a thing…don’t tell me it's them?” suddenly she remembered someone and alarmly looked at him.

“Yeah. It's them. I have managed to convince them to work for me.” this time the old man had a mad light in his eyes as he spoke about the group whom he had formed an alliance with. Seeing this, Yuki’s calm demeanour could no longer sustain and crumbled, she looked towards the old man in horror.

Never had she thought that this man would go this far just for a few thousand gold coins.
