Third Persons P.O.V:-
Melting of items complete.
The fight with humans was inevitable, but the rewards they provided were enough to sugar coat every and all the grievances that Rocky and Minie might have harbored against their untimely invasion.
Though the numbers were with the humans this time, but the quality of Rocky’s forces were enough to subdue them all and this once again proved that quality prevails over quantity, with conditions applied.
The effect of drug named free credits from the beaten up humans was still heavy on their heads and still in effect, when another good news intoxicated them and blew their minds to Hawaii.
The process of melting of items in the waste bag was finally over.
They took 4 hours to completely drain the humans, plaguing them with fears of unprecedented levels which in fact gave them credits to be happy for some weeks, but that wasn’t all.
Killing all those humans increased Rocky’s level from 7 to 31, but not only that. Buff workers level increased to 14
But when he saw his levels increasing he thought about something and grunted.
“AHH! we should have called the ants which took birth from eggs and not these system bought ants, then they could have also gotten an increase in their levels too!”
“But then you would have needed to share your levels with them. So it’s still a win-win situation.”
“Yeah, you are right I guess.”
“Of course I am. Now that you have such a drastic increase in your levels, then won’t we be able to buy another floor with the money that we have already acquired?”
“Now, that I think about it, you are right!”
“Hee, of course I am.”
“But don’t forget about the resources which we have acquired after melting the items.”
“Heehe, let’s check them out.”
Then he willed and opened the log to see their gains. Though most of the things went according to what they had planned or thought of, but some items and their respective resources gave them a pleasant surprise.
{+ 25 iron Ingots (From melting Iron Weapons)
+ 1 horse leather (From melting leather clothes)
+ Nameless Bracelet (Couldn’t Melt)
+ 128Dc (From melting 128 Shrubs of Blazing frost Mushrooms.)
+ Skill Book- Persuasion (From eye of the bewitcher necklace.)
Resources like iron ingots were alright, but too many things were really out of order in the list.
“Minie, why didn’t the Bracelet melt? Why did we gain credits from the mushrooms and where did that skill come from!?”
His questions were genuine and his mind was confused, but he was not confused alone, Minie was also staggering and stuttering to get to an answer, but even after doing hundreds of calculations only one word sentence came out of her mouth,
“I- I don’t know.”
“What do you mean you don’t know? You obviously know something. You are the persona of virtue itself and wisdom flow throws your veins, how could you not know about something like this?!”
Had Rocky finally grown balls and doing something that he should have done n the first day? Was he really finally trying to man up and forcing himself on her?
Nah, He was just having fun for the first time because the mountain which was standing strongly and not letting anyone traverse through it was finally shaking and bending its neck. Even though the mountain would still remain a mountain after this incident, but surely its arrogant peak would have to drop down in shame in front of him.

“I really don’t know anything. The Melting process is related to the system and it is supposed to melt anything defined under the system, so I don’t know why the bracelet didn’t melt.”
“But…”
“Okay, let’s check it. Call out its information, let’s see what it has to say for itself”
“Okay.”
So he followed her suggestion and did what she asked him to do, but their action did nothing other than increasing the mystery and also… wasting their precious time.
Item : Nameless Bracelet
Rank: ???
Info: ???
Seeing the normal, no, junk looking bracelet giving them question marks instead of releasing its information, Minie exploded.
“Huh, the F is this? This is Utter bullshit. What the holy Jesus are we going to do with it?”
“How could this be? Forget about melting, we can’t even see through it! What kind of a broken item is this? Or is this so ordinary that the system didn’t find anything in it to melt?”
“No, that is not possible? How could the system not know the value of an item? The system written by gods know about all the materials used to create an artifact, so how would it not know about something that was created under its own eyes and given name by!... Unless…”
“Unless what?”
“Unless the system doesn’t know what materials were used to create this.”
“But didn’t you say; all of the materials in this world grow under the supervision of god, then how could he not know about something that he himself created?”
They both got anxious and stared at the Bracelet as if two hungry wolves were looking at a rabbit.
“That I don’t know. This only means that either this bracelet is so powerful that even our dungeon interface can’t read its information or it a dud!”
“But if it was useless then wouldn’t its rank and info be clearly provided as the item being useless or something?”
“Well, haaha… I don’t know. Even though we can’t use it, but we can easily find out its usage.”
“Really? Then why did you take so much time to say that? Hurry up and tell me!”
“Just wear it.”
“Wear it?”
And she closed her eyes and nodded her head, while er eyes shined as if she was asking him to praise her for her wonderful suggestion, but
“Okay, then tell me, where should I wear it?”
And her face turned stiff.
“That…”
“So,” His loud voice was enough to give her the idea about how stupid her idea really was.
“Let’s just keep it in the inventory for now. You can wear it after you get yourself a new body.”
And Rocky sighed to her suggestion.
“Looks like we don’t have any other choice, now do we?”
But the gloomy atmosphere only remained for a split second after which it turned bright again. They both happily looked at each other, their smiling faces and shallow giggling was enough to indicate that they were cooking something mischievous. Moreover, they were cooking it together.
Actually they were thinking about their newly found, cheap and sustainable way of gaining credits, which also included the offer of having no need to kill anyone.
“Mine are you also thinking what I am thinking.”
“Sir, yes sir.”
“Haaha… I never thought that one of our biggest problem would be solved by something like that.”
“Yeah, who would have thought that we would one day turn from dungeon master and become… farmers. Heehe.”
“Heck yeah, Farmers we are now.”

“But why did only the mushrooms turn into credits? Why didn’t everything including the materials also turn into money? I would have loved it, if it had happened that way.”
They discussed together and when their discussion gave them no answer they decided to once again see its information and find out the reason for the irregularity and they saw that it had no change, but that they had just missed a tine-tiny clause at the end of the paper.
Blazing Frost ShroomsBlazing frost mushroom are a rare variant of light mushrooms. They grow in a dark and humid space,
but the most important thing needed for them to grow is abundant mana.Ingredient Rank : ASpecies : FungiGrade : RareGrowth Area : 25m/5MpPrice : 1Dc/head
“Ah so it had already listed the price and we just didn’t see it.”
“Looks like we should really start paying attention to stuff, huh. If those bandits hadn’t picked some mushrooms, then with our personalities we wouldn’t have gotten to even know about this.”
“Yes, you are right. But the question is, can we sell everything to the system?”
“That, we need to find out, but before that.”
Though the atmosphere was gloomy, but their spirits were shining, as they both started grinning like a maniac. Their sights fixed on the wall, behind the wall, beneath the surface and directly upon the mushrooms as they collectively said.
“Let’s put some mana into the mushrooms and cover the whole dungeon with them.”
But there delusional assault was stopped right in track when another message box clad in blue suddenly appeared in front of them.
Calculations complete.
Hidden quest – "Do a transaction with the Resource corner" complete.
Resource corner is now unlocked.
If the not melting of that bracelet was a shock and the news about them being able to sell the mushrooms was excellent, then the unlocking of Resource corner was just godly.
They had waited and waited for it to unlock n its own, but it didn’t. They had thoughts and contemplated about ways to unlock it, but they couldn’t. They had tried numerous times, in countless ways to unlock it, but they had failed every single time. Now, call it god’s gift or a devils blessing, but it had finally unlocked.
They were eager, they were surprised, they were melancholic, but they didn’t directly move on to check their recent haul, but took it slowly.
Minie took a slow deep breath and suggested that they should first do everything necessary and Rocky replied in a tired voice, sighing midway.
“We have quite a few things to do now, huh.”
“But isn’t this fun?”
He found her question stupid. ‘Of course it is fun!’ he thought.
“Yes, fun it is. Who would have thought that those sidekicks would help us in such a way.”
“So should we release the last one, their captain?”
They looked and saw the same glint in each others eyes. The same shine which was a pure nark of a true psycho. They laughed manically for a little while, before Minie clapped her hands.
“You are right, let’s do this.”
She said that and connected with one of the ants waiting near the limbless captain of those lowlife humans, taking care of him and not letting him die.
The ant suddenly stood up and started walking towards him and he got scared of its sudden movement.
“Wha- What ar-are you do- do- doing? Stay away, stay away from me!!”
But the ant kept on walking towards him and his yelling clearly had no effect on it. The worker ant walked till it was standing right upon it and then stopped and looked at his scared stiff body.
He kept on staring at the reason of his destruction, but his gaze held no hate. He was too scared and his condition was too pathetic to even think about harming it.
‘Please go away, please go away, please g…’ He prayed for it to just pass by him, but his heart stopped beating when the ant stopped right upon him. It stopped and he forgot to breathe because of fear. He just knew what was going to happen, as he subconsciously screamed and invaded the quite dark room.
“Noooooooo”
*Chank* *Gwaah*
The ant lifted its sickle like leg and nailed it deep inside his opened mouth, killing him on the spot.
But,
His death had no effect on Rocky or Minie. Rocky absorbed his body normally and reviewed the new message box informing them about the increase of another385Dc which he gained from killing him.
He smiled and forgot about him as they had already figured out a better way to make credits which would also help them make their dungeon a picnic spot of a kind for the humans, which would help them grow rich.
Firstly, he distributed his newly acquired skill points to his Knowledge stat, which in turn increased his mana by an unprecedented amount of 720 and his mana pool deepened and his total mana overturned everything reaching a staggering number of 1375.
His spirit and crystal started shaking with joy when he saw his long awaited dream finally getting complete. That much increase in his mana was not a play after all it was as real as it could get. For a normal mage would have needed to reach the last stages of rank zero in order to gain such a great mana pool, but rocky achieved it by reaching level 21. This also shows that though his leveling speed wasn’t anywhere near as good as a normal humans and though he had to face a lot of difficulties and his path wasn’t straight, but he was still getting stronger and at a very astonishing pace at that.
After that he ordered the ants to go back to work and help the others to dig out the second floor, but when the dust settled and calm returned to the shore, that juvenile, naughty question again knocked on his door.
“Now what should we do?”
“Are you being sarcastic or what?”
Though he wasn’t being sarcastic and the question was also natural, but Minie took it as a joke.
“Oh, no, no, no, I am not being anything. Just thinking about what we should do now.”
“And what is that?”
“If I remember correctly then didn’t you say I can reserve some of my mana to directly influence the growth of herbs, minerals and other resources growing in the dungeon?”
“That’s right, Hu-hu, you can do that. And because you have life affinity, the herds and vegetation which will grow to have commendable amount of strength and vigor.”
She looked and saw him dozing off listening to her offer and her brows furrowed.
“Oh come-on, not like you are not eager to reserve mana for the mushrooms and see them flourish and entangle our whole dungeon. So that we could eat an endless supply of credits.”
But this time his reply came out of the blue; like he was just waiting for her to say those lines.
“Okay, but firstly there were some restrictions to it right. Like it needed to reserve 5 mp for every 25 meters.”
“Yes, its information did say something like that.”
“So the question is how much you want to invest in them? I don’t recommend you to use all of your newly gained mana. We also need to buy something’s from the resource corner.”
“You know, I don’t think that the entrance is any greater than 2 meters and it is already growing hundreds of mushrooms there and 5 mp for 25 meters in nothing. Why don’t we make the whole first floor a green house and completely cover it with those glowing mushrooms?”
“But the first floor is 1100 meters long! Won’t it take a lot of your mana.”
“Nah, its okay. Just need to reserve 220Mp.Though the amount is not low, but it is not too great either. After all, every day we will be able to harvest more than 1000Dc from them. It isn’t shabby at all.”
“Okay then do that.”
He did as they discussed and reserved 220 of his mana for the mushrooms as a prompt glowed on his face.
First floor's environment is changing.
All monsters with dark affinity will gain a boost of 5% to their skills and abilities.
This floor can’t hold the queen any longer, please move her to the next floor.

Code Reader Kagami (LitRPG)
Sometimes things happen in this world that we are not in control of. Sometimes we are to a certain degree, and sometimes we are completely in control. However, this is a tale that constantly questions those boundaries. The story follows Kagami, a young programmer, as he winds up in a world almost alien to him. If it were up to him, he would have never visited this world and would rather stay raising his young daughter. Was it through his own actions that he had wound up here? Was it due to several combinations of factors? Or was it something he completely chose. These are questions that constantly haunt Kagami’s mind as he wanders this world and ponders his actions. Unfortunately, the glaring truth of it all refuses to ever look him in the eyes. Each night as he looks up at the night sky, he wonders if the end of this would turn out like the game he made. A tale of Guts and Glory… or would it turn out like he fears, a tale of blood and tears. Regardless of how it turns out, he will one day unveil the truth enshrouding it all. And perhaps in doing so, unveil the fate of his old world, enshrouded by mystery. ___________________________________________________________________________ While this is a typical Isekai started by the infamous truck-kun, the story is most definitely not what is to be taken at face value. I love making tragic twists into these types of stories. For Code Reader Kagami, you'll begin to see a descent into psychological madness. As your hero changes entirely from the moral man he initially was. If you're not a fan of dark aspect stories, this one is not for you. Thank you~
