Authors note:-
So every one this is the last chapter for the Mc p.o.v on this whole battle. So, from tomorrow there will only be a chapter a day cause i am going to start editing the first some chapters.
All the edited chapters will be uploaded at once, but don't worry there will be no plot change, nothing new added and probably no one new will be introduced.
It will just be a quick edit to shape somethings, to smooth en main characters conversation and to make them likable. Why? Case i am also hungry.

Rocky's P.O.V:-
“What are you doing? Why are you stopping? Now is the time to do it, kill him!”
I looked at mine and saw her shouting at me with her fist clenched tight and her eyes red. I had to tell her the reason, so I did just that, but her reaction after hearing my response was a bit comical.
“No mana.”
I said that and her clenched fists abruptly opened, her brows furrowed and she tilted her head before saying, “What do you mean no mana.”
“She has been attacking them until now with her mana consuming attacks, so, the last attack drained everything out of her. Forget about attacking him, She can’t even move a muscle.”
“Ha-Haah-Ha” She laughed comically, but I could feel the despair in her voice and the eyes which were staring at the assassin.
I stopped and looked towards the adventurer’s to see what was happening and noticed that the Earth mage using the ant vision lenses.
So my troubles decreased a little. Minie had already told me that those lenses worked on the same conditions as my mana perception worked. Actually the ants grew with such eyes, because I had learned to use mana to see.
I who got angry at Minie for giving them the lenses was now praising her, because with the lenses it was possible for her to distinguish between reality and illusions.
And just like I expected when that rat came out of his hole to attack the exhausted and powerless knight she saved him using the same method that she used to save the fire girl.
Then a fight between them broke out. I was hoping that she would somehow win the fight, but the difference between their levels proved to be too much and the assassin ended up winning the fight. I wanted to do something at least save her, but that Rapid ball skill really is the bane of a Good Samaritan.
It not only used all of my queen’s mana, but also stopped her movements.
I and Minie had to see him cutting her arms and kicking her like a worn down rug.
Minie was shaking with anger, watching him showing no remorse or feeling and doing something like that to a girl, his own team member. I also felt a bit angry at him for doing something that didn’t really need to do.
I thought that she would lose her mind from the pain, but she was able to hold on with her life. It was shocking, really shocking for us both, but what the assassin said afterwards; his reason for killing everyone shocked my soul to the very core.
“You see the real target is not you guys. You guys are all just preparations, raw materials for a big boom. The real target is this dungeon.” (Assassin)

Huh… what did he say? The one he wants to kill is us? Why? What did we do? I looked at Minie and she was even more shocked to hear that than me.
“Minie, Minie!” I called her, but she gave me no response. When I tried to read her mind it was blank too.
My confusions started growing, but instead of taking a decision or making my own mindset I decided to listen to what he really had planned.
“Why? If this really is a dungeon, then was do you have to destroy it. But even if what you want to destroy is the dungeon, then why kill us?” (Earth Mage)
“This one is no good, it needs to be destroyed. As for the reason to kill all of you, think what would happen if you all die here and no one returned back to the guild.” (Assassin)
I also thought hard to find the reason, but nothing came to my mind. I kept on pressuring my retarded brain and it gave me one sentence, ‘Humans are very greedy.’
“But, why does your master want to involve our guild in this mess?” (Fire mage)
Yes, he said something about his master. That it’s not him, but his master who wants to destroy us.
“That I don’t know. Well, everything has its cause and effect. The world doesn’t work on fairness and pride, but on money and politics. So, how would this weak me know about my master's genius. This is just one of the works that goes behind the background, while others continue to live their lives, strangers to all of these.
Don’t worry you all are dying for a greater cause, so don’t feel sad.” (Assassin)
When I heard him say that something clicked inside my head. How does he know about this cave being a dungeon when his partners had no such information?
But reason went and sat in the corner of my brain and rage took over. I wanted to burn him alive and make him pay his dues. The waiting for queen’s mana to regenerate became a game and the more I waited, the more I wanted to rampage.
But with the passing time my rage subsided and reasoning came back. Yes, it was anguishing and a bit painful, but I endured and waited for queen’s mana to regenerate.
I opened the skill creation panel and added my Obliterator and fireball to fuse.
FUSION SPEll CREATORSPELL A: FireballSPELL B : ObliteratorSPECIFY CONDITIONS:Take fireballs shapeTo create obliterator's destructionHave it's mana consumptionbut the consumed mana is highly converted and compressedIncrease in size with the amount of mana providedContained explosionWould you like to fuse the spells with the provided condition : YES/NO
I wasn’t thinking about the result, but I still wanted it to succeed and was like lady luck had her hands over my head, god answered my prayer, the skills fused and I got another skill.
Skill: Fire Bomb Created.
Fusion Skill : Fire BombFusion : Obliterator + FireballsLevel : 0Exp : 0/100It is a fireball skill, but instead of simply firing a fireball you can create a fire bomb by adding more mana into the ball.
The speed will vary according to the amount of mana used to create the bomb.Applications:

Mana consumption: 50/100/150....
After I read the notification regarding the bomb, I noticed that queen’s mana had regenerated by one fourth of her mana capacity.
I didn’t wait for it to regenerate any further and without wasting any time I fired a fire bomb with all of her remaining mana.
The information was right and though the bomb was too powerful for its own good, but its speed was nowhere near enough to catch that assassin.
Just before it could touch him and burn him to smithereens, he moved and vanished away from his place.
The fireball exploded and created a wave of force and destruction on the level similar to the one, which that fire girls fireballs had created but he still escaped.
I thought that it was over. I looked at Minie and saw her shivering, not from anger, but from fear. She was constantly murmuring “I’m sorry I’m sorry” like an idiot. I didn’t know who she was apologizing to, but when I saw her worn out and scared face, I felt a deep pain coming from directly inside my soul. I wanted to erase her worries, but I needed to defeat that asshole for that.
This was the last attack that I could do with the queen and one again her mana reached the rock bottom. He survived and I knew that he would probably not let anyone leave alive, including me.
‘I shouldn’t have used all of my mana.’ My own thoughts started haunting me, as regret and the burden of mine and Minie’s life forced my shoulders down.
But things didn’t develop like I expected them to. The place that the assassin ran to was where that knight was laying at.
When I noticed the knight, who was lying exhausted on the ground and saw the assassin running towards him; I thought that he would be the first one to die, but the situation turned from there. The knight stood up and slashed his sword. The sword was charged with mana and contained one of his skills, which who knows when he had prepared, and fired it at the devil that was running towards him.
The cross light zoomed toward the assassin at a speed even faster than him. When I thought he would finally die, he vanished. I saw another one of his shadowy holes opening in the ground and he disappeared from his place.
The knight’s face was openly showing the fear and frustration that he was feeling at that time. He had no other means to attack the runaway assassin because his last resort broke his sword and converted it into fine metal dust.
The assassin travelled toward the earth mage whom he had previously dismembered with his own hands. I knew that it was the end, at least for her. I knew that he would go and shell out all of his anger and rage at her and won’t stop until she breaks.
It was too tiring; this waiting game was too tiring and unreasonable. I wanted it to end, but then something happened, something good.
He came out of his hole and just as he did, instead of going and slaughtering the earth mage, he was welcomed by a spike; which entered his chest, pierced his heart, and came out of his back and all of this happened without giving the assassin, me or even the others anytime to react.
When I thought that she would die, moreover, in the most painful way, she took revenge and killed the assassin, who died looking at her smiling face.
A laugh escaped Minie’s mouth. She used her hands to wipe all the sweat and tears from her face.
She looked at me, I mean the queen and smiled and I smiled back at her.
Minie is changing and I need to change too. I don’t know what her motivation or her reason is but if she is trying so hard to control her anger and change herself than I need to change too.
I looked at the girl who was resting on the ground and her face still held the smile. Even when I thought she would lose her spirit, motivation and would beg to be killed, after experiencing the excruciating pain of losing her arms, she proved me wrong. Instead of succumbing to the pain she held her emotions in check took revenge and ultimately killed him.
These humans are very different than I thought of them to be. They are much more dangerous and stubborn. Who would have thought that in the last moments, even while being exhausted and under pain, they would be able to create a plan, which was good enough to trap and extinguish the rotten tree from his roots!
I sighed and looked at the knight who was giving medical treatment to our savior. He looked at me and got ready to fight, even when his eyes were clearly showing his dread and fear, he was still ready to fight.
If I had arms, then I really would have saluted to them and their bravery. I think if I need to change, then I should try to become like them. Their courage and bravery was enough to completely change the result, which otherwise would have been disastrous for… all of us.
I sighed once again and walked back to my core and my partner.
He must have felt bewildered to be left alive by such a monster, but I also had no way to kill him with my depleted mana and tired mind, not that I wanted to kill them.
While I was walking towards my core I was again greeted with happy sounds of the information panels, straight from the god, but I neglected all of them and stared at Minie who was also looking at me.
The adventurers exited the tunnel safely without encountering any other monsters.
Minie nodded her head to me and went to sleep on top of the queen and because I was also feeling tired after all that had perspired, I also decided to try sleeping for the first time.
That night, the sky got covered with auspicious black clouds and it poured. The rain fell and drenched everything in cold water. The Barren lands, which had not encountered the chill of the water and were longing with thirst, covered with sand and dust all around, had their thirst quenched and a new wave of life came to greet them.
I would have liked to see my first pouring rain, but I was too busy sleeping.
And like that our first fight ended.
