Wei: “No... I didn’t expect it either.
But looking at the situation you are in, we can rectify that.”
Braxrad: “Yes... seems as you have a leash on me, I have spare time to waste on you.”
Braxrad snorts and maintains his smile. Wei moves a little closer to him.
Wei: “Do you remember visiting a place on the foothills of the Amoith Mountain... the place which you destroyed first?”
Braxrad: “Ohh yes... I remember...
Ha ha ha ha ha...
I remember the screams those pathetic fools gave out that night. That is one of my favourite memories.”
Wei: “Do you remember the Inn you stayed while you visited that place?”
Braxrad: “Hmm... Oh... they made some great soup. I can still remember the taste. It was very delicious.”
Wei: “Yes, it was. The wife of the owner did make some of the best delicacies in the region.”
Braxrad: “Hey little girl... do you want to hear a little secret?”
Wei: “I think I’ll humour you this time.”
Braxrad: “I came to this filthy land expecting to see monstrosities walk on it, but that... umm, what do you call them... ahh... yes, beastwoman was very beautiful. The first of the monstrosities that I felt was easy on my eyes.
It was a shame that she was married to a weakling. And speaking of that weakling of a husband of her...
HA HA HA HA HA...
Pardon me... I remembered something funny. That weak beastman could do nothing to stop me at that night. I still remember his eyes... the look with which he looked at me while I choked him to death.
HA HA HA HA HA...”
It was quiet, all of us contemplating what will happen next? I started having doubts about my idea of bringing him back alive... Maybe I should have killed him. Even I was filled with anger and I just stared at Wei... what will she do?
Wei: “And now, you will watch as their daughter chokes you to death. Ohh... I can’t wait to see the look in your face as your life fades away slowly from your eyes.”
Braxrad: “So... the tiny child returned to avenge her parents. It would have been better if you had done it yourself.”
Wei: “Well, as long as I get to kill you... I don’t care how you bend your knees in front of me.”
Braxrad: “She also became fearsome too... good... well at-least your mother would have been happy to see you.”
Wei: “I’m sure she would have.”
Braxrad: “You even had brothers... where are they? Aren’t they coming to take revenge for killing your people?”
Wei: “They died protecting me that day.”
Braxrad: “Well... that’s very unfortunate.”
Wei: “Now now... don’t you fret about that. I represent not just me, but all of the people you’ve killed, including my brothers and parents.”
Braxrad snorts and averts his eyes and looks towards me.
Braxrad: “This is the reason you didn’t kill me... it’s a very sweet gesture, but filled with strong repercussions in the future.”
Me: “And I’ll deal with those future repercussions with more mercilessly than what you showed the beastmen of Zoit.”
Braxrad: “I hope you do, if you do not... then... you are all finished.”
Me: “We’ll see about that, but let me enjoy your death for now.”
He tried to get up forcefully... yanking his chains and pushing really hard to his limits. Within seconds of his chain pulling, his efforts were cut short with a well placed tail whip from Adi’Je onto his chest. He gasped and fell on both of his knees, wind was knocked out of him and he coughed.

Adi’Je: “Where do you want to go?
Once your punishment has been delivered unto you, you will be free to roam anywhere you want.”
Braxrad: “*cough* It seems *cough* *cough* your squeeze is much more interesting than you, my little friend.”
Me: “You were lucky that you fought me... you would have died within a minute if you fought her.”
Eldin: “Wait! There are others like you?”
Braxrad: “Who knows? Maybe... maybe not.”
Eldin turned towards me.
Eldin: “King Le’On, I think we should keep him alive and try to extract information about the other groups from him.”
Me: “No.”
She looked confused and asked.
Eldin: “Bu-but, we must know if there are more of these people within the Zoit continent. He could be an important source of information.”
Me: “No, Commander Eldin. Although, the decision to take his life is not mine... it’s hers.”
I pointed towards Wei, who kept looking over Braxrad.
Me: “And even if they are, I’m sure they’ll come out of hiding eventually and then... I’m going to hunt them down like.”
Eldin: “But-”
Me: “Commander... I will not discuss the matter anymore. My decision is final.”
She looked conflicted and anger crept in, but she kept quiet after that. I think she knew if she wanted to increase her familiarity with us, it’s best to follow what we say.
Braxrad: “You beastmen wouldn’t even know what hit yu-”
Wei thrust her sword deep inside Braxrad’s throat. The time stood still for all of us as we watched her. Wei had her eyes close while Braxrad life slipped past him. He struggled to breath while coughing out blood from his mouth. His smile was gone and all that was left was a look of horror.
Nobody moved an inch... I watched the eyes of Braxrad going dark and his struggles stopped. Wei still held on to the sword while it was lodged inside Braxrad’s throat.
“AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!”
Wei gave out a loud cry before retracting her sword and then she swung it again, chopping Braxrad’s head clean off. Heavy amounts of blood spread drenching Wei’s face and dyeing it almost red. She looked at me... her eyes became glassy.
Wei: “Now... now I know how you feel Le’On... blood of your enemies smeared upon your face.”
She dropped to her knees and covered her face with both of her arms and started crying.
My heart ached at the sight and I wanted to console her. I was just about to walk towards her when Deiti stopped me.
Deiti: “Let her cry Le’On.
Let her cry in peace.”
It’s been hours after Braxrad’s death. We now sat inside my tent... resting and trying to plot out our future paths.I was tired... tired of everything that has been going on. I looked at my hands and started to think why or rather how the situation became like this? Treading through these entire questions a fact emerged. Behind this Blood armour and these swords, I am still weak. The fight with Braxrad and before that, the death of Aby and many more situations screamed at me... I need to improve. I have been crowned a Blood King, but yet to become one... the one who truly deserves be the Blood King.
As per my orders, Eldin contacted her superiors in the Council of Zoit, updating them about the situation that unfolded here... of course she informed them what I wanted her to inform. They sent a message that within ten days a delegate would come to inspect and document her records. They also wanted to meet me, but I instructed Eldin to inform them that I will meet them after a few months back in Blood Zuma.

Eldin also conformed to them that the quest given to us was successfully completed. The Council of Zoit informed her that within two days, I would receive their confirmations.
The Council of Zoit also ordered Eldin to slowly bring in the Galeform Clan members back into the city.
After coming back to the camp, I visited the place were Aby’s body was being preserved. Guilt had filled my heart.
Me: “I did not treasure while you were alive nor made sufficient effort. I set out in search for adventures, but I lost you in the process.”
I spoke those words out loud, hoping to hear her voice one more time. Hoping to hear her complain about something. She struggled to learn and express her feelings and I am a complete idiot for making a mess of things.
When night came, so did I... multiple times to be exact. I think Naj’Rak had decided beforehand to leave me dry. She wanted more and pleading with those cute eyes made me give her more love. It had been a long time since we made love to each other. I missed her touch, smell, taste more over I missed her. Normally, she likes to be bound or dominated upon, but tonight she just keeps on straddling me. I don’t know how or why... my submissive of a wife now was making love to me with a bit of aggressiveness.
Whenever I wanted to ask her the reason for her aggressiveness, she would arch her back, thrust her breasts forward and using her hands would push my head deep into them. She moaned loudly while mine were muffled due to my face shoved between her soft, juicy breasts. I felt her body tensing; her vaginal walls contracting around my penis which in turn made me reach my peak and both of us came again at the same time. After the fourth time, I had no energy to go further and neither did she. She rested upon me, placing her head on my chest, but still did not get up or remove herself from that position.
With the last of my energy, I put my arms around her. That was the last thing I remembered before sleep befall on me.
What a night!
I heard some giggling sounds and whispers going around me. I was still in a deep sleep and those giggles and whispers didn’t stop, forcing me to open my eyes. As I opened them, I saw both Adi’Je and Naj’Rak smiling and talking with each other. Each of them was on either side and both of them were naked. We were all under the same long cover. For some reason, I kept the act of sleeping and tried to hear what they were discussing.
Adi’Je: “I suspected as much.”
Naj’Rak: “I know! I was quite shocked myself.”
Adi’Je: “Why?”
Naj’Rak: “I think... I didn’t expect it... maybe...”
Adi’Je (giggles): “What! You thought that there would have been a new addition?”
Naj’Rak: “N-no... it’s not that.”
Adi’Je (giggles): “Oh... you look very cute when you try to deny something obvious. No wonder our husband likes to mate with you while tying up your hands.”
Naj’Raj (giggles): “I-I like it too... he-he smells great during mating.”
Adi’Je: “Right! I love it too! (giggles) and also love it when he licks and caresses me down there. He knows how to handle himself down there. (giggles) It makes me hot every time.”
Naj’Rak (giggles): “I love that too... and when he nibbles my nipples... I-I just want him to take me as hard as he can.”
Adi’Je: “We are lucky to have him, you know Naj. I have a very bad habit of comparing him to King Hui’Mi whenever I feel alone.”
Naj’Rak: “Oh... come to think of it, you were also part of King Hui’Mi’s harem right???”
Adi’Je: “Only by name... my first mate and my last mate will always be my husband.”
Naj’Rak (giggles): “I know... I was just pulling your leg. It’s not often you get a chance to pull Queen Adi’Je’s leg. (giggles) Please continue Adi.”
Adi’Je: “As I was saying, I find myself comparing Our Lord with King Hui’Mi in certain aspects. It has turned into a bad habit.”
Naj’Rak: “In what ways?
I want to hear some.”
Adi’Je: “Hmm... like King Hui’Mi never... never liked fighting. If he could, he would have killed a beastman just by boring him to death. He always liked to find secluded places to mate with all of his wives at the same time.”
Naj’Rak: “So... that’s why you force our King to take both of us at the same time.”
Adi’Je (giggles): “Maybe...”
Naj’Rak: “Well, I like it too, but I never would have thought one of our Blood Kings did not like to fight.
And what else Adi?”
Adi’Je: “You have to understand something. When King Hui’Mi ruled, he had to face tough opposition from strong Blood Lords. Every decision he took came at the cost of angering a certain section of the then Bloods.
And Our Lord does not face that situation. Why is that? Because all the now existent Blood Lords and by that I am referring to you and me are in love with him. He has the absolute support from us in whatever he does.
At first, I had my doubts in King Hui’Mi and although I too wanted a better future for Bloods, but still had questions about how that was going to happen. Now... I see what he meant by a better future. A time where a Blood King can truly act for the betterment of his people while being backed by Blood Lords
Our Lord is inexperienced in every way and if I wanted I could have corrected him myself, but that is what Hui’Mi never wanted. A true King is one who corrects himself and strives to be a better ruler than he was the day before. Hui’Mi said that to me just before I entered the crystal.”
Naj’Rak: “Then how is our King faring according to you Adi?”
Adi’Je: “He is doing well, but still a lot of road left yet to be traveled.”
Naj’Rak: “Speaking of traveling, we are going to be heading back soon... will you tell him?”
Adi’Je (giggles): “No... Not yet. There is still some time left.”
Naj’Rak: “I always wondered about it. Now, when I know the reason I-I am kind of feeling very...”
Adi’Je: “Cannot wait, can you?” (giggles)
Naj’Rak (giggles): “How could I? And you are more impatient that me.”
Adi’Je: “That’s true... I have been waiting for ages you know.”
I felt a hand creeping up towards my chest from the right side. The hand stopped right around my left of my chest and I felt a warm body pressing against me from the left side. Warm breath fell upon my face before I felt lips were pressing upon my lips.
Naj’Rak: “Look... how peacefully he sleeps?”
Soon after, I felt another hand and this time from my left doing the same thing. It stopped right around my chest after that I warm body was pressed against me and I felt lips were again pressed against mine.
Adi’Je: “True.”
My early morning was spent within a tight embrace from my wives.
After finishing breakfast, I gathered all the Bloods within a tent. There were some decisions I made which I wanted to convey to them. Adi’Je and Naj’Rak were also kept in the dark about this. For the entirety of the meeting, outsiders were banned which includes Eldin, Wei and Deiti.
All of them were sitting on chairs while the two Queens sat at the front.
Standing in front of them, I start our meeting.
Me: “I have a few things to share with all of you. We have faced many things from the moment we started our journey for our quest. Now, we have come at the end of that journey. The official announcement from the Council of Zoit will come later, but we are Blood Zuma... their confirmation means less than nothing to us. I, Le’On, Blood King announce that we Bloods have successfully completed our quest.
Finally, you all will get to return back home... back to your loved ones... back to Blood Zuma.”
There was no cheer from them, but I saw something which gave even more satisfaction. I saw pride within their eyes. I continued.
Me: “When you return back, you will all be promoted to the rank of Captain and will be given charge of a squad of your own. It is now your duty to pass the knowledge to your squad members who have still not experienced in the field of battle. I expect all of you to lead them with pride and guide them so that they could become a proud Blood Soldier just like you. In time, you will be given missions to carry on and I expect each and every one of you to excel in those missions.
Queen Adi’Je... this is my will and your order. See to it that it has been followed.”
Adi’Je: “Yes, My Lord! It shall be followed.”
Me: “On to another matter, Queen Adi’Je... I want our army expanded, well equipped and battle ready. When they have reached up to your standards, contact the Cillata Clan and send them appropriate Squads of Bloods they are in need of.
I have instructed the Council of Zoit to set up their Adventurer Centers as well as General Body Centers at the earliest. Staff them and place guards for them appropriately. I want you to create a Blood Adventurer Squad and they should take up and complete missions.”
Naj’Rak: “My King! Why delegate this work upon Queen Adi’Je when you will be are there?”
Me: “For the next three months, I appoint Queen Adi’Je as the interim ruler of Blood Zuma and Queen Naj’Rak as her second-in-command.
Queen Adi’Je, you will rule in my absence and until I return.
These are your orders and they are absolute.”
Naj’Rak: “Where will you go, My King?”
Me: “I will accompany Wei and return Aby back to her home... back to her family. For the next three months, I will not be known as King Le’On of the Blood Zuma, but as only Le’On, a Blood Zuma and the husband of Aby of the Feli Clan.
Queen Adi’Je, step forward and extend your arms.”
Amidst confusion and disbelief within all of the Blood's face, she emerged confident and fiery as ever. She stood in front of me and extended both of her hands.
Me: “Once, you equipped these things with your own hands... now I leave these equipments in your care.”
I slowly unequipped my swords, my braces and my armour and placed all of them in her hands.
Me: “Keep them safe until my return... Queen Adi’Je.”
I saw her eyes getting glassy, but she held on. She dropped on one knee, her hands still extended.
The rest of the Bloods in the tent along with Naj’Rak followed her action and dropped on one knee and faced me.
Adi’Je: “Your will... our Command, My Lord. I, Adi’Je, first Queen of the Blood Zumas accepts the duties and orders passed on to me by our King. I pledge to our King that I shall not fail your expectations of me.
We will wait the day of your return, My Lord. I, Adi’Je, first Queen of the Blood Zumas accepts my duties as the interim ruler of Blood Zuma.”
Me: “Rise everyone... this concludes our meeting.”
The rest of the day went away, filled with enjoyment and in my case, being wrapped around by my wives.
New day arrived and along with the time of mine and the rest of the Bloods departure, but to different destinations. As expected, I also received the official confirmation about the successful completion of the quest from the Council of Zoit.
QUEST:-
CLEAR THE LAND NEAR THE AMOITH MOUNTAIN FROM ALL DYNOTHS.
STATUS:- COMPLETE
TIME LIMIT:- UNLIMITED
NOTICE:-
YOUR ALLOTTED OFFICIAL QUEST IS COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY.
QUEST ALLOTTED BY- THE COUNCIL OF ZOIT.
QUEST ID NUMBER:- 9984KLO32
QUEST LEVEL- A+++
THE COUNCIL OF ZOIT CONGRATULATES YOU AND ACKNOWLEDGES YOUR EFFORTS.
THE DEAL BETWEEN THE COUNCIL OF ZOIT AND THE BLOOD ZUMA CLAN WHICH WAS DECIDED BEFORE STANDS OFFICIAL.
That gave me a lot of comfort knowing that in my absence, no real threat was going to befall on Blood Zuma.
I was being constantly hounded by Naj’Rak about why I made such a decision. I told her the truth. I wanted to return Aby back to her parents as her husband, a fellow adventurer and not a ruler of a clan. Now, was I right about this? Who knows? I don’t. I just felt it was the right thing to do.
I borrowed a Sizril Carrier from the Zoit Army for the sole purpose of transporting Aby’s body and for us three, mainly me, Wei and Deiti back to Feli land. For some reason, Deiti became adamant in joining Wei in this journey and surprisingly Wei didn’t mind at all. Wei informed me that it would take at least 20 days for us to reach the land of the Feli clan.
Just before we left, I received a warm hug from both of my wives at the same time. Just before letting me go, Adi’Je whispered something in my ear.
Adi’Je:”My Lord, please come back to us soon, monsoon will soon be upon us.”
Parting from my wives, people... I headed off towards my new destination.
Bring on the adventure.

// AUTHOR’S NOTES:- //
Spoiler :
What are your views about this volume? I would really like to know.
And... The next volume would be uploaded after a month as I would be taking a bit of a break from writing this story.
Fear not! The next two volumes are ready so I would be back. I would simply invest the time towards two other projects which I am currently developing. I intend to replace 'The Adventures of Zuma' after its completion with these two projects.
Thank you for supporting my story.

Legacy (vrmmo game)
Is currently being rewritten. Darius is a guy with no friends because the friends of his friends don't like him and so he has no friends. Legacy, a vrmmo game, is the first of its kind to actually look like the fantasy games kids dream of. Darius gets the game, planning to just have fun and maybe get some friends. Unfortunately, he's the protagonist, so yeahhhh shit's gonna happen He chooses the mage class which is often ridiculed for its low health and high MP costs. And he somehow becomes the top player within the game... There is gonna be fucking profanity because books where the protagonist is like "fiddlesticks" when they fuck up are stupid and targeted at kids that haven't gone thru puberty yet. And yes, there will be gore. Otherwise what's the point of these games? The cover is not mine and I don't own it okay I just got it off one of those sites rate this if you feel like it

Luck And Chronomancy
Time Magic is the best magic as everyone knows, although there are lots of unique Talents in the world. Most people only remember Haste because it is hard to get to higher Phases of Chronomancy. That is still enough to make the Talent iconic. A lucky enough Aleatory Talent can position you for greatness or leave you languishing in obscurity. The only true equality in the world is when that glowing message pops up at 8 years old. Even if it doesn't activate until you are an adult at 16 you still know. Sure you can find a new dungeon spawn and get another chance at a rare Talent, even this one, but you have to already be ready to delve into the *Far Wilds*, which is far easier with wealth or family power. This is the story of where my good fortune took me and the difference it made, even among a party of 7 others including an Arcanist. It is a journey of magic and monsters but also math, which some think is actually worse. Luckily I was born with Intelligence and Focus as my personal traits, and my parents were scholars. Of course Chronomancy can also be a frontline combat talent. Versitility well beyond other Elder Talents like Gravity, Abstraction, or Arcana. Might could have worked for me, too. I also met a runaway princess. All the best adventures have a princess. She hated being a noble and we didn't get married but it still counts. Besides she really filled out our front line. All that Leadership training came in handy. I still don't know where she's from. Who cares? How well Haste goes with giant hammers is what's important. I never learned much about anyone in the party, except the one I grew up with. I'm not a people person. I just wanted to optimize dungeon clearing time. *******Story Details******* No romance, politics, or traumatizing content, slice of life, or even dialogue. 1st person narration, like a guide/adventure log. 2000-7000 words a day, maybe 40-60% rpgish combat log with some reasoning on combat decisions, with the rest character Talent discussion and progression stuff. 8 person party with a decent variety in roles. Party members usually have 2 primary functions. Told from the support/control Chronomancer's perspective. Each party member will have 6 Basic/Background Traits, then 3 actual Talents with abilities. Capstone from their Educational Institution, Arbritrary as a gift from the temples, and Aleatory which is decided at birth, revealed at 8, and activated after adulthood at 16. Aleatory Traits ignore requirements and are random why is why they are so important. They'll gain new Talents from finding Dungeons to consume in the *Wilds*. Mature dungeons in cities can provide *Challenges* to raise the Phase of a Talent, up to 3 times from 1 to 4. Each character will get to roughly 8 non-Trait Talents. Attributes come exclusive from Talents, are required by Talents, and provide various effects as well. I designed about 220 Talents with abilities, 4 in each of 4 phases. "Traits" are just Attribute stuff. I'm not sure how many will be detailed in the story, more than 100 for sure. I used Talents because I want to be free of the legacy of tabletop. Half those rules are just because of the limitations inherent in a pre-computer ttrpg. This story mostly uses combat Talents, although like 1/3 of the 220 are for crafting and other society and economy stuff. If you really wanted to be a Thief you might take Intuition, Awarness, and Might for Basic Traits and Deftness, Manipulation, and Trickery for Family/Education. Then you'd pick Acrobatics, and Climbing for Educational Capstone and Arbitrary traits. You Aleatory Trait might be Shadow(Light/Dark) Magic, Umbramancy. A Bard might swap Dexterity for Charisma, Music for Acrobatics, and have gotten Illusion(Shadow/Sound(Air/Force)) for their Aleatory Trait.
