Chapter 8- Descent
Lara moaned blissfully as the warm water spills on her adolescent body. The water caressing her as it flowed around her, washing the dirt acquired from sleeping on the meadow.
‘I wonder what Luce is doing right now.’ Lara wondered, as she proceeds to lather soap, across her developing body. She had left Luce on his own in her room, with the T.V on, as she went to take a shower.
Finally finished, she stepped out of the cubicle, drenched from head to toe. She dabbed her sopping hair with a furry pink towel and cover her intimate parts with it.
She grabbed the onesie that she prepared before taking a bath and proceed to put them on.
She checked herself out in the mirror and giggled as she imitated a cat like pose in front of it.
“Nyaa~” she mewled.
*
Lara opened the door to her room to find Luce sleeping on her bed. She simply stood just outside the door, admiring him from afar. His sleeping form, reminded her of a cat. She smiled lightly, noticing his still tied up hair.
“Good boy.” She muttered under her breath.
The desire to possess and have Luce all to herself, grew stronger. The thought of another girl being intimate with her Luce, turns her mood afoul. She curled her lips in displeasure and banished the loathsome thought away.
She sauntered towards him. Dropping her arms on each side, trapping him. Lara loomed over at the sleeping Luce, who was all curled up on her bed. She giggled possessively and poke his cheek lightly with her index finger. Her wet hair, dropping on his cute impassive face.
Luce grumbled and swept the wet blonde hair, bothering his peaceful slumber.
“Luce…. Luce.” She called out gently, coaxing him to wake up.

Luce opened his eyes, his deep red eyes, fixed on Lara’s beautiful face.
‘Wait, red eyes? I thought his eyes were blue?” questioned Lara.
Luce yawned and Lara noticed the two canine teeth protruding out of his mouth.
‘What the hell!’ gasped Lara in shocked. Backing away from him slightly.
Before she could back away any further, Luce grabbed her arms and yanked her back towards him, reversing their position.
Now Lara was underneath Luce, caged within his arms. He smiled playfully at her, his canine teeth in plain view.
“W- w- what are you? W- Who are you?!” asked Lara, her voice trembled slightly.
“Lara.” He called out softly, brushing his hand across her face.
“What happened to my Luce?” she asked with a flushed face.
“I’m still your Luce, but more awake.” He answered, as he sucked on her neck lightly. She could feel the his teeth lightly nipping on her expose neck.
Lara moaned in pleasure and whimpered as he continued his ministrations.
“S-s so you’re normally asleep?” ask Lara in between gasped.
‘It feels so good.’ Lara moaned, she could feel the wetness form between her legs.
Luce continued his tantalizing kisses from her neck upward, stopping just near her lips.
“Yes.” he mumbled against her flushed skin.
“Do you want it, Lara, my lips against yours?” Luce teased. Ghosting his lips across hers.
Lara groaned as she felt his hands, brushed across her sensitive breast, “Yes!” she let out a strangled reply. That was all Luce needed as he dove in for the kiss, sealing her pretty mouth with his.
He cradled the back of her head with his hands, as he probed deeper within her using his sinful tongue.
Lara moaned into his mouth, her senses melted and became weak under his care.

Tower of Somnus
When humanity first encountered alien life, we were judged and found wanting. The Galactic Consensus interviewed our leaders and subjected us to a battery of psychological tests to determine our progress as a society. They found us to be selfish, wasteful, impulsive, and boorish neighbors. Earth was blockaded and our collective encounter with our extrasolar neighbors rapidly faded from memory. All they left behind was a hypercomm relay and a handful of subscriptions to a massively multiplayer game that participants played in their sleep. The Consensus said that it would let us interact with our neighbors in a controlled setting. That it would teach us to be better members of the galactic community. The megacorporations that controlled Earth ignored the game until they learned that the powers earned from clearing dungeons were just as real when day broke. Magic, supernatural abilities and rumors exploded from nothing and a subscription to The Tower of Somnus became a status symbol. Katherine ‘Kat’ Debs doesn’t have much, but it could be worse. Born in an arcology, she was assigned a job in the megacorporation that raised her almost as soon as she could work. Despite the stability of her corporate life, she wanted something more. A chance to claw her way up the rigid social and financial ladder to make something of herself. A chance that wouldn’t come naturally to someone as familiar with dark alleyways and the glint of steel as she was with office work and corporate niceties.Book One is up on Kindle Unlimited as of 7/6/22 - https://www.royalroad.com/amazon/B0B2X3L8H5

He puts his box down before walking over to one of the grey bins. I nosily watch as he pulls out a big grey sweatshirt, "Here." He holds it out for me to take and I stare at him with wide eyes, "F-For me?" I hesitantly grab the soft fabric as he chuckles, "Nah for ya mom."
