(Erina’s POV)

Erina is currently on the demon continent, it has been 2 months since she started her journey.

I wonder where the hero is? The damn elders only told me to go to the demon continent.

Erina had a long blonde hair and a pair of blue eyes, she was 170 cm tall and is has a slender build. Her clothes were a long sleeved t-shirt and pants made out of rare gray silk that is harvested every 10 years from the world tree.

She was in one of the port cities of the demon continent, because of her looks and race she was attracting a lot of attention. Elves are a race that never leaves their continent, they have always remained neutral and has no record of having a war with any races. It is said that an elf only shows up in the demon continent once every thousand years.

I should buy a cloak for now.

She roamed around the port city to search for a cloak.

“Miss, are you looking for something?” An old looking demon showed up.

“You see, I am looking for a cloak. I attract too much attention…”(Erina)

“hohoho of course you would, it has been a long time since we have seen an elf. If you are looking for some cheap and plain ones go to that corner and follow that path, you can also ask the others about Keyra’s store”(Old demon)

“thanks, here” Erina tried to give the old man a silver coin but was rejected.

“you don’t have to, I don’t help for money. Anyways you should hurry up and find an inn, there are a lot of bad people at night”(Old Demon)

“thanks” Erina bowed and started moving towards the clothes store.

While running, someone suddenly blocked her path.

The bulky demon was trying to catch her, from time to time different projectiles were thrown at her but she easily dodged them.

“OI! SLUT! STOP RUNNING!”(Demon)

Erina stopped and turned around.

“out of breath? Hahaha you should just quietly do as you are told.”(Demon)

“what did you just call me?”(Erina)

“you are not allowed to ask any questions, starting today you will be my slave”(Demon)

*snap*

“oh, a slave huh?” Erina smiled at the demon.

“like the idea?, quite an indecent elf. Looks like I’ll be able to enjoy a good body tonight hahaha”(Demon)

Erina took a deep breath to relax herself.

“ok let’s do it”(Erina)

“an elf that wants to do it outdoors? Quite a good catch hahaha”(Demon)

Erina suddenly vanished and appeared behind the demon, she was holding a scythe that was aimed at the demon’s neck.

“normally I would torture you to death but I don’t have time”(Erina)

She pulled her scythe and cut the demon’s head off, she released her scythe and started running like nothing happened.

The door opened and Erina entered the store.

“an elf!?”(Female Demon)

“yes I am an elf, anyways is there a ready to use cloak here?”(Erina)

“…yes, follow me” The demon guided her to the inner part of the store.

“here this is the best cloaks I currently have”(Female Demon)

“anything is fine… oh wait I want the blue… or the red…maybe the violet one” (Erina)

After an hour she decided to close her eyes and randomly pull a cloak, after paying for it she went to an inn which was close to the store.

I wanted the red one… but this is also good. Maybe I should buy an extra cloak just in case

After she entered the inn she saw a yellow haired beast girl complaining at the counter.

“just let me stay here for one day! Please”(???)

“I already told you a ton of times, I can’t.”(Demon)

“please! You won’t regret it”(???)

“urg” when the demon noticed her, the beast girl was shoved away.

“what is it miss?”(Demon)

“um a room for one night”(Erina)

“here is the key for room 313, it is on the 3 RD floor”(Demon)

She took the keys and headed straight to the stairs.

“wait!”(???)

The beast girl suddenly hugged her from behind.

“please! Take me with you! It’s ok if a sleep on the floor. I am strong, I can act as a bodyguard!”(???)

“sorry, I have no need for a bodyguard”(Erina)

“please” The beast girl begged with teary eyes.

“…” Erina tried to shove the girl away but it was using all its strength to hug her.

“stop that, don’t bother the costumer” The demon tried to pull the girl but it was still not enough. The beast girl tightened her grip on her stomach.

MY STOMACH! STOP PULLING MY STOMACH! IT HURTS!!!

“STOP! It’s ok, you can come to the room.”(Erina)

“is it really ok ma’am”(Demon)

“it’s fine, and you stop hugging me”(Erina)

“thank you” The beast girl smiled at her.

When she got to the room she quietly put her things down.

“I’ll just take a bath, and don’t you dare try to rob me. If you do, I will find you and I will kill you”(Erina)

“I won’t do that” The beast girl sat on a chair and started to sleep.

What a pain…

When she went back to the room after the bath, the beast girl was now sleeping on the bed.

*snap*

“WAKE UP!” Erina moved to the bed and slapped the beast girl.

“… 5 more minutes mom”(???)

“I AM NOT YOUR MOM! WAKE UP!” Erina continued to slap the beast girl but it wasn’t effective.

After half an hour, her hands were starting to hurt.

What’s with her face? Is it made out of diamond?

“fine, I was trying to act like a good person and wake you up normally. If that is how you want it, fine by me” She summoned her scythe, after that the whole inn was destroyed.

…

Erina was currently crying on the side of a street, the beast girl was trying to comfort her.

“it’s ok, it’s just money. If we work together then I am sure we will be fine”(???)

“it’s all your fault! And why are you still ok?”(Erina)

Because of the damage she had to give all of her money to the manager. Since it was twice the amount needed to build another inn, the manager accepted it quickly. And surprisingly the beast girl was able to survive her attacks and slowly regenerated her body back. The beast girl woke up with her body fully healed and a destroyed inn, she didn’t know what happened and simply tried to comfort the one who helped her.

“calm down, nothing will be solved by blaming it on others”(???)

She continued to cry.

Damn it…

“are you ok?” A female dwarf gave a handkerchief to her.

The beast girl suddenly jumped at the dwarf and hugged her.

“help us! We will do anything so please hire us!”(???)

“ok”(Dwarf)

“really?”(???)

“Actually, I was looking for companions. Since both of you are strong and you also want to come with me then it is like hitting 2 birds with one stone”(Dwarf)

“see? You shouldn’t lose hope easily.”(???)

“ok then, since we are all done with the introductions let us go back to the inn I am staying at. A friend of mine will accompany us”(Milla)

“I got this 2 from the streets and starting today they will accompany us”(Milla)

“w..what if they suddenly betray us?”(Farha)

“my veteran soldier eye approves, so I am sure they won’t betray us”(Milla)

“well then introduce yourselves”(Milla)

“I am Shaila Vallafor, the hero of the beastmen”(Shaila)

Erina silently nodded and summoned her scythe.

“SO COOL!” Shaila’s eyes sparkled.

“Just like the 2 of you, Farha and I are heroes” Milla summoned a giant hammer and Farha summoned a spear.

“looks like we were fated to meet here today, anyways Farha are you done packing up?”(Milla)

Farha nodded.

“ok then let’s start moving to the demon capital” Milla put the bag on her back and started walking out of the room.

They are also going to the demon capital? Since it is also good for me then I will not say anything. I will just forget about not being able to buy the red cloak and losing all of my money, I will just focus on my goal to make Frith fall in love with me.

After fixing her thoughts she went out of the room, leaving Farha behind.

“… wait, I haven’t introduced myself yet…” Tears started to form on her eyes.
