《Hold the line.》NOT A CHAPTER- Just an info-dump.

I went throught and revamped the first block of chapters today, nothing world changing. Nothing worth re-reading unless you are interested in voicing an opinion on whether it feels smoother or not.
Most of what I did is fix capitalization, added/modified some sentence's to try and give the people a more human feel and not vocal information banks.
I also went through and fixed the SYSTEM message boxes thanks to a suggestion from Butterz, which actually led me into fixing the same missing pieces and addign a few more. starting tomorrow I will be trying to put a chapter in once every 2-3 days. that is a conservative estimate since I'll be starting class again tuesday and I dont know exactly what my homework situation is going to look like
I could probably churn them out on a daily basis, and I've got a few chapters planned out in my head and started on paper but if I take the time to write them, set them aside for a bit and come back fresh I can get a solid edit before they drop and I think it will be more efficient and better all around.
We will return to our regularly scheduled post's tomorrow.

Since this is my first full author post I'm going to add in here that I'm going to try my hardest to keep the MC from going full OP, I love reading OP stories, but I get frustrated when the MC all of a sudden becomes either too hesitant, or too stupid to use their gained powers.
I want our MC to come off as a mercenary. Mercs dont forget, and they never waste an advantage so growth will be slow, and those of you that read a bit further into the leveling system of the first chapter are going to catch that I've already built in what I am refering to as my 'fail-safe' if I get to that point before I'm ready.

The SYSTEM screens are probably going to be sparse most of the time, I'll have some chapters that will be catch-ups on them, the next for example is going to bring out the rewards, I need to 'build' the system shop, and there are a few skills/magic to be learned. I 'm going for more of a semi-hard litRPG (Be prewarned, I may be 30, but I am a child. If I see a genital joke I'm going to jump on that like paris hilton at an all you can suck dick buffet)
So I will have stats that need to be kept, and I'm all up on how to use excel, but they are not what I want to push my story forward.
I guess I've got that out of my sytem

The Heart Grows
Dungeon games? Yeah, they're a good way to waste a few hours. The trick is to know the map and plan appropriately. Of course, it doesn't matter if you get beaten. You revise your plan for that map and do a bit better next time. Man, it'd really suck to wake up as a dungeon heart in a fantasy world you know nothing about, barely able to even work out how to control your dungeon. Lucky that wouldn't happen to anybody, huh? What with only having one chance at getting things right, you'd have to plan extra-defensive. This story should be getting chapters published weekly. I have a comfortable buffer set up and on top of the weekly writing I am committing, a commissioner has donated two monthly writing slots to ensure this remains on a weekly schedule. There will be a stat block at the beginning of every chapter bar the first, and a handy map at the end. All my works come with a CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license. This means you are free to download, publish, and even make derivative works of my writing so long as you include this license, attribution, and don't sell the works. Keep it free!

OrcFat
I was reincarnated into another world as an orc, but wait, why am I still fat? This story is about a young man named Robert, who in his previous life was by most accounts an average person, with the exception of his terrible luck, coined by him as 'rough day Robert' or 'RDR'. One day he suffers a seemingly non-fatal injury but as his luck would have it he ends up dying regardless. Through this he has a suspicious encounter with an uknown entity that results in what can only be described as a reincarnation to another world. Despite his apprehensiveness he gives the benefit of the doubt to this weird scenario and accepts it, but to his surprise he wakes up in the body of... an orc? Is this just a sick joke or an adventure in disguise? See how Robert overcomes adversity and rewrites his own story with a new life, one hopefully with more luck than the last.

check the pulse and come back swearing
You always were something else, weren't you? Those eyes, too brown for your own good, and that old jacket that you loved to death - falling apart, but you didn't care.Looking at it now, I suppose it was inevitable. That it would always end up like this - you, in a hospital bed, and me, on the outside.Note: This is a work that has previously been posted on AO3, so if you follow me over there, it might look familiar!
