After 5 years of Crystalorb Engineering Division operations on the moon Crystalorb the construction process was now at an advanced stage, construction of the StarShip Ports was complete and the Crystalorb Engineering Division was building 90 Casara Class Cruisers per year and by the end of 2227 ESD 〘Earth Standard Date〙 there were 247 Casara Class Cruisers, and 37% that had already been fitted with their Crystalorb Energy Weapons Crystals were delivering small asteroids to the large scale processing facilities that were being built in Nalen City and Esara City .

For the previous 5 years Crystalorb's output of refined minerals had been cut by half, and this had resulted in massive loss of revenue for the African Federation economy, but Crystalorb compensated by increasing production of Crystal Valley Industries Crystal based products resulting in the economy still managing to consistently show annual positive growth that averaged to 0.4% of GDP.

Things were about to change, and when a further 40% of the 247 Casara Class Cruisers were fitted with their Crystalorb Energy Weapons Crystals Crystalorb's output of refined minerals would increase by 5%. The construction of the Nalen City and Esara City would accelerate as more Hydroponics Centres were built. Nalen City is the administrative capital and Esara City would be the security headquarters.

Naole was growing a 5km high Bio-Organic Crystalline Polyhedron Tetrahedron Pyramid, and the building would have 150m thick Bio-Organic Crystalline skin that is similar to that of the Crystalan Ships. The Bio-Organic Crystalline Polyhedron Pyramid Tetrahedron would have a Brain but would only be partially Sentient-Sapient. The Tetrahedron would be the primary building on the moon Crystalorb, and would hold a 0.5m diameter spherical fragment of the Spirit stone.

All the power generation and storage systems were placed 500m underground to protect them from possible attack, and the hundreds of Olen Crystalorb Nuclear Fusion Reactors placed under Nalen City and Esara City would also provide energy for the shields that protected the Cities. Without the Shields the cities would be engulfed by the massive dust storms that occurred on the moon Crystalorb.

The atmosphere on the moon Crystalorb had significant amounts of dust, and the Shields kept the dust out and helped to maintain a breathable environment in the Cities. Most of the oxygen on the moon Crystalorb was generated by artificial mechanism, but as the number of Hydroponics Centres increased an increasing amount was being generated by the plants. Crystalorb had plans to produce plant and animal food from hundreds of worlds to sell on the Interstellar Markets.

The population on the moon Crystalorb reached 800000 by 09-07-2229 and the 2 Cities reached 200km in diameter. The agricultural systems were producing massive amounts of processed food that was sold on the Interstellar Markets, and the Casara Class Cruiser were becoming increasingly active in their role as Galaxy Class Cargo Freighters, and this brought commercial benefits for Crystalorb and for the African Federation of City States.

For decades the 5 Human Governments had been working together to develop Advanced Fusion Beam Cannons by reverse engineering the Cannons from destroyed Hakum Sky Spears and Hakum Sky Super-Spears during the Crill Campaign. After extensive research the 5 Human Governments were able to develop a working prototype of the Advanced Fusion Beam weapon system, but the test mechanism was extremely large.

The Advanced Fusion Beam is generated by compressing the fusion reaction in a containment field and as the fusion process accelerates the energy increases exponentially increasing the pressure on the containment field. The pressure is released through a channel that forms the internal systems of the Cannons. The greater the pressure in the Fusion containment field the greater the energy output.

The first faze of the test mechanism produced a Fusion Beam that delivered 3 megatons of energy per second 〘12.552 Petawatts〙. Subsequent developments led to the development of compact Fusion Beam Cannons that deliver 54 megatons of energy per second 〘225.936Petawatts〙 with a build up time of 90 - 300 seconds depending on how long the previous Fusion Beam lasted.

The Fusion Beam Cannons were then installed on all the Capital ships operated by the 5 Human Governments updating the Human Capital Ships to:

As development on the moon Crystalorb intensified the African Federation colonies of the moons Afrika and Noka began to flourish, their respective population quickly reached 3.78546 Million people and 2.1234 Million people. The proximity to the moon Crystalorb gave the colonies cheaper access to Crystalorb products which they then sold on the Interstellar Markets at a profit.

The increased trade demands forced Crystalorb to progressively reduce the number of ships being built in the StarShip Port Construction bays to 15 at each StarShip Port by the end of year 2240 ESD. However at that point there were 870 Casara Class Cruisers active in the fleet and supplying hundreds of worlds with Crystal Valley Industries products along with products from any other organization that could afford the transportation cost.

Through Crystal Valley Industries Crystalorb operated the largest fleet of Galaxy Class Cargo Freighters in the region, and the fact that the Casara Class Cruisers have Atmospheric manoeuvring made them first choice amongst Interstellar Traders. The resulting prolonged period of economic boom led to expansions of ship construction capacity for all the 5 Human Governments.

The Engineering Department of the African Federal Security Force built 25 Construction docks on Thilano; the smallest of Tsui's moons, and Thilano has 40% the mass of Earth's moon. The African Federation built; 3 Construction docks for the Vanguard Class BattleCruisers, 12 Construction docks for the Nubia Class Destroyers, 3 Construction docks for the Apollo Class Destroyers and 7 for the Valiant Class Corvettes.

This brought the total number of African Federation Construction docks to 50 with 5 Construction docks for the Vanguard Class BattleCruisers, 24 Construction docks for the Nubia Class Destroyers, 6 Construction docks for the Apollo Class Destroyers and 15 for the Valiant Class Corvettes. All African Federal Security Force BattleCruisers, Destroyers and Corvettes have a 5m thick Crystalorb Black Crystal external layer.

All the 5 Human Governments have an Engineering Department or Division that does all Government building or construction, and private enterprises usually supplied proprietary components or products. The 5 Human Governments built their own BattleCruisers, Destroyers, Frigates, Corvettes, Gunships and Fighters.

Therefore by 2250 the Human Civilisation had surpassed the Azleck Republic as the major power in the region since the Azleck Republic operated a fleet of 5000 Galaxy Class Warships, but this had always been the intent of the Azlecks. Human Civilisation had much larger numbers than the Azleck Republic, and it was always the destiny of the human race to become a major Galactic power.

The main reason for the Human Civilisation's great leaps in development is that the Human Civilisation has something that the other Developing Interstellar Civilisations do not have, and that thing is Crystalorb.
