"Give me your number," Claus said as he looked at me.
My number?
'What does he need my number for?' I thought, how did I get to this situation?
Let's start from when I left Claus yesterday.
....
"Sorry, I have something to deal with here so I won't be able to go on the train with you," He said and I shook my head "It's fine, see you tomorrow," I said and got on the train.
'That was weird indeed.' I thought as I took a seat and looked outside of the moving train.
"This world is a lot more interesting than my old one," I mumbled as I closed my eyes.
After the train stopped 3 times I got off and got out of the station.
My target was the Gipsy Hill Police Station.
"Sorry little girl you are not permitted to move past this point." A sturdy man with military uniform said as he looked at me, there were over 30 other soldiers guarding the street that lead to the Gipsy Hill Police Station.
I frowned "Why?" I asked him and he didn't say anything.
'Really, I am getting annoyed that a small fry like him is ignoring me.' I thought as I got my anger under control and left from where I came from.
After walking for a bit I turned and went into an empty alley and looked behind me.
[Absoult Zero]
A strange light covered me and my entire body felt lighter as if there was no gravity.
[Deception of Chaos]
I said and I vanished from the alley in people's eyes but I was still here none the less.
I slowly floated out of the alley and moved towards where the Gipsy Hill Police Station was.
As I moved closer and closer I saw that the number of Soldiers increased and I also saw a few tanks there.
"What is going on? I hope he is okay." I mumbled as I increased my speed.
When I was few blocks away I saw that all the soldiers were looking at something so I narrowed my eyes and looked to the side as I stopped moving and landed on top of a building.

'Hmm...They are not weak.' I thought to myself as I watched.
"Thank god this has nothing to do with him," I mumbled as I watched them argue back and forth.
"Fine!" One of them said as he threw a legless old man to the other guy.
"Good, NOW DIE!" The old man on the other side said as a strange light covered the knife he took out.
"So that is Qi? Interesting." I mumbled with a smiled.
DANGER!
My entire body felt like something every dangerous has come.
"Where!" I said as I looked around.
~Rumble!
My [Deception of Chaos] deactivated and I was now visible to the human eyes again, my entire body froze for a second before I shook off the fear and sweat ran down my back as my eyes become glued to the person who just arrived.
"What a monster...Hehe." I said in a low voice as I looked at the newcomer.
"Who dares terrorise my men?" The newcomer said in a cold tone.
"So familiar..." I mumbled as I asked myself why this person felt so familiar.
"I don't know who he is but there has only been one person that ever made me this fearful," I said as I looked at the masked man.
I activated [Delay of Shadows] which covered my face completely making it impossible for people to find out how I look like.
The masked man raised his head and looked at me, this made my heart skip a beat as I took a step back, it was only for a split second but he definitely saw me that's for sure.
'I don't think I stand a chance against him at my current level, maybe if I use forbidden spells. But the results would be catastrophic that's for sure.' I thought as I increased the speed of [Absoult Zero] to its maximum power.
I looked at the masked man one last time before I turned into a streak of light and vanishing.
I took out my phone in my as I head home.
~bringg! ~bringg! ~bringg!
"Hello." I heard a man's voice on the other side of the phone and I smiled.
"Are you okay? I heard something happened near your workplace?" I asked him in a panicked tone.

"Are you worried about? Hehe doesn't worry nothing happened to your big brother." He said.
'This kid.' I thought as I shook my head.
"I am glad you are okay," I said in a relieved tone and he laughed.
"How was college?" He asked me.
"It fun, much better than school," I replied.
"That's great, I am sorry I could not pick you up after school." He said.
"It's fine, I am already home," I said in a playful tone.
"That's my sister." He said as he hung up.
I flew downwards towards a huge mansion and walked up to the gate where I rang the bell.
"Who is it?"A deep voice could be heard.
"It's me, Nina," I said and the gate opened.
"Welcome home young lady." An old man was at the entrance with a bow as I entered.
I made my way towards the main building a got inside.
"Don't disturb me, I will be in my room there is no need to bring me food either," I said as I looked at the old man.
"As you wish." He replied and I made my way to my room.
I took off my clothes and put on something lighter.
'I didn't know that there were such monsters living in this world, just how many more are there?' I thought as I sat down in a lotus position.
I smiled "Then again, with the amount of many in this world how long will it take me to enter the Immortal stage?" I said with a sarcastic tone as I closed my eyes and started to absorb the mana in the air.
....
I opened my eyes "Hmm...Am I getting too strong too soon?" I mumbled as I stood up and went into my bathroom to take a shower.
After I did that I put on a new set of clothes and went out of my room.
'She is here?' I thought as I made my way to the dinner room and sat down on the long table.
At the very end of the table sat a long haired blond woman with blue eyes, her looks were astonishing and the aura she gave off was fierce.
I picked up a fork and started to eat the food the maids put in front of me.
"How was college?" The woman asked me and I looked at her with a stunned expression, this woman never talks so it just came as a surprise.
"It was so-so," I said and kept eating.
"I heard that the next chairman of the Bruce empire goes to your college, have you met him?" She asked me with a cold tone and I looked at her.
"Nha, why?" I asked her with a sarcastic tone.
"I don't care if you met him or not just make sure that you don't make him an enemy." She said as she stood up and left the room.
After eating for a while longer I also left the room and got my bag.
"Want me to bring you a care, my lady?" The old man asked me and I nodded.
Since my brother won't pick me up there is no reason to refuse.
After he got me a car I went inside and made my way to the college.
....
I arrived at my college and got out of the car making my way to get inside the college.
"Hold on." I heard someone behind me so I turned around and saw Claus heading my way.
"Hello," I said as I waved my hand.
"Give me your number," Claus said as he looked at me.
My number?
'What does he need my number for?' I thought.
"What for?" I asked him.
"Why not? I thought this was normal between friends?" He said as he looked at me cluelessly and I giggled as I wrote down my number.
'Why does he remind me of someone I met before?' I thought as we both headed to the class.
~Claus PoV~
'That was easy.' I thought.
I looked at her closely 'Now that I look at her closely she looks so familiar?...Am I thinking too much?' I thought as we headed to History.

Waking Up
The story of Larin the Builder in the aftermath of Awakening This short story is the epilogue of Awakening, the first book of the Chronicles of Mother's Gate series. This epilogue is a great follow-up to the novel, a bonus story that adds extra layers between books without being necessary to the main storyline.Waking Up follows the story of Larin, who is alive but unconscious after her ordeal in the Nine Hells. She awakens in A'lara City a few days later and recuperates under the steadfast care of her repentant friend Jorn.As she reacclimates to her waking state, Larin struggles with her gruesome memories of the Hells and her decision to conceal them from Jorn. This story answers the question, Is Larin all right? with a resounding yes, and some storms on the horizon. It also raises the question, What happened to her down there? and includes an excerpt from the sister story Falling Down, about Larin's ordeal in the Nine Hells. Praise for Waking Up and Falling Down: Loved it. The difference between the two stories is great! The difference between Waking Up and Falling Down is astounding. So much light and love in the first story. You feel safe reading it. Healing. The second, so much darkness, pain and despair. The choice of vocabulary is awesome and makes an impact. And this set of short stories ties the two books together so well.-- Dana V. of Texas ★★★★★

Every living being becomes a Traveler while sleeping. This means that part of what is called “consciousness” detaches from the rest, carrying us towards worlds located in parts still unknown of the universe. Most of these places have things that inhabit only our dreams. Worlds were physics is not the same one we know. Where magic exists and mythological creatures walk amongst the people. Most of the Travelers become mere spectators in this world, unable to influence it. With some luck, they can go back to their bodies and wake up with the memory of a pleasant dream. Others do not have the same luck and end up stuck in the limbo, unable to return home. There is one other category of Travelers. These are the ones strong enough to create bodies and separate themselves from the life they had before. These Travelers start a new life without ever thinking about returning to the place they once called “home”. This story is about the last kind of Travelers and their trials in a world filled with spells, magical creatures and monsters. **
