A Lootbox can contain a certain thing if it is named, for example if you have an Ordinary Sasuke Lootbox, it would have the word Sasuke engraved on the box, and the box would be plain white. You would get anything owned by Sasuke but only in the ordinary tier.

So, a Lootbox Token can grant you a random lootbox of any tier, it depends on your luck to get anything good.

Doujutsu Store has a list of dozens of kekkai genkai and also you can buy certain bloodlines, to match the eye techniques of your choosing as to be able to connect smoothly with the eye, though getting the Uchiha bloodline and the sharingan is difficult as everything in this store is locked, Fang Li was not happy as is not able to buy anything from here.
