I'm planning to do a thorough edit of the volume to remove wordiness and clear some plot holes.
But not right now though. I want to at least work on this part of volume two because the cliffhanger is killing me xD. That aside, did you guys enjoy my story so far? You are not reading because you pity me right, right? *stare*
Nonetheless, I'd like some thoughts on what to improve during my edit. Please comment what you think, should I give more detailed descriptions, develop Alice and Ellowyn relationship more? Please tell me!

When the main character was 10 he witnessed a citizen returning to the Core. The story continues 10 odd years later when he again witnesses a similar situation unfolding and manages to touch the person returning to the Core. This causes him to be swept up in the transfer as well and for his mind to join as a "Guest" user of the Core. As a Guest he has limited powers, a starting balance of zero cr or Citizen credits, and no idea how he can get home. He is the first human to ever become a Guest of a Core. She stood there wondering how in the world he could have beaten her here; He looked at her then, He looked, well, handsome, his faced was clean shaven and his button up shirt was all unbuttoned minus the three at the bottom. She could still visibly see his bronze chest and the top of his ripped-hard abs. He walked over to her and smiled, showing all of his teeth, the smile reaching his eyes. His eyes were dark and stormy, their color was usually a nice honey brown but now his eyes looked mid-night black. They looked like they could kill a man at eighty paces, but could sweep a woman off her feet at the same time.
