Since he had promised Ba-Shei that he would give him something good to eat, he could obviously not just throw away such a high quality meal like Li Quan. Wan Yi's fire had corrosive effects, so even if Li Quan's body was stronger, it would still be affected by the fire's corrosive properties, it would only take more time. Guo Luo only used her illusions once in the fight, but she matched the timing of her illusion with Lin Ren's attack, allowing Yun Yantian to easily avoid Li Quan's attack. Thanks to Ba-Shei giving Yao Jun control over the darkness element, Yao Jun was able to both trip up and slow down Li Quan, eventually grasping the chance to arrive in front of him and kill him. Yang Long's attack did not hit Li Quan, but it forced him to weaken himself to flee. Yang Long was also the one who told Yao Jun where to use his darkness element to trip up Li Quan, something that caused quite some surprise to Yao Jun. It had been like Yang Long knew where Li Quan would step before Li Quan even stepped there. An incredibly short battle, only a few seconds long, but it had been the most tense battle Yao Jun had ever taken part in. He wasn't this tense even when he first fought Little Thunder, when he was still just a normal person. before he had even awakened his power. Yao Jun shook his head and stopped thinking about it, walking towards Guo Luo and the others. The fight was over, Li Quan was dead and they had won, there was no longer a need to spend any energy thinking over it. Now it was time to think about what they would do in the future. “Are you okay?” As Yao Jun walked over, Guo Luo rushed up to him and inspected his left arm. Yao Jun had stored away his armor and sword, so one could clearly see that his left arm was almost completely blue in color. “Arm's fucked. It should be able to heal up fully in around half a year, but until then I can't use it.” Yao Jun shook his head as he spoke. That last attack made by Li Quan contained his full strength. Even if Yao Jun had used the first level of Crumbling The Nine Heavens, the attack still shattered the bone inside his left arm, several blood vessels bursting. Even his armor had cracked slightly after taking that hit head on. “We should leave here before doing anything else. There is no telling if anyone in the town noticed something.” Seeing that Guo Luo was about to speak up again, Yao Jun pat her head with his right arm and spoke out. Since Yun Yantian considered Yang Yuhuan a sister, so too would he. “The Guo clan are planning to devour the remains of the Yang clan, they will then strengthen themselves and attempt to devour the Yun clan. The Yang siblings belonged to the Yang clan, Yun Yantian had a God Gate and belonged to the Yun clan, while Yao Jun, Lin Ren, and Guo Luo all had God Gates. They were all on the Guo clan's list. “There isn't really anything we can do alone, is there?” After everyone spent some time pondering in silence, Yang Yuhuan and Yun Yantian both shook their heads with bitter smiles. Who would dare attack those that they wished to protect? Right now they were still weak, but as they grew in strength and took in more people, their organization would grow alongside them. “An organization that suppresses everyone huh? You've got great ambitions little missus, I like it. Count me in.” Yang Long was the first one to respond, letting out a loud laugh. If anyone else said that they wanted to create an organization that could suppress all others, he would laugh at them and call them foolish. But when Guo Luo spoke, he could not laugh at her. Their group had four people who had powers called God Gates, just from their names one could realize that they had terrifying potential. He and his sister had their own strengths that had great room for growth. He did not know much about Wan Yi, but he was sure that she was not someone normal. If she was, would she be traveling with such a group of freaks? “We would have to be careful in the beginning, not letting anyone know that we are the ones who started the organization, but it could work. Count me in.” Yang Yuhuan slightly fondled her chin as she spoke. If they could keep themselves hidden while they were building the organization, odds of anyone getting suspicious and attacking them were low. “Building an organization of our own and making it reach the peak of power sounds like fun, count me in.” Lin Ren spoke with a shrug of his shoulders and a laugh, but he felt warm on the inside. He had no home or family, but now he had been given the chance to build both, how could he not feel warm on the inside? “I can't return to the Yun clan, and being with all of you sounds much better, so why not. Count me in.” Yun Yantian also shrugged his shoulders. The Guo clan would need to devour all of the Yang clan and then consolidate their forces before attacking the Yun clan. This would take several years, allowing them to maybe grow strong enough to help the Yun clan, maybe even strong enough to change the Yun clan for the better. “Count me in. We can use the organization to find places that the Guo clan has not placed spies and build safe places there, allowing us to attract more people.” Wan Yi spoke with a smile. Guo Luo's plans were exactly the same as her's. If they built an organization and had it grow strong enough, she could continue her mother's work while also working on completing the ambitions she had earlier, to build a safe world for the Demon Race, a world without an endless and needless war. “Count me in. Let's build an organization that will reach the peak of power and go down in the annals of history.” Everyone else had agreed, so there was no way Yao Jun would disagree now. These people were all his friends, so if he could build a powerful organization with them, protecting all that he wished to protect, what was there to complain about. “So what should we call it?” After a short moment of silence, everyone sharing a smile, Yang Long spoke out. Since they were going to build an organization that would go down in the annals of history, a good name was obviously important. “What about just calling it God's Gate? Since four of us have God Gates?” Wan Yi spoke up after a short moment of silence, pointing at Yao Jun and the others. “That's a bit too obvious, is it not? Since all of us are going to be titans of the cultivation world in the future, how about Titan's Gate?” But Lin Ren shook his head in response to her words. If an organization called God's Gate suddenly popped up, while the Guo clan might not investigate it immediately, they would get suspicious sooner or later. “Titan's Gate? A titan stood above everyone else, an arrogant ruler of the world She found the name to be perfect for them. She swept her eyes around the others, her lips curling into a smile when she saw them all nod their heads. And like this, on the back of a flying eagle, Titan's Gate was born. They all had their own reasons for wanting to create Titan's Gate, but they were all tied together by the simple fact that they had things they wished to protect, things they were too weak to protect on their own.
