Her eyes followed the prancing figurine of Reina, and she sighed wistfully.
She couldn't believe it! Reina was finally here! She had missed her so much, and she was here at last!
Her lips curled upward in disgust as she recalled what those adults had done. Watched uselessly as they took her away.
She could still remember the frightened look on Reina’s face, and it horrified her. As far as she remembered, Reina was never scared.
It was only later than did she learn that Reina was gone for good; never coming back. Her one and only pillar were no more, leaving her stumbling on her own.
She sneered. All those hardships she had to face were because of the adults, but maybe she should forgive them. That was what Reina taught her to do.
She would think about this later. Right now, the only thing that mattered was that her big sister was finally home.
