Luo Fei

Luo Fei became orphan after the waves of demon beasts invaded and destroyed a village situated in the north-east within the territory of the Royal Family. The Royal Family didn't help the village and instead abandon it to gain times to reorganize the formation of their troops. After the waves, a lot of villagers became slaves or died from hunger, but Luo Fei did his very best and survived in this hellish abandoned village by the Royal Family.

Few years later, when Luo Fei 10, he was finally able to open his meridians, becoming an apprentice magus fighter. The Royal Family contacted him to recruit him but all the hatred he had accumulated until now didn't disappeared so of course Luo Fei refused the offer. Luo Fei was forced to either giving his cultivation technique to the new generations of the empire or desert the empire, and he choose the latter one.

He deserted towards the Guho Empire and strengthen himself over the year and after finally breaking though the 9-star intermediate stage, he became an expert magus fighter. After traveling around the world with the famous adventurer party called '7-Lotus', Luo Fei encountered Ba Kushi and became friend with him. The 7-Lotus was a famous adventurer guild around the world, having only 7 party members, but those 7 party members were all expert fighter fighting for their own goal becoming the legendary adventurer party 7-Lotus. Now not a single commoner doesn't know that name. They were almost at the pinnacle of the cultivation and were all respected for their strength and ability. Including Luo Fei and Ba Kushi, those seven legendary fighters all separated and are now hiding somewhere in the world. Luo Fei was one of them.

After leaving the adventurer guild, Luo Fei directed towards the Guho Empire. He built a school with all the wealth and the glory he won back then, the biggest Magus school of Guho Empire, Guho Academy. Within the school, nobles and commoners are all accepted without restriction. From apprentice class to expert class, each class are ranked with 1 to 9-star. Every year, a tournament is held, giving the opportunity to jump to the next class. The faster you join the 9-star class, the stronger you became with the news cultivation technique you learned from the next class. After fifty years, Luo Fei fame and accomplishment finally reached the world and the Guho Academy became one of the top 10 academies within the continent.

Luo Fei knew very well the horrible massacred happened to the Ba clan. Even though he hated the Royal Family and the empire, he didn't really hate the Ba clan. The Ba clan was once the strongest clan within the Royal Family. They had unique and strong bloodiness power since birth and a high affinity with nature elements. That is why Ba clan was classified as one of the strongest clan within the Royal Family. The Ba clan was a neutral clan within the Royal Family, that didn't obliviously obey to the Royal Family, but with the time that passed and lesser magus expert appeared, their power diminished to the point that others clans within the Royal Family invaded and destroyed them by the orders from the elders of the Royal Family.

When Luo Fei heard about the Ba clan extermination. He became worried about his friend Ba Kushi and departed towards Guwan City. During his travel, he learned that the Royal Snake Waejin matured and became able to speak. He knew that once a monster matured. they became two or three times stronger than before, unlocking their meridians and becoming even more stronger by the time. Luo Fei finally arrived after 3 days to Guwan City.

Once he gathered enough information from the guard at the border, he didn't get any information regarding Ba Kushi and decided to gather more information in every inn of Guwan City in order to find even a single clue of Ba Kushi's location. The only interesting information was about a mysterious boy with a servant staying in a cheap and shabby inn. His name was Mi Liu. Luo Fei didn't really know if he was just passing by the border or if he was the heir of the Ba clan, Ba Kuan. He guessed that this fellow hided his name to not arouse suspicion. Luo Fei headed towards the inn where Mi Liu was locating.

When Luo Fei entered in the inn, he asked for the waitress to call for the young boy called Mi Liu but he didn't expect to be already surrounded by the crown after few minutes in the inn. Suddenly appeared in front of him few meters away. The boy didn't emit a single qi energy nor magic power. Even commoner in this world had a little bit of those energy making Luo Fei curious about this boy's identity. He walked towards the young boy and introduced himself.

"So, you are Mi Liu. Nice to meet you my name is Luo Fei. An expert magus fighter."

Luo Fei glared Mi Liu for few seconds, making him stepped back and then noticed his own magic aura released around him Luo Fei said with a laugh but still serious expression.

"Hahaha! Sorry, at least I should prove somehow that I was truly an expert magus. People sometimes doesn't believe the word magus since unfortunately, only few people could really be called as such."

Qi fighters and magus fighters were both respected by the nobles and commoners. No one would dare to mess with them and not even dare to act proudly in front of them. An expert fighter could even get his own private land and people becoming future dojos. The dojos are considered as a force stronger than every empire's soldiers. Even some of the soldiers came from dojos were mostly general or war-chief on the army. They were strong, respected, and totally feared existence. Such an existence was in front of Mi Liu, though Ba Kushi was also an expert fighter, he refused his own private land and served the Ba clan instead. Luo Fei presence gave a totally different level of pressure to Mi Liu, Mi Liu gulped few times before he could open his mouth then finally spoke.

"I never dare to not believe that mister is an expert magus after a single glance... I was wondering what you need from me sir."

Luo Fei glanced at the maid next to Mi Liu. Even though she was young, her magic power wasn't weak at all. It could even be considered as a genius. He noticed 2 daggers on her waist, those daggers emitted a strong magic aura making his wondering what kind of sacred weapons it was. 'This girl magic power exceeded a thousand!' Luo Fei thought. He was shocked inside his mind but it didn't show on his face. He calculated the maid's strength and became amazed. This girl absolutely need to enter in his school he thought. She could become even become an expert magus later! 'If she's only a maid, that's mean that this boy power should not be underestimated.' After reorganizing his mind, he ordered the waitress.

"Get us a private room."

The waitress panicked but quickly regain her sense and guided them towards a private room on the second floor. Once Luo Fei entered he casted a spell on the lock of the door and sit on the chair then finally spoke.

"I cast a special magic, inside this room is protected by any sound or recording magic from coming out of this room."

After finishing his sentence, he summoned 3 cups of tea and with a faint smile finally continued.

"Come on. Come here and sit, I won't bite. I just want to know Ba Kushi's whereabouts. I'm one of his friend you see."

Luo Fei already guessed Mi Liu's identity. He already sensed a strong poison inside Mi Liu's body. He couldn't believe it at first, but it was indeed the snake deadly pearl poison. Everyone knows that once someone drank this poison, one cannot cultivated qi energy nor magic power. It was already a miracle that Mi Liu survived after drinking the poison who had an 82% death rate after drinking it.

Even though he was pressured, Mi Liu wasn't scared of Luo Fei nor feel any hostility. In Ba Kuan's memories, Ba Kushi told him a lot of stories, and Luo Fei was in one of those. With the current knowledge, Mi Liu only know 2 of the 7-Lotus members. Meeting one is already something a commoner would hardly get in his whole year. Not even talking about meeting all of them. Mi Liu was excited but pressured, not scared but a little warry and with these emotions gathering together inside Mi Liu's mind make his body stiff like a stick.

After finally sitting on the chair and regaining his calm, Mi Liu decided to tell everything to Luo Fei except the private house and the doll system. Mi Liu told him about his escaped from the villa and his encounter with the elite monster.

"I see, so Ba- No, Mi Feng is still unknown for now."

Luo Fei quickly glanced at Mi Liu and asked with curiosity.

"And you what do you intent to do from now? You can't stay here forever."

Mi Liu didn't really know what to do, he just needed to gather resources for his private house and level up his system to became stronger. It was the only way for him to survive, so after wondering for a while he finally spoke.

"For now, I need to gather more money."

Honestly during this past 3 days, Mi Liu had spent a lot of money and he was worried about the money he lost since it was the Ba clan treasury. He really wanted to find a way to reach level 10 and unlocked the most features he needed to become stronger. He could not cultivate qi energy nor magic power, so physical training and weapon creation was his only choice. Luo Fei had a faint smile after hearing Mi Liu answer and asked him.

"What about joining my school? Even though you don't have magic power, every year a tournament is held and if you win the tournament, you can win ton of money and gain respect from the people of the Guho empire."

It was really a good proposal for Mi Liu. He needed to build strong relations with the other party to avenge one day his clan and with the help of the Guho empire as ally, his dream could be achieved but for now it was something still really far away. He reorganized his mind and asked with a curious expression.

"Why mister Luo Fei is willing to help me that much?"

Mi Liu was still doubtful about Luo Fei. After all, he only heard story about him and didn't knew well his way of thinking or mentality. He also feared that he may betray him and sell him to the Royal Family. But Luo Fei patted his head and with a cheerful laugh said.

"Hahaha! Young boy, I promised to Mi Feng long time ago that if something happened, I will help him. I also received good hospitality from the Ba clan. So now It's decided! You will come to my Guho Academy! Guhahaha!"

Thus, they exited the inn and directly headed towards Guho Capital by carriage.
