《God Blade (Hiatus)》Chapter 58: Little Sister

Theo watched from a ridge as the main army set up their second camp. They were able to make a significant progress marching to the top. Part of it was because of adventurers and mages from Mages Guild that helped in removing the defense along the mountain. Another reason was that there were no waves today. Theo still anticipated a trap, though in what form, he didn't know.
The sky started to turn dark, not that it was bright in the first place. The ashes and smoke rising from Mount Etna prevented much of the sunlight from touching the ground.
He turned away from the cliff. A small camp was set up by Miracle and his party, they didn't want the Fire Elemental to attack them during the night. A small campfire was burning between three tents, surrounded by six people. The missing few were, Tina who already slept, Alina who went scouting somewhere, and Val who refused to get anywhere near him. Or anywhere she could see him in fact.
Despite six people surrounding it, the campfire was silent. They were eating their dinner and none of them have any interest in a conversation. Vivi signaled Theo to sit next to her, and he did. Like usual, she fed him.
"Hey, Theo." Lyana called, remembering her conversation with Vex the day before. "Why haven't you told me about your little sister?"
Theo looked at her and raised his brows. "Who told you about her?" His gaze fell on Vex, the only person Lyana had interacted with that knew about his little sister. Vex smirked in return.
"Wait, you have a sister?" Ed suddenly shouted. He was quiet while enjoying his dinner before, but the moment he heard about it, his ears immediately perked up. "How can I not know this?" He stared at Theo.
"Well?" Lyana pushed him for answer by joining Ed in staring Theo down.
"I ... prefer not to talk about her." Theo answered.
"I want to know." Vivi added.
Theo turned towards Vivi and smiled. He then kissed her. "Okay."
"Oh, so she can hear it but I can't?" Lyana asked, irritated.
"Well, you didn't suck his dick." Vex replied, drawing attention to herself. She then coughed. "Ahem! I mean, you're not even feeding him or I don't know, massaging him when he's tired."
"Okay, okay, I just tell everyone." Theo interrupted.
"Aren't you the only child?" Ed asked.
"I am, but she was adopted ... by me."
"What?" Vivi, Ed, and Lyana asked. Bry and Tomoe were feigning disinterest.
"Kind of, in a sense. My father never wants another child, especially a daughter, but when we were traveling through Girantine, I found a little girl, 5 years younger than me, unconscious on the street. Back then I was still ten, still innocent when compared to how I am right now, but a damn evil kid compared to other children my age. But when I ... when I saw her face, she reminded me of a childhood friend and reminded me of myself when I left the village and started exploring the world with my father. So I picked her up and brought her to where I stayed."

Theo chuckled when he reminisced about his childhood memories. "My father became furious when I told him that I'm going to take care of her, that I want her as my little sister. It was the angriest he has ever been with me. And he gave me a good beating, but I still wasn't deterred by it. He warned me that he will have nothing to do with Her, that if I want to take care of her, I have to do it all on my own. He kept his promise. Six years we live together and never, not even once, father said a word to her. He also never gives her a coin, or food, or clothes. Everything that she needs, I have to take care of it."
"So you're close?" Vivi asked.
"Very, but adventuring and exploring are not her types. Magic, Science, Philosophy, and History were her calling. If only father would talk to her, they would have a great long discussion about Theology and Philosophy. So I decided to send her to Lethrand, the Kingdom Of Magic so that she can hone her talent and use it for ... whatever she wants to use it for. I saved money for her, I stole money from father, I took Jobs whenever I could, but we have a falling out because of my decision."
"She wanted to stay with me more than she wanted to study, but she was a pure academic. She barely learned combat magic and she didn't have any talent for that. There were a lot of situations in which I couldn't protect her and father couldn't care less about her well being. So despite what we both want, I decided to force her to attend the Magical school of Lethrand. She was mad at me and refused to speak with me ever since. I sent her a letter every few months, but she never answered."
"Do you think It's the best for her?" Ed asked. He understood Theo's feeling to some extent. But he also understood his little sister's feeling, being forced to a school and away from family.
"No. I believe there are many better ways, but I don't regret it. Considering what happened and what I did a few years after she left, sending her away from me was the right choice."
"Do you want to meet with her again?" Lyana asked.
"Of course, but I don't think that would be for the best. And since she never sends me a letter back, I don't think she wants to meet me."
"And you think that she will eventually forgive you if you never meet her?" Lyana asked again.
"AHHHH!" Vex yelled. "What the hell is with this grim atmosphere?! Save your sad story and deep thought when you are alone! I don't want my mood to turn sour!" She looked at Lyana and Ed. "You think this is some normal familial love? This is Theo you're speaking with."

"W-wait, you don't mean-" Lyana said.
"Of course," Vex answered. "His love for his little sister is not a love an older brother has for his little sister." Her gaze turned to Theo. "You incestuous bastard."
Ed covered his face. "I should have seen it coming."
Theo raised his hand to prevent any incoming protest. "First, let me explain it. We're not related by blood, and she is never formally my little sister. That is not incest."
"But you still consider her your little sister, so my point still stands." Vex replied.
"Okay, but as a bisexual Vex, you have no right to judge me. And must I remind you that your justification of 'I can't choose who I like' also applies to me? And biologically, Incest makes a lot more sense than gay or lesbian. At least incest can still produce a child." He then turned to Lyana, but he stopped before he argued.
Lyana didn't complain or judge him for being incestuous, despite being the only person there who has all the right to judge him. She was the result of millennia of incest, and she was raised to be another concubine of her father. She has all the right to hate him if she wanted to, but she only smiled at him a little.
"I don't care about it, Theo-Sama." Vivi said while hugging him. "I love you even with all your twisted and fucked up side."
Theo smiled and hugged her back. "Thanks, I love you to- Did you just said all my twisted and fucked up side?"
Vivi nodded. "Mhm."
Theo grabbed her chin and raised her face, then kissed her. "Well, I'm not all twisted and fucked up." His gaze moved slightly to look at Tomoe and Bry, they didn't appear to be bothered with the reveal of his incestuous nature. Maybe it was because of the difference in cultural taboo in Nihon and wherever Bry originally came from.
He turned to Vivi again. "Since we're going to be busy tomorrow and we need a lot of rest, why don't we start early tonight?" Theo asked while running his hand on her breast.
She took his hand and moved it away. "I'm sorry, Theo-Sama, but I'm not in the mood today."
"Not in the mood?" Theo asked. She was never, not in the mood before, so it was the first.
"No one has a libido as high as you, Theo-Sama." She smiled innocently.
'Damn' He couldn't hold his lust back when she smiled like that.
'There is someone, though.' His eyes glanced over Vex who sat opposite of him. A chill ran down his spine when he realized that Vex was staring back at him with a hungry look, like a predator stalking her prey.
He immediately looked away to Vivi. He smiled and kissed her. "A kiss is enough for tonight then."
"Good." Vex suddenly shouted. She stood up, approached Theo, and grabbed his hand. "I'm going to borrow him for tonight. It's okay, right?" She asked.
"I don't mind." Vivi smiled. "Have fun, Theo-Sama."
"And how about you?" Vex asked Lyana.
"What? Why do you need my permission?" Lyana asked. There was a tint of red on her cheek, but she tried her best to hide it.
Vex smirked. "I'm just asking." She pulled Theo. "Come here, I'm going to cure you of that Incestuous nature of yours."
"Wait, wait, wait. I haven't given my consent yet." He said that, but he didn't resist her pull.
"You will when I start." She brought him to her tent and pushed him down on the fur sleeping bed. "Just lay down."
Theo followed her order and laid his body. She unbuckled his belt and placed her head between his legs. "I'm wondering, does Vivi ever give you the head?"
"Well, since her body is small, her mouth is also ... O-ohh ... God." He closed his eyes and tensed his body. "F-fuuck, D-don't start off so ... God -R-Rough." Theo took a deep breath, trying his hardest to slow down his breathing and heart rate.
It went on for a few minutes, but just before Theo was about to release it, Vex stopped. "W-what?" He looked at her.
Vex stood. She took off her clothes "I'm already a bit wet so, tit for tat. Or what is the fancy way to say it?"
"Quid Pro Quo"
"Yes." She sat on his face. "Whatever that actually means."
