Dark matter enveloped the wounded metentis of light and he could not do anything. The second managed to dodge the poisonous attack and said:
"God's Hand (rank 5)!"
Rays shot out of his body, disintegrating the summoned squad, but before disappearing, the crossbowman still managed to release a steel bolt and hit one inquisitor in the side, he howled in pain.
"Pure light! (Rank 4)"
The dense array of dark poisonous matter disappeared and the second metentis of light cast a spell:
"Exorcism of the Undead (Rank 5)!"
Thomas snapped, he had nothing to oppose. A summoned angel, blinding his red eyes, attacked him. He carried out one attack after another. The sword will pass over Thomas' head, then a centimeter from his stomach. He knew that if he was even scratched, he was a corpse.
"Walls of Pain (Rank 5)!"
Walls formed around the angel and squeezed him under the press. However, the attack was too weak and could not destroy the summoning.
"Pseudo Darkness (rank 4)!"
The angel immediately lit up the black dome, but did not notice how Thomas was under his feet, took out a sword and cut them off, then the wings, and then the head. The summons disappeared.
"Where did he get this sword?" a metentis of light asked, surprised.
"You're all going to die," Thomas shouted. "Going to die!"
Thomas laughed heartily, choking on his own saliva, and then uttered a new spell, the most powerful one in his arsenal:
"Summon the Steel Hell (rank 5)!"
"He's gone crazy, teleport us out of here!"
"I don't have time!"
An inquisitor messenger appeared from the eastern entrance to the battle platform, he shouted something to Thomas, and he canceled the spell and calmed down. Then the courier came up to him and handed him a note. The poor inquisitors and metentises of light were already at the limit. Vitavis was ending. They sat in the lotus position, waiting for the battle to continue and absorbed the few sunrays that broke through the gray snow clouds.

Thomas scratched his head, said:
"And you just brought me this now?"
"I'm sorry, sir, but you're not so easy to find."
"I've lost already the whole day! Hey, guys, we're done for today. I had the opportunity to fight someone stronger than you."
Everyone breathed a sigh of relief.
"Like I’ll agree to this again," the inquisitor said, and everyone else supported him.
"The idiot didn't come here for fifty years, and then he got bored."
"I forgot what it's like to fight against him."
"I hope whoever he went after will kill him."
"Don't even think about it. Bastards always live the longest lives."
Thomas went outside the indoor arena, climbed the stairs and went out the door, finding himself in the northern part of the Forbidden City. It was snowing in the morning. After the fight, his body was heated to the limit, and even in a light woven cloak and thin armor modified with VV crystals, Thomas was overcome by heat. He took off his mask while no one was looking, wiped the perspiration on his forehead and put it back on. Vitavis was ending. He clenched his left palm into a fist, and pressed his right hand so that each finger crunched separately, then repeated the same with his right hand.
Half an hour later, he left the Forbidden City on a stagecoach and according to the driver, they will arrive at the place around 8 o'clock in the morning. Thomas sat down more comfortably on the leather sofa, bowed his head down, and crossed his palms in a lock, immersed in his thoughts and gradually restoring his vitavis.

The Last Breath
When Yezzu first sent his sons to the realm of men, they brought with them the magic of the gods. They created the three kingdoms we now have today being Dremshen, Ex'ol, and Kantillion. In the five thousand years since the gods left, much has changed. Great wars were fought, Universities were built, civilizations were created. One thing remained after the gods' departure though, their powers. Today, the balance of crafting the three gods brought has shifted. In the beginning, each had the same skill as the other, but the magic that was passed down through the millennia has diminished. The struggle for power that started long ago is coming to a defining moment. Plots of war and assassination are being weaved. Don't despair, for we may yet be saved from the disasters to come. Our hope lies in three young crafters. The first is William Divus, who sets out from his small village into the Dremshen Kingdom to study crafting after his father's passing. His questions about his father and his quest for knowledge drive him. Next comes Ehzahn Obasi, an Ex'olian thief with unparalleled skill. He steals for the thrill, no longer needing the rewards that come with it. He has just achieved his lifelong dream, but he will soon learn how much he underestimated the fallout from his daring theft. The last is Ki Soru, the niece of a powerful duke. She showed promise with crafting at a young age, so she had the best training the Kantillion Kingdom had to offer. Ten years have passed since her lessons began, leaving the king unsatisfied with the results. Her life is upended when her new teacher arrives, revealing a secret kept from her that changes her whole life. These three are our heroes. They were born in separate kingdoms under vastly differing upbringing, but each with their own part to play in the challenges to come. Here begins our tale of mischief and misery with only but a sliver of hope.

8 147Elder's Game
In a world set upon by an ancient threat, a new cycle of civilisation competes for power and resources. Amidst the games and politicking of Elder beings, the masses are unknowingly ensnared in plots and schemes that were centuries in the making. At the heart of the world’s workings lies the Tyreal Valley—a land that promises to fulfil the desires of those who seek it. As a haven for the truly strong, the path to this promise is paved more often than not in warfare and blood. To two young stragglers fighting for more than just their own fates, it is left as their only answer. But maybe that’s just what their enemies want. Magic system vaguely similar to GameLit ones (no system nor interface to help), with certain elements that are a bit more analogue. Politics, war, looming apocalypse, a tiny dash of kingdom building, and a minor bit of crafting. There is a bit of a progression element as well as both environmental and cultural exploration. The story follows two youths more directly influenced by aforementioned Elder beings than most. Neither lead cares for politics but certain situations force them into participating, forcing them to make decisions that shape their morality. Initially, the focus is on the male lead as he comes of age in an environment with little scope to change his future, only to be thrust into new circumstances that permanently kill some of his hopes. 3k words every chapter
