《Bob's Ascension to Godhood》011: Bob gets all-powerful

After absorbing about a hundred thousand iron coins, Bob then realized that he had two problems:
a ) the coins were diminishing too quickly; He would quickly become poor at this rate and
b ) the coins were barely giving him any power; If he used the level system, which was divided up so that surpassing the hundreth level would result in him becoming god, he would only be lv 10 so far. And that was if each level required twice the amount of the previous level's xp. So let's say that the first level requires 1 xp. If so, then getting past lv 100 would take about 1.2676506e30 xp.
Bob, having figured this out, then realized that
a ) he seemed to be getting smarter and
b ) if he wanted to continue absorbing coins, then he would either have to rob the world of over half its money or become a businessman.
He decided to choose the latter.
Now, if he were to rob the world of half its money, he would need to become powerful first, so instead he chose to rob it the way a proper business man would, and that would be by expanding his business to the point that he had half the world's money.
To do that, he would need to have the skills of a businessman.
And, more importantly, a thing to sell.
"System, can you print copies of my map?"
[ Yes, Master. I can see where you are going tith this, and to do that you might want to consider actually exploring some places first. ]
Oh, great, now the system had changed from enthusiastic to sarcastic.
"What are the chances that you glitch and I suddenly have the entire map without having to explore any of the places?"

[ . . . ]
[ It would expend all your [ Weak Karma ( Luck ) ] points, Master. ]
[ Though I highly reccomend you not- ]
"I don't care what you recommend, just expend the points."
[ . . . Yes, Master. ]
"Also, what's with the 'Weak Karma'?"
[ Karma is a much more powerful version of Luck, since Luck is limited but Karma is granted by the universe itself. ]
"Ah, Okay."
"What do you recommend I make the maps from?"
[ Parchment. ]
[ Parchment is most common and effective material used for maps, since paper does not yet exist and- ]
"All right, all right, I get it."
"Where can I buy high quality parchment?"
[ The village that I have marked on the map. ]
"All right, then open the map already."
[ Map opened. ]
Bob glanced at the map.
Apparantly, it would take a few hours to reach the village.
Meanwhile, Bob decided to try to decide on how he should sell the maps.
He had several options.
He could auction them off in large cities with adventurer guilds; The guilds would be more than willing to big for them, as adventurers would need accurate maps to go adventuring.
Another option would be to just mass-produce them.
This world, being premature and not yet fuly developed, didn't have any means of printing yet, which meant that nobody could just copy off of the maps. If someone were to buy them and then resell them, Bob didn't have any problem with that, as he would still make money.
Because of this, books were extremely expensive, and so Bob made a lot of money off of selling them in a village, which was now economically unstable, due to the lack of money. Despite getting ripped off by David, Bob had still made a large sum of money.

Bob could also sell a few other items from earth; His lighter, for example, nobody here had ever seen anything that could make fire without consuming coins.
Bob decided to stick to taking advantage of the fact that this planet had no means of printing anything, as giving the planet technology of any sort would cause a massive uproar.
Hey, Bob was getting smarter!
Must've been the Gods of Rants and Illusions rubbing off on him.
Meanwhile, Bob decided that he would become an adventurer and explore while selling the maps in large stores.
It looked like he was going to have to stay here for a while, so Bob decided that he would have to at least get a decent place to live.
Hence began the uprising of the almighty Bob.

The Granddaughter of Time
Teresa Hargrove was okay with giving up. She knew the Earth was doomed and there was nothing to be done about it. What she was not okay with was the Future, an enigmatic woman nearly fanatical in her devotion to making a difference, dragging her along — seemingly, to prove her wrong. It turns out though that the Future is very hard to understand. This story contains heavy themes, including mental illness, existential crisis and death. However, I still tried to eventually convey a message of hope. Several mythical and metaphorical beings in the shape of humans will appear in most chapters. However, they are not meant to be of a specific ethnicity or social background and are instead perceived differently by people around them. For your reading pleasure, feel free to imagine them any way you’d like, even if your imagination contradicts descriptions from the story. Enjoy!~

Talius
The two moons of Talius gleam with a hypnotic glow; Araius with the color of a cooling blue, and Kranos beaming in a gentle orange. Arairus obscures Kranos with his enormous celestial body, letting Kranos peek out only halfway. This means that it's the month of Gantelos, the season of cold that hovers over Talius for half a year. It also notifies the residence of this planet that the dreadful Fuune will rise from the deep snow, deep from beneath the crust every night and feast on the humans who inhabit this tundra-infested world.
