At the moment I was sitting with Lilian in the throne room. Around us both were several Interface windows that made up the lord's interface. This has grown quite a bit from the original because we established a kingdom some besides the city interface, now a kingdom interface was present.

It allowed us to check all of our land and the cities within and give orders and improve them from the safety of Galton.

Within our capital we could see various progress bars over the growing pantheon. The church had been converted to the Elemental Gods pantheon. It's been nearly a month since we finished the request for Celest the fairy queen.

In the Gods plaza, name given due to an obvious fact, the two other pantheons for the battle and other gods were both at 25%.

It was still too early to start the next project we wanted which was the coliseum so I pulled the image of the city back and showed the world map or at least what is known of the world

(Will be updated whenever a new city comes out. I will make a post just for the map. Spoiler :

I look at our kingdom. Besides the small villages there are really only 3 places that really matter. Galton the capital is obvious. Vandrain, the fairy town which has been getting trade going in secret for now but will open up once there are enough strong warriors around. And Oreana, the village near the shores that Lona built. The rest are too small to count but that I hope to change. The number of villages did decrease though. We sent orders to the Elf Villages to the south east about Vandrain and all of them packed up and rushed over filling the place up with nature loving elves, which is the main reason we even opened up trade with that in the first place are risk it being found before it's remotely ready.

On the other hand villages near the shore flocked to Oreana because it was successfully built with intent for trade in the area and the villagers joined up. They are some Elves and humans and though they were probably reluctant at first, the success of the dungeon village and no attacks coming at them they must have given in and joined up. Some other people that joined were some monster races. Gnomes to be precise. Gnomes are a small creature about knee who to a human. They are hard to find in nature unless after a natural disaster. Since the village was made near their old home which was in a cave they joined up. These little guys as we discovered soon after are monsters that evolve into one of the known great sentient races. The Dwarves.

We didn’t know why they were near the coast far from the mountains but since they came the quality of metal work and alcohol has gone up. Those guys are crazy but I have to admit they make some great quality goods and when they were told about Thor they bowed down easily to the god of smiths. One other person they got along with was Dok who traveled their after discovering there were dwarves there. From what we heard he and the dwarves are experimenting with that machine Dok was making with the arms. Something about powerful suit that can help the dwarves fight since they are a magic less race.

Besides that I did notice that at every village we built a new dungeon from pieces of the evil treant core we obtained the city began growing a lot. Most of the towns gained a dungeon and a high level boss which was one of the royal ranked demons or a lesser god who wished to take over a town.

The dungeons have begun to supply a huge part of the demon kingdoms produces. Truthfully I can’t call our kingdom the demon kingdom anymore because it's not only demons anymore. Other people have also noticed this and with me and Lilian here I decide to change that since I have the chance right now.

Baal: Hey Lilian what should be the name of the kingdom. Up to now we have called it the demon kingdom because it was primarily demons but with all the gods and angels along with monsters we can’t continue that.

Lilian: Good point. Celestial also doesn’t work. Hmmm

She puts her right index finger on her head while it's slightly tilted.

Lilian: How about the Yin Yang Kingdom.

Baal: Why? It sounds kind of strange.

Lilian: Well it's because of that.

She pointed at our dungeon core. The Yin Yang Core, I would say the largest dungeon core but since I’ve only ever seen the ones we created I can’t be sure.

Lilian: Also since we have angels and demons as well as mortal races it would work better because Yin and Yang are the spirits of Balance.

Baal: I guess.

Seeing her reason I bring up the name of the Kingdom and change it out.

A quick message is sent out to the citizens after I finish.

Baal: Ok now what do we need to do.

Lilian: Hmm I did hear a report from a few guards from the caravan that comes for Oreana that a few men have been disappearing. The fishermen primarily.

Baal: Has something been done about it.

Lilian: Yes. Lona set out quite a few soldiers to discover but none find anything or all disappear as well. It's all mostly lower class so it’s either they disappear or they find nothing.

Baal: Anything else?

Lilian: Yes foreigners coming from the north west and west say that large amounts of lizard kin have begun attacking villages.

Baal: Lizard kin like lizard men?

Lilian: ...It seems to be higher ranks than them. From the description they seem to be Draken and their leader is a Lizard Lord.

Baal: How strong are they?

Lilian: A lord is like the ones we have so you guess. As for Draken they would equal a normal Ogres strength.

Baal: Can’t the foreigners handle them?

Lilian: The problem is that they outnumber them nearly 6 to 1.

Baal: Wow

I could see why they were having trouble. If so many existed then it was obvious that they couldn’t do anything.

Baal: Well leave them alone. As long as nothing comes to us we don’t attack. As for the disappearances we should deal with.

Lilian: Want to send someone?

Baal: Well since it’s near the water I could be a sea creature of some kind. We could send Flow and Lily. Both of them have so much water affinity I wouldn’t be surprised if they could breathe underwater.

Lilian: Flow can since she was a god of water.

Baal: I wonder if Lily can accompany her then.

None of us have ever swum before. Well even if they haven’t, they will learn. Now then, we should find those two.

Lily PoV

(I will be doing something i’ve been needing desperately and that is to make proper views of other characters which is why I will be doing this next part with the elites instead of Baal and Lilian. The Elites are in need of some desperate character development)

Lily is angry at master right now. He sent Lily with Miss Lilian’s water elite far away.

We were both flying over the forest heading east. Master approached us both an hour ago and told us what was happening. He thought it would be good to look into it because it would make people leave if to many people vanished and losing to many of our guards is out of the question. Even though he said that Lily wanted to stay with master but because Lily has 80% water affinity Lily have stay underwater for a long time without are.

Flow doesn’t even need to breath underwater because she is a water goddess which Lily thought was cheating but never voiced the complaint.

It would take us 3 days to fly their but its better then walking nearly 2 weeks. When the founders were going they needed to make a road for it and it took them nearly a month while Lona cut the trees in their way.

Below us is now a wide dirt road that has been magically compacted to the point where only large monsters can leave footprints on the dirt unless it is raining.

There is little to nothing to do except fly so we do so at our fastest.

For three whole days except for the night we fly on until we finally spot it. situated right under a large rocky hill was a nice town. Surrounded by 4 meter high stone walls and with 6 large watch towers on both sides of the 3 city gates. The town looked small outside in the open which held around 100 buildings mainly home but we both knew that the real town stretched several layers underground. Because the town has dwarves and gnomes who love to mine the growth of the city is monumental. The upper 3 floors are part of the city and are lined with magic torches to light the place. The city built underground is supposed to be impressive.

We land at the west gate where the road from Galton ends. Along the way we did see many roads connecting to it making it slowly widen.

The guards were high imps, brutes are a really intimidating black lizard man. The race was equivalent to a minor lizard man which was the rank after lizardling. The blue skinned Brute approached us as we dust ourselves from the dirt that was raised from the wind our wings raised as we landed.

Brute: Who are you two?

Lily: Lily is a Great Tengu and one of Master Baal's elites don’t get in Lily’s way.

Flow: I am the Lesser Valken Warrior god of Water Flow. My master is Miss Lilian.

The brute gets wide eyed and instantly kneeled down like a knight.

Brute: I apologize for my behavior great ones. Please enter.

Lizard: Sir but jus..

Brute: SILENCE!

The word wasn’t a yell but a low hiss. The blue skin brute wasn’t a stupid variant, on the contrary they are just as smart as the green skins but they simply use the club instead of the sword.

Brute: You would die in a heartbeat should you get in their way. Move all of you.

All of them parted way for the two women.

Flow: Keep up the good work and disciple them well.

Brute: Yes great one.

He bowed to us as we enter.

As we enter we saw many adventures and foreigners. Most looked like novice which shows this town has reached the requirements to allow them to be born here. All of them were looking at us both in awe and were gossiping.

???: Hey did you see that.

???: How could I not. Not only were they flying they also made the most brutal of the guards bow to them. Are they nobles or is this an event.

I frowned a bit hearing the gossip of the foreigners. Even after the disasters they still use such strange terms. Master and Lilian told all us elites what Dok said this world was. We kept it a secret but it annoys us when we hear them speak casually about our world like that.

Lily: Lets fly Lily doesn’t want to listen to foreigners talk.

Flow: I can’t help but agree.

We both spread our wings and flew above the buildings drawing the attention of the foreigners. There were many of flying demons and but we both look like angels so it was bound to attract attention. We land in front of the largest building which was built in front of the cave entrance. The cave itself had huge metal doors which were put there in case of flood. They could evacuate into the cave and lock the gate and seal it. The cave had many vents that rose up to the top of the cliff which allowed air to enter and heat and smoke to rise keeping the cave cool.

The building itself is just a checkpoint but our names were the simple key for us to enter.

The cave itself was bleak and just went straight. There were many guard in the hall which was really wide capable of fitting two loaded carriages inside and have space at the sides to let others walk past. When we reached the end we were shocked at what we saw. The ceiling rises up at least 20 meters and up there was a completely new town on the inside. At the center of the town we could see a large pillar that had a few windows which showed it was a tower inside held the cave up. The place was split like many towns. On the farthest side away from the entrance tunnel was the craftsman district where all the blacksmiths and such worked and lived. Near the door was the residences. To the left was the commercial district while to the right was an entire district dedicated to both mining and hunting operations. There was a large mining company that was stationed near the tower where some strange machines were bringing the ores from below. Behind that were several guilds that provide the non-monster races their class training.

Flow: Where is Dok.

Lily: Well Lily heard he became associated with the dwarves. Maybe he is at a blacksmith shop or a guild.

Flow: That's possible but the machines pulling up the ore is probably his doing as well. Dok really should have been born a Dwarf not a human they work better with blacksmithing than humans.

Lily: The pillar looks like a building so let’s look there.

Flow nods and we fly over towards it and land in the plaza that was around it. We entered the large double door and find something like a guilds floor entrance. There are many counters and hundreds of people moving to a from. At the far side there was a locked door and we could hear really loud noises that was probably from all that machine.

Lily: The noise in here is impressive if anything.

Flow: Lets go over there at the back counter there is no one there.

Like she said at the back was a counter with a bored looking human girl.

When we walked up the human sat up with a sleepy expression.

Girl: *sigh* Hello and welcome to Oreana. How can I help.

Flow: We would like to speak with Dok or Lona.

The room became slightly quiet after we said that. We heard some chuckling from behind.

???: Look someone wants to speak with the two most important people in the city I can’t wait to see this.

Girl: *sigh* Sorry but I can’t allow anyone without a scheduled time. Dok is the owner of the cities mining company and Lona is the city lord we can’t let just any nobody see them.

As she said nobody veins popped on my forehead and my killing intent slammed down over the whole room.

Lily: Fufufu so Lily one of Master Baal the demon prince and king of this kingdom is a nobody fufufu I wonder who can be somebody.

Flow: I have to agree. I, one of Miss Lilian’s elites, to be called a nobody the people in this city must learn their place.

Everyone turned ghostly white. The names of the king and queen were spoken by two people of power and they had the power to show their position.

???: Please stop.

The voice came from the stairs leading up. At the stairs stood a powerful looking amazon woman with fight green skin and in her hand were two strong blades.

Lily stopped the killing intent and smiled at her.

Lily: Lily is happy to see you again Lona.

Lona: Lily? Baal’s clingy elite! Wow you’ve grown. I feel you can even match me in a fight.

Lily: Fufufu Lily is a Royal demon she can finally win against Lona.

Lona: Hahaha I didn’t slouch here you know. I ranked up to med rank royal.

Flow: Sorry Lily. She is still stronger. I would like a spar though.

Lona: Come we can't talk upstairs. Everyone please continue your work and I suggest respecting these two. They are elites of the king and queen and as you have all felt yourself they are near my level of strength. I would hold my tongue around them

Everyone nodded.

All: We are sorry.

Lily: No worry just learn from mistakes. That goes double for you.

Lily looked at the girl at the counter who was still white as a ghost.

We both follow Lona upstairs and into a room.

Lily: You need to teach your people to recognize people of power like us.

Lona: *sigh* They're just humans. The girl you saw is a foreigner just working to get money. The things here are a lot more intense than at Galton.

Flow: How so? I know this has become a mining town but it can’t be that hard.

Lona: No the monsters in the middle and lower floors are really powerful. With my work here I can’t really train them much. They can handle only a few of the higher floors.

Flow: How strong is the strongest.

Lona: I only have my elites which are Green skin brutes at mid rank higher demon.

Lily: Why not ask for help.

Lona: Rachet is busy with those at the capital.

Flow: But didn’t you hear about the Gods?

Lona: What gods?

We explained what happened after she left Galton to set up Oreana.

With the huge number of Gods she could have back up to raise the soldiers. She did say that the crime has risen to a point that the guards couldn’t handle.

We could only sigh at that. To think that she was so busy that she didn’t even hear about the gods when the dwarves were already worshiping Thor.

Lona: I’ll send a message to Galton asking for some immediate help and a trainer. Now then, what brings you two here.

Flow: We were sent because of the disappearances. It reached Master Baal and Lilian already.

Lona: I see so even they have heard of it already. Well let me see here.

She moves tons of papers and starts stacking many others. Finally she pulls out several and hands them over.

Lona: This is all we know. The guards don’t have strong sensory skills so besides just looking we can’t do much.

The papers shown talk about various sightings of shadows in the shape of people around the shores. Besides that the larger fish have begun attacking in coordinated attacks. It seems something intelligent has begun to lead the animals and monsters of the sea and are attacking the fishermen and anyone that comes investigating if they get too close to the water.

Flow: Master was right to send us both. We will need to investigate the waters quickly.

Lona: Can you find it?

Flow: I’ve developed a few good detection spells that work in the water. I am a water goddess.

Flow winked at Lona and make a small smile.

Lily: Don’t forget Lily. I’m a Guardian of Water so don’t look down on me.

I didn’t want to be looked down on or left behind. The other two started laughing which made me pout.

After a bit more talking about this we bid her lucky and leave the tower. Since we had nothing to do in the lower levels we don’t even go and leave the underground city.

Flow: Should we investigate it now?

Lily: Its almost night time. Though Lily is stronger at night Lily is getting sleepy so let’s find an Inn and sleep the night at go tomorrow. We should go alone since the warriors here are low class.

Flow: Ok then let’s do that.

With that plan we head to one of the outside towns inns and eat something before heading to bed.

Galton’s Outpost north of the town in the forest 3rd PoV 1 Night before the elites reach Oreana

In the forest the god of fire had been bored so he had gone and helped the patrol unit of the outpost. They normally go hunting during the night to get the most experience out of each hunt. The god himself was more of a commander who was going to lead and do little to fight since his power would destroy everyone.

As they walk through the night a sound of bushes shaking comes from the 3 o’clock and everyone is on the edge armed and ready. What appears wasn’t a monster.

Falling to the ground skinny and malnourished was a minor lizard man.

The patrol guards approach him and seeing him bruised they apply first aid.

Ogre guard: He is injured and seems he hasn’t eaten in a few days.

Picking up the lizard man he brings it over in a princess carry to the Fire god. As soon as he sees it his eyes get a bit wide.

Fire: I know her. I blessed her brother. Let's hurry back and heal her to get her story.

With those orders the patrol returns to the outpost and the angels there begin healing the lizard woman. Healed the Lizard falls into a fitful sleep and only wakes up the next morning.

The fire god Vulcan remains there with the young lizard during the night.

When morning comes the lights coming through the window hits her face and wakes her up.

Vulcan: How are you feeling young one.

His voice makes the lizard jump and enter an attack pose and she hissed.

Vulcan: Calm down. I helped save you.

He stands up and walks to the door and calls an angel. He tells her to bring some food and drink for the young lizard. Preferably a meat soup since she hasn’t eaten in a few days its best to begin with a soup to be safe.

He returns to his seat but the lizard doesn’t.

Vulcan: What is your name young one. I know of your brother because of his great affinity to fire. I blessed him with my divine protection because of that.

Lizard: Sssso it wassss you who made him into the basssstard tyrant he is now.

Vulcan: Gods are impartial of the acts unless they are truly barbaric. If he is a tyrant then it is his method of leading his people. Now why are you far from you people and what is your name.

Lizard: I am called Madussssa. My brother excccciled me because he sssssseess me assss competiton for leaderssssship. I don’t ssssee hisss reasssson becaussse I wasss born the weakesssst. Almossst a year after he wasss born when I wasss ssssuposssse to be born with him.

Vulcan: I see. No wonder you are far from your family. This child, 1 year in her egg and she was born. Don’t tell me she is one of Crono’s cursed children.

At that moment the young angel arrived with the food. At the smell of food Medusa’s stomach growled violently and loud.

Vulcan: Eat up.

Handing the try to the young lizard.

In an instant the young lizard open her jaws and dumped the whole bowl of soup into it and swallowed it all. Then she grabbed the drink and chugged it as well. Her stomach growled again which made Vulcan start laughing.

Vulcan: Get her a large amount of food. It seems she is healthy enough to eat large amounts of food in one go.

Angel: yes your grace.

The angel left and soon returned with a much larger bowl as well as a large piece of cooked rib and a large water skin filled with a drink.

The same as before Medusa devoured everything and after finishing with the drink she had a satisfied look on her face.

Vulcan: Now that you have eaten what shall you do. Continue running?

Medusa: Look for a new home. Allies to kill my brother and take my family back from him.

Vulcan: I think you found them then. I shall take you to a person who can train you so efficiently that you can become races that you never dreamed of.

He stands up and opens the door for the young lizard woman.

Vulcan: Shall we.

She looked at him with squinted lizard eyes but went along. He was leading her to Rachet so that she can be trained properly. In his mind there was one thing passing through it.

Vulcan: These cursed children of Crono’s. Its best to train them efficiently. This child was neglected so let’s make up for the lost years that left her weak. I can’t wait to see if she can catch up to Baal, Lilian and the monkey man Son as well as her brother..
