Since the curse was lifted I’ve been full of energy. I was relaxing on the room of the castle taking in a bit of sun. It was one of my rare breaks were I had absolutely nothing to do. I was admiring the new form of my gun”s”.
Yep after I ranked up I gained a second gun. They were both a dark black with engravings similar to the one on the staff form. One gun had a slightly shorter muzzle then the other and the other was longer. Both were six chamber guns with a shining wooden handle. The last piece that made it most interesting is that the hammer of both guns were in the format of a small scythe which seemed appropriate considering the weapon I held.
(similar to this https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/62/17/53/621753973a71e93d855c9b2e44b06f7e.jpg)
I had trained a lot to catch up with the guns and almost reached Advanced level but still wasn’t there. The best part about these guns is that they are leagues ahead of my other one and could handle a pentagram circle with only a 1 minute overheating to both guns. Normal spell bullets don’t even start heating it up and the speed I can remake the bullets is much greater now to the point that by the time I put one gun in the holster and shot 3 bullets from that gun all six on the other just need the spell attached to the front.
As I kept looking at the very advanced guns I shadow blocks the sun over my head. Looking up I see two small 8 year olds. Both had long orange hair, light tan skin and three fluffy tails behind them.
Beth: Yo Baal.
Baal: Hmm is there something I can help you with. It can be anything except capture Kitsu and hand him over.
Charlet: Tsk.
Baal: Hey.
Charlet: Just kidding. The thing we wanted to talk about is and event we think would attract a lot of attention.
I sit up and turn towards them.
Baal: Ok I'm listening.
Beth: Well in our world in the past there was a city that built a coliseum. Its a large building that was used to show fights between strong fighters and fighters against animals.
Baal: Your point?
Charlet: We want you to build a coliseum in the city. We can breed and train the monsters that can be used to fight. We can prepare one on one monster up to mid 400 boss class.
Baal: ...What do I gain in that.
They each held up a finger.
Beth: A hell of a lot of money that will come from each event.
Charlet: And a hell of a lot of money from the people that travel through your kingdom.
I blink a few times then narrow my eyes.
Baal: What do you want in return.
The instant I ask the two tense up and begin to sweat.
I stand up and put soul away before grabbing both of them by the scruff of their shirts and lift them eye level.
They connect their index fingers and push them together and fidget a bit thinking.
Baal: Is it Kitsu related?
They shake their heads.
Beth: Um, your Kitsu's master right
Baal: He is my partner I got from the pope of the church of light.
Charlet: So he is a pet so...you're stronger…
Baal: ...Where are you two going with this.
Beth: Hehe what do you mean.
They try to feign ignorance so I spread my wings and hop off the castle and hover over the courtyard. They both pale and like cats when scared they wrap their arms and legs around my arms while looking down.

Thankfully they don’t wear skirts.
Baal: What is it you two want?
Beth: Wahhh go back go back WAHHH!!
They both broke out crying so with a sigh I flew back to tge castles roof. I let them go and they fell on the ground and dug their claw nails into the ceiling.
I was a bit startled by that since they were holding onto me just now.
???: Master...
A freezing cold killing intent came from behind. When I looked Lily was flying there. Her hair was rising do to the intensity of her killing intent that was heating the air. I already knew she had high fire affinity but who would have known it would reach this level.
The next moment all that intensity was blown away by what she said.
Lily: Why does master let other people hug him but not Lily.
Baal: Eh?!
I was suddenly hugged from behind by a nearly crying Lily and was left stunned.
Lily: Ever since Lily was born Lily loved master. Does...master hate Lily.
OI oI thats mean. Looking at me with those puppy eyes and saying that in such a cute way.
Baal: I don't hate you. I love you like all the others.
Lily: Ahaaa! Master Baka! (Come on his is much cuter) Lily doesn't want to be loved as family. Lily wants to be loved like a woman.
Both our faces became beet red. She stared at me with spinning eyes and a smile as well as a burning red face.

*Cough cough*
???: I guess I came at the wrong time.
The clear womans voice snapped us out of it and Lily separated and kept looking down with a completely red face. If you looked carefully enough you could see heat rising around here as well as a bit of steam from the excessive heat.
thank god her fire affinity can make such a cute moment real)
When I looked at the source of the voice I saw the fairy queen along with Mia and Ideo. The two had red faces almost as red as Lily and I.
Queen: I think I should come ano..
Baal: Theres no need.
She giggled and looked back.
Queen: If you say so. I have a request for. You know that us fairies are near extinction right.
The three girls and I nod. It was passed around the kingdom that knowledge. Anyone who kills them would be tortured and then killed.
Queen: The thing is, we are having trouble increasing our population.
Baal: Is someo ne killing the fairies?
Queen: Its not that. Its because at a young age fae our junior form needs very specific conditions.
Baal: How do we come in then?
Queen: Well you know how lesser demons appear in dungeons right. Well fairies have what is known as a field Dungeon. Its a certain none enclosed space like a forest. Our city used to have a dungeon core but when we trusted some adventurer and allowed them in they stole it and destroyed the field dungeon. We heard you killed a dragon and made its heart core into a dungeon core so we want to ask. Can you please acquire a nature based monster core for us.
Though she was flying she bowed towards us.
Baal: Of course we will help but what kind of creature has a core? I've only heard of dragons having them.
Queen: Well, normally a great ent or above would have one. The problem is that they are spirits of nature and killing one could lead to nature spirits turning their backs to you and that would reduce your affinity to that element.
Beth: Does that include evil Ent?
Queen: No I would say a few spirits would be happy to rid themselves of those.
Charlet: Is it easy to fimd any?
Queen: ...No. But one does exist. Its far to the south of this city. There is a wasteland that was once filled with trees but now only one ancient tree stands there at the very heart of the region.
(A.N. all three realms are identical in geography this wasteland would be the same one Vil'crI died in, and no the cites are in different spots so there is no Galton city in under or upper world.)
Baal: Well then I guess we should go have a little fun the.
Queen: Wait your goin?!
Baal: Well ya. You need a new home and the monster core will let us make a new better fairy dungeon. We can have the fairies take the south area after the forests cover the space there. Lily call the guards and minions.
Beth: Can we come.
Charlet: ya we are strong. With this form are almost reaching our previous level and we are stronger then as humans.
Baal: Exactly "how" strong would that be?
Beth: ...
Charlet: ...We can spar with the tengu minions. They have more strength but our reflexes and speed are a bit better.
Beth: We have intermediate rank in fire and dark magic.
I sigh. Seeing them desperate like this made me feel sorry for them. If they can keep up with the minions who are a rank above them then it should be fine.
Baal: Fine. But let me tell you this isn't some easy fight you will probably die.
Beth: ya but shouldn't you be more careful. You only have one life.
I couldn't reply back. They were right of course foreigners come back to life after four days.
Baal: Like I said take care of yourselves.
I grab them from behind and jump off the castle. It was interesting to see that they liked pain but hated heights. Kitsu is down there so he will get a good show out of this.
I spread my wings and slow my descent and touch down gracefully before letting them go. They couldn't stand and soon puked. When I looked at kitsu who was practicing his fire mastery I saw a grin on his face.
Beth: That urg...was horrible urag.
Unlike with Kitsu they were trembling from fear. Ignoring the two girls I call everyone.
Baal: Alright people come here.
My yell grabbed everyone's attention. It was at that time the queen caught up and landed on Lilys shoulder. She grunted a bit but let it be.
Rachet: What with the racket?
Baal: We got a request from the fairy queen.
I explained the situation and the request.
Rachet: Ancient evil ent. Can't believe its still alive.
Baal: You know of it?
Rachet: Ya. The creature you just targeted is a corrupted version of the World tree yggdrasil. It was said to have been created mid way through the Celestial war to rid the mortal world of spirits since its inhabitants at the time were extremely powerful by bonding with them but the rampage was mostly sealed to the area it's in now but being confined to such a small space caused it to absorb the life force of the land on all three realms leaving that wasteland.
Hikura: Master Thanatos said the wasteland in the demon world was the site where Lucifer and Vil'crI fought. Vil'crI did a special final attack that took his life. He made the remaining drops of his divinity into power. It caused the land to gain life again but that blast also helped to cause the huge climate changes during the last year.
By huge climate change she meant HUGE changes. Places near the north froze over. Places that rained little turned into deserts to the west heavy earthquakes happened as well as tropical forests turning into swamps due to the heavy rain.
We got lucky around here. The six gods summoning spell I cast caused a lot of spirits to group up within the region and it protected the kingdom for the most part.
Lona had some trouble settling the cave. She found a cave large enough just off the coast to the east but the waves around there are huge and rise really high up. After mining the cave to a sufficient three floors the core was placed and they gained food sources that were started to be desperately needed since wildlife had abandoned the area.
Baal: Exactly, how strong would that thing be?
Rachet: hmm if the books I read about it weren't wrong a group of 50 lesser gods were sent to kill it and only 6 returned after sealing it within the space it currently lives in.
Baal: ...
Queen: I guess it was to much to ask.
Dok: What about commissioning foreigners as the main force?
Everyone looked at Dok who said that. It was true that they had nothing to fear except the assassins guild. They could make a lot of the force but my obvious reluctance was towards greedy ones.
Dok: I know what all of you are thinking. As you know my guild is a full craftsman guild right?
Baal: ya
Dok: Well it would be impossible for us to travel without us becoming fighters so we made friends with quite a few number of guilds and we can invite ones that meet the criteria that you can trust.
Rachet: ...If its a guild what's the name?
Dok: Red Eye Mercenary guild.
Baal: ...That sounds more like a bandit gangs name then a proper guilds.
Dok: hehehehehe well...in about 4 newly risen foreigner kingdoms they are bandits thats why there name are Red eye. The thing is that they only target foreigner cities and kingdoms and they do it all to well. With about 400 members they are a small elite group of fighters and as their name suggests they are mercenaries and they work for pay.
Baal: If they are elites then we might not have the money to buy the guilds service. (current kingdom budget raises about 125k gold per month, ½ goes into development (all forms), ⅛ into culture development, ⅛ into expansion, ⅛ into city defense improvements and siege weapon development, ⅛ into the kingdoms treasury)
Dok: but we have a trade chip no one else has.
question marks appear over everyones head but it was the small high pitched voice of one of the recovered demon fox girls that answered.
Charlet: The demon transformation right.
Dok: Exactly. All people who change to demon race are bound as part of the demon kingdom until they grow strong enough to defend themselves.
Beth: In our world we spread the draw backs but also put all the races that we could change to and what were racial traits for each. There was a huge buzz for it and even if they need to restart from scratch, a large number of people would change. Offering the transformation in this situation would very well work since demons and celestials have a much higher and faster growth than humans.
Baal: ...What do you guys think.
I turned to my guards and elites who have to contend with foreigners the largest amount of time.
Lily: hmm Lily thinks that if Dok says we can trust them I would give a chance.
Ro: Agreed. We must have faith in those we trust.
Ideo: We can also get a potential powerhouse with us as many would have a large number of skills that could be shared with our men.
Baal: *sigh* Fine. Also Dok have the craftsmen prepare new armor for the guards and the minions. We are going to bring that trees core back.
Everyone cheered but all the players present cheered only for a moment before they got a message that shocked them all.
Quest: Roots of Corruption

Ever since a year has passed I've been avoiding returning to the succubus’s castle as much as possible. I’ve gone to the villages of all the places I've purified and with my godly presence I charmed urg...all the citizens and built small hidden chapels. They were hidden so that if by chance someone from Lucifer’s army comes they won’t find it so easily.
I made a human sized statue of myself as an idol for them. It works wonders and it has a great effect of increasing birth rate as well as production and increasing the skill gain with fighting skills and makes it easier for soldier and guard to rank up into warrior based races.
It made it much easier for the people to accept me with benefits like these. It also helped the attacks from powerful monsters also stopped and the towns and villages were finally able to start growing and hunt for themselves instead of relying on high level hunters to bring back food and be exploited.
It was only those higher demons that didn’t like me and made sure to say that to my face but as all things someone cocky will always appear and the result was him ending in a bloody pulp.
Normally a scene like that would scare people and I'm sure it did but in everyones eyes there was only joy and glee. They must have hated them. When I looked at the children their eyes held admiration. When I smiled towards them they all blushed which was cute.
I wasn’t the only one out and about. Plum and KumI are always with me but my elites each went one way and were doing the same as me and were helping out with anything dangerous or anything they could help with. In towns and villages the guards are at best peak higher demons with only the captain being a royal. It was kind of like a dungeons setup.
It’s become boring to the point I go out and kill large monsters but its not cutting it. I wonder what gods do when they are bored.
*sigh* I miss the hustle and bustle of training but I barely grow unless I do stupidly unorthodox training and I really don’t want to return under Liliths thumb. I guess purifying and linking the bubbles I've made following the roads is fine. I still want to visit Vil’cri’s grave site and then return to the first village we visited. I will go later towards the wasteland then head north to the town and visit them.

yo folks as you can tell by this less then exciting chapter it would be nice if you put up some suggestions and ideas. The comments from last chapter were all great food for though. I got so many possibilities but please continue adding more since i can only think of so much by myself (main reason i love the poll since all of you dump your ideas in them)
Thx Blazingfrost for the idea for the nature based creature that can produce a core and thx for the idea for making the fairies the dungeon boss and make nature creatures.

The Order
The Order takes place within the Human-led Empire, within Glory City. In this Empire in which Magic is policed and its use is regulated, Mages are required to have a licence in order to practice Magic. The Magically inclined, Non-Human Races that have lived under Human rule lived a markedly different life to Humans, which had led to a somewhat contentious relationship. A law enforcement agency known as The Order is responsible for maintaining Magical order, and is also responsible for doling out justice to those who break the law. Consisting of the Magic using Mages, and the more technologically inclined Knights, these Agents are regarded as protectors by some, but as oppressors by many. The tale follows the exploits of Izano Zuko, a mysterious man, covered from head to toe in burn scars and wrapped in bandages. He arrives in Glory City with the backing of the City Lord, unknown abilities and secret intentions. Trouble starts up almost as soon as he arrives, and Zuko is thrown into a conflict between the Order and an unknown enemy. This is a complete book, and I plan to upload a chapter every week or so. No cover as yet.
