Chapter 501: [ Arriving at the Passing Cloud Sect (2) ]
Passing Cloud Town—the entire Sect covered an area equal to a small town but could sufficiently house several million people.
Once inside the main town through the transportation array, one would face the main street. Both sides of the path were filled with all kinds of shops and seemed very prosperous.
Inside the Passing Cloud Town, not only the Sect Disciples of the Sect were gathered, but there were also at least less than a hundred people that were considered outsider residing in this town. They are the so-called Merchants—they were all specially approved ordinary people immigrated here and had been living here for many generations.
While following Ouyang Yishuang, aside from the stalls and shops, Allen and Si Mulan noticed the numerous cultivation halls. Moreover, they could see countless individuals flying through the skies.
Some have wings, some used flying swords like Lan Ling ‘er has and some used flying type beasts.
Under Ouyang Yishuang’s guidance, Allen and Si Mulan flew towards the west side for dozens of minutes before slowing down. Then, the former pointed down and smiled: “I hope the Grand Master doesn’t mind this place—I hope the Grand Master like it,”
“This is…” Allen and Si Mulan looked down and noticed the lush scenery along with the sparkling clear lake. In this area, there were simple houses situated in groups.
“The Spiritual Aura here…”
Surprise filled Allen’s eyes. He discovered that the Spiritual Aura of the world was exceptionally dense in this region. Moreover, the density would increase as they entered the depths of this region.
“There’s actually a huge Spirit Convergence Array hidden in this place!”
Allen’s eyes swept across this area. Right now, his eyes weren’t the same as before. With just a glance, he was able to detect the hidden special fluctuations within the air. These were fluctuations that were unique to a Spiritual Array.
Up until now, with Si Mulan teaching him everything, Allen had already understood many things about Cultivation.
As expected of the Celestial Realm where Immortals were like a flock of chickens and cabbages, common and ordinary, the Cultivation world in this world was far more advanced and broad compared to those in the mortal world.
Cultivation terms, Methods, Techniques, Arrays, Medicinal Dans and pills and many more…
Doing this, he had gained further understanding about the World of the Immortals.
For example in this, with Allen’s different overpower ocular abilities and monstrous perception, nothing could escape his eyes. This residential area actually has a Spirit Convergence Array. Moreover, the rank of it had definitely not been simple at all…!
“Indeed Grand Master. You have keen eyes.” Ouyang Yishuang was amazed as she stared at Allen.
“You don’t need to call me Grand Master, call me Wushuang, or young master Wushuang if you’re reluctant to call me so intimately…” Allen smiled.
“Then, young master is fine…” Ouyang Yishuang smiled, she wasn’t a narrow-minded nor like to fuss on some insignificant things. Since Allen had said that, she would obey without a problem.

She turns around and faced him as she said: “Truthfully, there's a various residential area within the Sect—most of them were for the new disciples. This area was for the Elders—the Grade A Mansions.”
“Grade A Mansions…?”
“That is right… the residential areas within the sect were also divided into several ranks. Grade D-Shacks, Grade-C-Cabins, Grade B-Apartments, Grade A Mansions and lastly, the Grade S Palace—the Grade S Palace, is the Sect Master’s residence. I apologize but, I can only serve the young master in the Grade A Mansion—“ Ouyang Yishuang cast an apologetic look to Allen which the latter just waved it off.
“Its fine you can continue,”
“Thank you. Anyway, the Grade D residence is for the outer disciples, Grade C, for the Inner Disciples and Grade B for the Core Disciples. The Grade D residence is considered to be at the border of the Spirit Convergence Array. Although the Spiritual Aura there is quite decent, it cannot compare with the Grade-B and Grade-A areas, especially the Grade S area”
She then pointed to the large Palace in front of them. It was evident that the Spiritual Aura at that location was much more concentrated. Then, she said: “That location is the center of the Spirit Convergence Array. The density of the Spiritual Aura naturally surpassed the exterior of it.”
“Wait,” As Ouyang Yishuang led Allen and Si Mulan towards the Mansion with the yellow paint, Allen suddenly called out.
“Yes?” Ouyang Yishuang sent a perplex expression.
“Yishuang, is it possible if I choose and built another residence…?”
“… ??” Ouyang Yishuang was caught off guard and blankly stared at Allen. Even if she was dim-witted, she could still understand the meaning of these words.
“Does young master not like the—” She couldn’t help but smile bitterly. However, Allen immediately quelled her doubts.
“Nah, it’s not like that. I have my own residence in which I had gotten used in living…”
“Residence…?”
“Yup,” Allen smiled and then he started walking. Si Mulan had already an inkling as to what will Allen do next, after all, she knew ‘that’ existed.
That is also why, Si Mulan decided to become shameless and rushed towards Allen, declaring her master-disciple relationship with him. She just can’t let a good opportunity like ‘that’ passed by her.
Obviously, she wasn’t thinking about the residential areas of the Sect…
The Passing Cloud Mountain range extended very far, it had a perimeter of more than a thousand miles. The Passing Cloud Town was located on the highest peak of the mountain range. That was the region with the richest spiritual influence, and also the region with the highest concentration of spiritual aura, thus choosing to build a large Spirit Convergence Array beneath the entire town.
However, Allen naturally would not choose a region crowded with that many people, even if the Spirit energy there was strong. After being divided among so many people, it was almost completely thinned out. Therefore, Allen chooses his own home.

“Here?”
Seeing the region Allen had landed in, Ouyang Yishuang creased her brows. The people, including the Elders and the Sect who was following them the moment they left the Sect Residence areas were also at a loss, but nobody said anything, they merely followed Allen and afterward began to carefully sense the Spirit Power in the surroundings.
The region where they had landed was a valley which could neither be considered very big or very small.
The scenery here was very good, surrounded by mountains from all sides, which, although they were not very big, were able to obstruct the wind from all directions. The distance from the Sect residence areas was around two hours in flight, so not too far but also not very close.
“Young master, is this place to your liking?”
Ouyang Yishuang asked, perplexed. Although the scenery here isn’t bad nor the location but, the spiritual energy here was quite thin even compared to the Grade B residence areas. Almost comparable to the Grade C area—why does Young Master Ye like it here?
“Here is good~” Allen smiled nonchalantly.
Rubbing his Storage Ring, a golden glow flashed and at the top of his palm, a small clay-like figurine of a castle appeared, floating above his palm.
“Go on,” Allen muttered softly. As if responding to his voice, the castle figurine let out a buzzing sound and shot towards the clearing.
“What is—??!” Under Ouyang Yishuang’s dumbfounded expression, the castle figurine floated above the clearing for a moment before it then started revolving at a rapid speed. Then the next instant, it let out a blinding light and started expanding.
Many people who happened to pass by suddenly rooted and even the elders and the Sect Master who was slowly following them were shocked at the sudden development.
In just a few minutes, when the light subsided, a small castle that looked more like a large mansion appeared in the clearing. However, it wasn’t grand and seemed to be just an outer shell of its past glory as the castle was ancient looking and lively vines coiled around the walls.
If it was in its time, surely, rather than a castle, it would look like a fortress. Every corner of this castle had been built from irritatingly cold stone.
“How is this possible?!”
“Just what is this thing…?”
The castle looked extremely eerie as one could see many broken parts of the castle and one can even see the Throne Hall through a large hole where a large stone throne was sitting.
“From now on, this will be my residence…” Allen smiled leisurely.
“But young master, the spiritual energy—” Ouyang Yishuang wanted to remind Allen that the spiritual energy here was completely inferior to the Grade A Mansion when her words were stuck to her throat.
There was also another reason why Allen didn’t want to stay in that kind of residence areas even if the spiritual energy there was extremely dense—because, he didn’t need to.
Very quickly the people present in the vicinity, suddenly sensed a majestic Spirit Power coming closer and closer, rushing out frantically from somewhere—when they turned towards the source, they saw the devastated castle was gushing out with spiritual energy.
Magic item—Castle Ruinos.
Allen had found it inside the Passing Cloud Labyrinth and took it without hesitation. Apart from the shelter it could give to Allen anytime, anywhere, this magic item has an innate convergence spell within it—and not just any convergence spell at that, a very high level one—probably around rank 6 or so, only two levels lower than the convergence spell of the Passing Cloud Sect.
Even still, it might be inferior but due to the uses, the Castle Ruinos is much better than the Passing Cloud Sect—after all, the spiritual energy was compacted within the Castle grounds and only a few people were staying inside, sharing the spiritual energy that was gathered by the Castle.
If Allen’s assumption was right, Castle Ruinos is slightly better than Grade A Mansions and just a bit inferior compared to the Passing Cloud Palace!
Soon the Spirit Power was erupting from the underground beneath the castle, like a fountain and the entire castle turned incomparably bright in a flash. Everyone was shrouded in this frantically spouting spirit power—after a few minutes, the spirit power retroceded back into the Castle walls and disappeared.
Even still, the people, including those servants, everyone had felt that very dense, almost uncontrollable Spirit Power. It could only be described with one word: extravagance.
This was really very extravagant. There was so much dense Spirit Power, it was sufficient for use by several hundred people, but only these few people would use it… What word apart from extravagance could be used to describe it?
Ouyang Yishuang had thought that Grade A Mansion was already very good and was a bit bitter when Allen had refused her good intention. But when this portion of Spirit aura frantically rushed forth, even this Peak Spirit stage expert couldn’t help but be astonished and rooted to the ground, not daring to believe what she was sensing.
Is this real?
What kind of magical item was that…?!
Ouyang Yishuang was repeatedly thinking this. The other people also felt as if they were in a dream. If they compared this to their previous locations, their original caves were comparable to a small brook which could quench their thirst, while this here was a lake in which they could immerse themselves. Actually, it was an exceedingly large lake.
“May I know, what this Magical Item called, little brother?” The Sect Master; Venerable Passing recovered quickly. Even though the saliva in his mouth was almost going to overflow because of his admiration, he restored his calm very quickly.
