Chapter 484: [ Outside the God Continent (2) ]
“… …what?” Allen’s brows furrowed.
A disciple…? Passing Cloud Sect?
Wait… isn’t this a cultivation term…?
“What do you mean? I’m not… why?”
“… …” This time, its Si Mulan’s turn to become speechless. What? He wasn’t?
Then, why is he inside the Labyrinth? This place only allowed Passing Cloud Disciples…!
“…Then, who are you?” Si Mulan once again asked. This time, her expression was different than before.
She rose to her feet and looked at him, her gaze filled with suspicions and doubt. She wanted to know the answer.
“What do you mean?”
“This is the Passing Cloud Labyrinth where only Passing Cloud Disciples were allowed to enter! Then, if you’re not a disciple… then why are you here within the Labyrinth…?! Who are you?” She stared at Allen with eyes filled with doubt and suspicion.
Her almost leaning against him brought waves of faint fragrance as she arrived at Allen’s side. Slightly knitting her black brows, she lightly sighed, “I don’t know who you really are but now, you are in deep trouble. If the Passing Cloud Sect knows that you went inside without permission, you will be punished severely!”
“Wait…wait, wait, what do you mean Passing Cloud Labyrinth?! Isn’t this Blood Desert Oasis…?!” Allen frowned as a bad premonition engulfed him.
“Blood Desert Oasis…? Of course not! If I’m not mistaken, Blood Desert Oasis is outside the continent… I heard about it from my sister and if I’m not mistaken, that should be at the God Continent! A forbidden place beside the Water City, that’s where my sister should be now…!”
God Continent… then, this is another Continent…?!
Allen was quiet for a moment.
What is going on…?!
Where am I??
Allen’s heart suddenly lurched as he looked at the scenery around him.
In fact, he had already some suspicion about it because of the difference he managed to discover. Still, he just completely ignored it because, in the first place, he didn’t know much about Blood Desert Oasis and just thought that maybe he was in a deeper part of the forest…?
But now, from Si Mulan’s words, a bad premonition attacked him——
He... he couldn’t have been brought to another place again did he? Did he travel through space and time and without him realizing it…?
That is impossible!! Who would send him to some unknown place…?
Allen let out a long breath and steadied his mind. Mustering up the gentlest and nicest smile, he asked: “Miss Si, where am I? Where are we?”
Si Mulan’s eyelashes trembled as she looked at him, replying with a question:” “You don’t know where this is? Then why are you even here?”

“I…” I actually wanted to know that myself…! “I don’t know… All I could remember was that I was still at the Blood Desert Oasis…fighting someone then, I don’t know… I couldn’t remember the rest…” Damn! Allen cursed. Without his magic power, Allen can’t call out the Summoning Grimoire much less contacting Baishe and the others… are they still in the Blood Desert Oasis…?
Just what had happened to me…?
Why am I in this place…?
"Stupid Master, you're finally awake.” As Allen was trying to recall his memories as to why he was there, suddenly a relieved voice rung out from within his mind. It was familiar, beautiful, gentle and yet for some reason, one can feel a bit of coldness from it as if the one speaking was expressionless.
Maria Makiling—Allen’s vague and strange fairy…
It was a miracle for her to initiate a contact first…
“…Now, this is certainly a surprise, what is it my beloved Maria…?” Allen smiled mischievously.
“Spare me with the flirting master…I don’t have much time…” Maria Makiling’s tone sounded a little resigned. “I’m very much tired today.”
“Oh?” Allen frowned. She truly sounded rather tired. Her voice seemed to have somewhat deviated from her usual rich, gorgeous voice and was lighter and husky. “Did something happened…?”
“Who do you think is the reason for this?” Maria sounded annoyed. A grating voice echoed with his mind.
Although Allen had just barely escaped from death, the anger in Maria Makiling still exploded: ‘Have you ever counted how many times have you ‘died’ within these past few months! You are always so reckless."
"For your objective, you would not care about your own life. Every single time, I have to make a huge sacrifice just to save you. I thought that once you bear the Death Mask’s Curse, it will make you more cautious, as your movement will be restricted. However, I would never expect you to give up your own life even though no one is trying to hurt you. If not for me and the strong body granted by your unique strange and heavenly defying physiques, you would have already been completely destroyed.’
“… …”
‘Do you even know how to appreciate your own life! do you think that just because you have an undying physique and resurrection, you can do whatever you want and taste death…? Are you an idiot? Do you underestimate your own death…? You bastards annoying master!!’
The more Maria Makiling said, the angrier she became. All her worries, her frights, and anger that she had been holding in for the past few days had swarmed up with Allen’s awakening. She scolded him ferociously and Allen, who had barely gotten back his life, did not dare to utter a word.

“He he, sorry?” Allen awkwardly scratches the back of his head. His sudden action startled Si Mulan causing her to unconsciously back away. What is he doing…?
But Allen didn’t have the time to care about her or whatever her thoughts of him as he had many things he wanted to be cleared. “Maria, why am I in this place…? Do you know?”
“Hmph!” Maria Makiling replied coldly as though she did not care: “Of course I know… how do you think you were able to appear there all of a sudden…?”
“…?!?”
“However, I don’t have a choice… that Monster King you fought against with, when he was defeated, you should have been able to transport back to where you are previously—however, some stupid master of mine just gone and broke the Core Dimension, almost to the point of destroying it… what do you think would happen to the magic power stored in the core…? Are your brain made up of bean curd?!”
“… …”
“It should have been fine if it was a normal core but the Core Dimension possesses massive power within it to support that kind of world. If that was damaged before the magic power run out, the consequence is disastrous. You almost killed us along with that world…!”
“…eh?!” Allen groaned and began recalling the things that happened before he had lost his consciousness. It wasn’t really him though he was also a bit grateful for that idiot for saving him but… who would have known such power would be so powerful it was over too much…?
That was almost even a game over…
“Anyway, because of that, I don’t have much choice but to send you in a random teleportation fast… I couldn’t pinpoint a precise location fast, so I could only do it. Besides, in the first place, I’m not that good at Space-Time related magic. By doing so, all of my power was almost consumed in an instant so be grateful for it, you stupid master!”
“Yeah, I’m grateful… thanks. But why is Xinghong here? I shouldn’t be able to summon my Grimoire much less let them in and out due to the Grimoire having no power… Even Rebellion can’t materialize because my Magic Organ was heavily damaged. I can’t send out even a bit of magic power…!”
Rebellion has her own magic power that’s why she can sometimes act on her own. However, that was only to the point that she has some connection with Allen…
When they first met, Rebellion has managed to materialize because she has some kind of tool magic device that enables her to draw out enough magic power to support her existence. But when she had returned to being a Grimoire, contracted by him, she had also started relying on Allen’s magic power.
Even if Allen only give it a bit of his magic power, Rebellion would be able to materialize due to her own reserve magic power—but this time, it wouldn’t be the case…With his damaged Magic Organ, Allen’s connection to Rebellion has been suspended.
“Ah… that, I’m the one who sent Xinghong in your side using my leftover magic. It was quite difficult than I had imagined and I almost suffered a backlash of magic power. In addition, I wanted to actually send the others as well for your protection during your recovery but sending Xinghong took me a lot than I had expected…”
“Nah, this is enough for me… Thanks, Maria…” Allen said softly. What Maria did was already more than enough…
He nodded his head weakly and asked again: “But Maria, what about Baishe and the others? I had tried doing it before but I just can’t use mental telepathy”
“—probably because the connection has been severed. Even I can only talk to you like this because of the flower I put inside your clothes. As long as you’re close to it, I can create a temporary connection for the both of us…”
“Ah, this flower?” It was a simple yet beautiful flower with five petals. The petals were as snow as white and yet, it also had a shade of pink.
Azalea Flower.
Allen stared at the Azalea flower and couldn’t help but mused, “Is this some kind of an antenna…?”
“As for Sister Baishe and the others, you don’t need to worry about them. I had already told them everything that had happened and should be hurrying to that place…I don’t know where you are right now though so don’t lose that flower, Sister Baishe, and the others can only find you using that. *yawn*…I’m already sleepy… I think I’m going to sleep for a while after doing something tiring like this…”
“Sorry, I owe you,”
“Hmm, you really owe me now… Ah right, before I leave, Silly Master, I should have put the broken core of that Monster King inside one of your rings…I forgot which one but you should easily find it…in any case, it still has some leftover magic power so you can use it to recover as well as gain insights on creating domains…I haven’t reached yet Mid God level so I can’t help you much, you can only rely on yourself on that…”
“I know, thanks…” Allen rubbed on the rings. Since he had already created a connection, he can use it with the least amount of mana and the mana he had recovered at this moment was already enough for that…
