《Fantasial Apocalypse》Chapter 301: [ Allen and Azazel's intense battle (3) ]

A tearing sound resonated in the air.
The holy spear; Longinus which had not been completely neutralized pierced on Allen’s shoulder and his back, unfurling his skin and flesh, splattering fresh blood in all directions…
In the instant it had penetrated his body, Allen’s strange rippled eyes gleamed; “Shinra Tensei!!”
Boom! Azazel’s body was violently pushed backward. “Arrrrraagggh!!” Azazel howled like a mad beast and Allen’s body felt heavier than normal – no, even the surface of the sea concave, creating a huge creator with Allen as the center.
Guha!? Allen spurted blood.
Azazel suddenly opened his mouth and puffed out a raging black flame at Allen. It was the Demonic Flame – A flame that would burn any sinner.
Seeing this, Allen didn’t panic. He then flipped his hand and a huge rectangular card appeared in front of him, “You just activated my Trap Card,” He cried out. “Magic Cylinder!!”
Two huge cylinders suddenly materialize in front of Allen. One of the Cylinder caught Azazel’s demonic Flames while the other, the one who was facing upward moved and fell upon Azazel.
The Demonic Flames suddenly came out from it, shooting towards Azazel.
Azazel’s eyes widened in shock! What!?
The demonic flames he had used were actually flying right into him!?
What happened!? Azazel immediately created a Blackhole, devouring the black flames.
He stared at Allen, doubtful and bewildered. The huge Cylinders then slowly faded and the huge card in front of Allen lit up and turned into a small brown card, flying towards Allen’s hand.
“What the heck is that…?” Azazel halted his movements and asked.
Allen smirked but he didn’t reply.
Obviously, most humans who saw the card would surely scream; Yu-G*-*h!!
From Allen’s four Trap cards ( Which had acquired from killing Bataliel ), this was one of them; the Trap Card;
[ Magic Cylinder ]
When an opponent's monster declares an attack: Target the attacking monster; negate the attack, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to its ATK.
Without replying, Allen moved. He hopped up like a spring, instantly closing over twenty meters, and then he swung his sword.

“......!”
Azazel unwaveringly parried Allen’s strike and took advantage of this opportunity to pierce Allen’s chest again.
[ Wind Blast ]! Allen activated his skill and repelled the Longinus with [ Wind Blast ] as he flipped midair. He swung rebellion.
Following that, he felt the sensation of cutting through flesh.
“What......!?”
Although it was a shallow wound he had suddenly inflicted with a slash after easily deflecting his strike, it made Azazel unmistakably tremble.
However, Azazel’s bewilderment was only for an instant. Immediately after, he hurriedly readjusted his stance. He twirled the Longinus, ignoring Allen’s attack and made a counter.
[ Shinra Tensei!! ] Boom! Azazel’s body was sent flying back as if he was rammed by something invisible.
But Allen didn’t waste this opportunity. He chased after him.
Azazel tried to regain his balance but the moment did so, [ Chibaku Tensei ]! Bang! Azazel surprisingly found himself being pulled by an invisible force as he a huge hand grasped him and was pulling him. His body hardly moves – in an instant, Allen’s figure zoomed in front of him.
Allen was moving his body in a dance-like motion————
Instantly, a six lash strike come speeding at Azazel. The attack which involved the electricity and blue flames enshrouded Rebellion’s blade flashed like a shooting star.
“Aaaaahhh!!”
Azazel let loose screams of pain and agony in a bloodcurdling scream that shattered the heavens and earth. His large arm wildly swept across, knocking Allen away.
Allen managed to block his with his arm but he was still sent flying a few meters away.
“Damn you, Dante!! Just die obediently!!” Azazel’s gleam eyes shone and several black balls appeared mid-air. He then waved his hand and the black balls shot towards Allen.
Allen still didn’t panic. He doesn’t know what these black balls are and so he couldn’t do anything to them yet. However, it’s not as if he could only take it on or counter! He flipped his hand and said, “You have activated another of my Trap card, stupid! [ Scrap-Iron Scarecrow ]!”

Another huge card slowly materializes before standing up in front of Allen.
All the black balls shot towards, not to Allen but towards the scarecrow that had come out from the card.
Bang! Bang! The moment the black balls struck the Scarecrow, the part it hit suddenly disappeared until it was full of holes. The scarecrow then, instead of returning to Allen’s hand, slowly faded as it falls face-down again.
[ Scrap-Iron Scarecrow ] When an opponent declares an attack: Target the attack; negate that target's attack, then Set this card face-down again instead of returning to the owner.
Azazel was startled but he snorted. “Party tricks!!” Without hesitation, he teleported behind Allen, raising the Longinus from his hand and swung it down at Allen.
[ Insanity Rush ] was activated! Allen immediately felt his heart rate increased to a speed beyond his control.
[ Insanity Rush ] – was an ability that doubles his power and losing all his limitations, such as mental and physical limits. Though this drives him into an intense lust for battle.
[ Evil Empowerment ] was activated!
Due to the effects of [ Insane Rush ], Allen can now use [ Evil Empowerment ] doubling again his power.
These two skills stacked up together, giving him a power almost equivalent to a peak Emperor Realm!
Azazel’s eyes gleamed slightly. He felt that Allen’s power once again increased and not just by a small amount…
This left him somewhat surprised.
Just how many cards is he hiding up in his sleeve…?
But the following scene caught him completely off guard. Allen, who had forcefully parried the strike, should have retreated and opened up a distance to protect his body so as to reduce some of the momentum of that strike, but he did not choose to do so.
With the sound of a crack, he saw Allen’s head suddenly lean back, as though he ignored the risk of cracking his neck to make it level and forcefully rotated his body a few times like a top to forcefully disperse the power of that strike and at the same time, Bang! Bang! Bang! a swift and fierce beam of light appeared as it hurled straight for his abdomen and chest!
It was unknown when a pistol had materialized in Allen’s hand and shot him with it. At the most dangerous moment, he had parried the Longinus, and in his left hand, he was holding to a pistol this caught him totally off-guard!
Blood spurted like a blossoming rose. Azazel felt a stinging pain as the bullet pierced through his skin and embedded themselves into his flesh!
“How!?” His skin that has a toughness that can never be compared to hard metals was actually easily pierced through by a mere bullet?!
No– that’s the– !!? “Demon Hunting Pistol!?” Azazel’s eyes widened in horror!
Even he wouldn’t leave unscathed if he was hit by that!
Allen’s icy smile greeted him as he pointed his gun again at his chest. Bang!
Before the bullet hit his chest, Azazel immediately teleported away, appearing a few meters away from Allen.
Allen was standing there nonchalantly with Rebellion on his right hand and Ebony on his left hand.
Right now, apart from his [ Thunder Coat ], his pair of horns was extremely striking and the tail behind him constantly swaying. Even the black angelic wings behind him were avant-garde due to the black red scales that can be seen on the top of his wings.
He had now completely fused with his Dragon and Devil Physiques.
The two were separated by dozens of meters of distance.
“Let’s end this now… Azazel…” Allen muttered softly. Although they were quite a distance apart and his voice was soft, for some reason, Allen’s voice resounded in the entire area.
“Die… Dante!” Azazel twirled his Longinus in the air and made a stance with the Longinus pointing at Allen.
“My name is not Dante anymore – I am, Allen Bando!!” Boom! A sonic boom appeared behind him as he shot himself towards Azazel.

Fragments from the Wildlands
“Your first death is always the hardest.” Miguela was the third-born child of a well-off merchant family and knew from around the time she could speak that her life’s path was already decided. She was to become an Orator, as was Xandran tradition. However, Miguela had an affinity with the magikal arts and somehow found herself studying at the Academy. She did just enough to keep up with her studies but never found the motivation to apply herself and “reach her potential,” as her instructors often said. It was not that Miguela was uninterested in the arts. Rather, she knew her time at the Academy ultimately did not matter. Whenever Miguela returned home, she would become an Orator, and that would be that. Or so she believed until, one day, an opportunity appeared that would change her life. Miguela was offered the chance to join a research team tasked with a mission of the utmost importance to the future of the Five Kingdoms. She could not turn down the prospect of regaining control of her life and finally finding a purpose for herself. Of course, Miguela might soon discover that offers that appear too good to be true are usually fraught with lies. Welcome to Five Kingdoms of Cordizal! Question: What is the Five Kingdoms of Cordizal? I often get asked this type of question about my stories by friends, bloggers, and potential readers. The Five Kingdoms of Cordizal is a high-fantasy epic universe that is the setting for most of my stories. The foundation of the universe is its multicultural, multiracial setting with several sentient races attempting to carve their legacy and survive. The world is fully fleshed out and vibrant with a rich and mysterious history not based on Tolkien mythology. This brings me to magic. To me, magic is an essential part of the fantasy genre, so, of course, there is magic in the Five Kingdoms universe. However, one critical part of the Five Kingdoms universe is that magic is an abundant commodity that is a part of everyday life and not some plot device used to drive the story. In short, the Five Kingdoms universe is the setting of epic fantasy stories with deep characters and world-building. I try to tell as many different types of stories as possible in the universe, and hopefully, you can find something for you in it.

NEVER SPLIT THE PARTY: The Adventures of The Creeping Bam (BOOK ONE: The Job)
TAO is a broken world held together with nothing but magic and the will of the gods who protect it and its people. Then thousand years ago THE SUNDERING struck and Tao was almost torn apart by a terrible magical cataclysm which resulted in the planet almost being halted in its journey through the cosmos. It took all the power the gods of Tao could muster to restore its orbit and set it turning again, but in their efforts it was forever changed – its axis was drastically altered, and it now spins in such a way that one face of the world is forever turned from the sun it orbits, leaving half the planet in perpetual darkness. The various humanoid races that survived and now thrive within the habitable parts of THE DAY LANDS have come to live in perpetual fear of what lives beyond THE BORDERLANDS that separate them from whatever dwells within THE NIGHT LANDS, but for ten millennia it has kept its secrets. The land of RUNDAO languishes under the rule of their warlike Northern neighbours, the TEKTEHRAN EMPIRE, while a small, ragtag band of motley adventurers ply their mercenary trade fighting monsters and protecting the common man from the various dangers that haunt the night and prowl the hinterlands on the edges of civilization. THE CREEPING BAM have amassed a modest reputation in their years together, but they’re still just a small-time party of sellswords, thieves, outcasts and mages. They’re also exactly the kind of underdogs the people of Tao doesn’t yet realise are needed to save the world from the encroaching darkness they doesn’t even know is coming … This is a love letter and homage to the high-fantasy worlds of the tabletop RPGs like Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder and Warhammer and the sword & sorcery cinema and literature I fell in love with as a kid growing up in the 80s, from Robert E. Howard’s Conan the Barbarian (and the awesome Schwarzenegger movie, STILL my favourite fantasy film EVER), The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit and Ron Howard and George Lucas’ Willow, to the more grown-up and edgy worlds of grimdark masters George RR Martin and (my all-time favourite) Joe Abercrombie, as well as a BIG DOLLOP of Terry Pratchett’s immortal Discworld series. IMPORTANT: This story contains material which some readers may consider to be mature, such as battle violence, some strong language and occasional mild sexual scenes. If this is not your kind of thing, this story is not for you. I am also serializing this story on Tumblr, Wattpad, Quotev and Sweek.

Raul The Reality-Reshaper
Raul Medrano had believed he was a normal human his entire life until the day he turned 21. The night before his 21st birthday he had a strange dream and acquired something dubbed a "system" that swore it would help him adjust to his status as a "higher being" and a "reality reshaper". And so began Raul's life as an immensely powerful adventurer who has and uses a variety of powers to change his world, and the grander omniverse for the better. This story features an overpowered protagonist who meets and faces off against other overpowered entities, but it begins with the protagonist in a small world where he swiftly becomes one of the big dogs so conflict, in the beginning, isn't going to be especially challenging. This story also mixes elements from my own distinct setting, the multiverse in which "A Solitary God" takes place, with elements from the settings created by people over on the NSFW CYOA (Choose your own adventure) subreddit, such as TroyxPage, and specific CYOAs such as "Goddess of Mankind" and "Love Azathoth" into one distinct, wholly original story. When relevant I'll post links to the CYOAs a chapter references in the author's notes section. Image credit: I got the image for the cover from Pixabay. This story was posted originally on ScribbleHub and will continue to be posted both there and elsewhere.

The Tutorial is in Chinese
The bad news: The Apocalypse is here, and I, Alex Lin, am stuck in China. The good news: I got some kind of phone app that allows me to summon beings with cool abilities The worse news: Everything in the app, including the tutorial, is in Chinese, which I can't f*cking read. Other protagonists' greatest obstacles are either other people or themselves. My greatest obstacle? The language barrier. (crossposted on webnovel)
