He had thought that they were fighting because of their former grudge or whatever serious cr*p they had between them – but never did he expect for it to become something like this…

… And Mia, seriously…?!

Well, people have their own hobbies so he can’t really say anything about it, but can’t they duke it out with each other with a better reason…?

At this moment, Allen felt ashamed and embarrassed.

“But Lieri, should you really tell me Mia’s secret?”

Lieri didn’t care and shrugs. “It’s not really important as I trust the young master wouldn’t really mind this kind of unexpected sides to the young miss…” She flashed a smile that showed unwavering trust and unbending belief.

Allen smiled bitterly. Well, indeed, he doesn’t mind. No harm was done, in any case, if this helps her relax sometimes, let her be…

The two furious women immediately turned docile kittens in a blink of an eye, as smile blossoms like flowers on their faces.

Celty leaped out to Allen’s arms but before she could reach, Mia kicked her away and pulled Allen to her bosom herself instead.

“What was that for, you crazy witch?!” Celty grabbed Mia and pulled her away but she didn’t budge.

!! Allen coughed, stopping the two women who acted like children competing for their parent's love.

“Mia, Celty, you’re both behaving extremely immoderate, please show some restraint will you,” Mireya frowned while watching the two women acting childishly.

“Oh, if it isn’t the lustful wolf… you came?” Celty asked surprised. Before she left for the mission, Mireya wasn’t around so she was surprised to see her.

“Who are you calling lustful?” Mireya snorted.

Shaking his head, Allen walked towards the couch that seems to have undergone brutal torture and sat, ignoring the spilling guts.

“So have you both calmed down?”

“Hmph!” The answer is obvious. The two snorted at each other – Though seeing this, Allen can’t help but be reminded of the past. Sometimes they were also like this, but later they will turn to normal and become friendly with each other…

Allen ignored the two and said, “Anyway, I heard about the Ruins, do you want my help?”

“Nah, we can manage it,” Mia replied. “Worst case, I will go there myself…”

“We were just caught off guard due to lack of information. This time, we might be able to clear it so easily if we gathered the best there is,” Celty added in.

“That is why just do your own stuff and don’t worry about us.”

The two women immediately became in sync. They both didn’t want to show weakness in front of the man they love. What they wanted him to see always was the cool part of them, not a loser part.

Allen nodded. Indeed, he needs to leave again, this time towards his home country. Mia already knows this so she was probably saying this so that Allen wouldn’t worry about them and he can leave with no worries whatsoever.

“But Allen, what about Ava and Salamandra, they might come you know…” Mia asked.

“Probably, but I had already waited – If I still won’t leave, things wouldn’t continue forward for us. Although there’s really no need to rush but, doing things as early as possible is a good virtue~”

“Okay, I will welcome them if they really come – though if some things happened, I might take some necessary measures.”

What Mia meant was that, if Ava and Salamandra would still continue their plan against Allen.

Allen prepared everything for his journey – Though only clothes and such, as that was the only thing he needed.

Aemie was reluctant to part and was crying at the day of Allen’s departure. She wanted to go with him; however, she couldn’t as she was also intending to leave for the Villa House in Canada. She had already overstayed here, living in the Bianchi’s Mansion was extremely peaceful and comfortable – not to mention, in here, her whole family was complete.

She honestly wanted to live here but, she also has her duties.

Allen was intending to leave alone but Sara and Aileen wanted to come with him along with the young servant Laura Brown who Mia assigned as Allen’s personal servant in this trip. Flor, Ye Yuesheng, and Ye Shishi also but, since Mia wanted some personnel to conquer the newly discovered ruins, they have no choice but to stay.

Aileen, on the other hand, wanted to visit her parents living in the Philippines so Allen decided to bring her along. Her father was a soldier so he stayed there with Aileen’s mother.

Aileen knows that they were alright since she contacts them almost every day.

As for the young servant Laura Brown, when Mia wanted to assign a personal servant for Allen who would take care of his daily needs on this trip, she volunteered. As for her work, of course, she was briefed as to what it means being someone’s personal servant… though Laura started to hesitate she agreed in the end.

She seems to have been hit by a stone in her head by Cupid… almost making her a fool…

Celty was reluctant to watch Allen leave but she was needed here – and since, they had just reconciled with Mia, she didn’t want to once again have some crevice or strain in their relationship so she decided to stay.

Mia was once her closest friend and she wanted to regain that relationship with her – at least, even a bit.

“Nyaa?” Grim the Grimalkin who was curling herself on Allen’s hand suddenly look up and noticed Allen’s depressed mood.

Allen stroke Grim and shook his head. “Where is sister?” he asked.

On this question, everyone finally realized that someone is absent.

“Did she oversleep?” Aemie frowned.

“I’ll order someone to get here,” Mia said but before she could do it,

“Sister Layla said that she can’t endure seeing Allen leave so she locked herself inside the room,” At this moment, Ye Yuesheng said bitterly.

“Oh,” Allen was a bit disappointed… but I guess this was better… he doesn’t want to see her sister cry before leaving.

So Allen gives up. “Please tell her, I will come back immediately and see her…”

“I will,” Ye Yuesheng nodded.

Just as Allen and the others were walking towards the helicopter Mia arranged for their transportation, suddenly,

“Wait!! Wait for me!!”

A woman was suddenly running towards them.

“Hm?” Allen noticed her and stopped. This woman…

“Aren’t you Jayla…? Long time no sees,” Allen greeted her. That’s right, the one who was come running was none other than Jayla, the woman Allen met in the street.

“Hi,” Jayla answered sheepishly.

“What are you doing here?”

“Can I, Can I come with you?” Jayla asked nervously.

Allen was startled. “Why?”

“You see, ahm, that’s right, you see, I have a family in the Philippines and I wanted to see them again. But since you are going there, I want to hitch a ride… is that possible…?” She asked worriedly.

Of course, Allen wasn’t an idiot. She was lying and she’s extremely a bad liar… but what is this girl trying to do?

“Okay,” Well, if she just wants to hitch a ride, then, it’s not really something to be stingy for. She doesn’t look like a bad person…

Allen was never on guard against women. After all, with his strength even if she turned out to be an enemy, he can still eliminate her so easily. Besides, Allen felt familiar to her for some reason so she can’t be a bad person – Nevertheless, Allen wasn’t the type of man to pry into a woman’s secrets.

He was a ( self-proclaimed? ) gentleman.

“Really!!! Thank you!” Jayla bowed her head happily as her face shown undisguised excitement.

The people who were watching her couldn’t help but tilted her head in confusion.

“Who is she?” Sara asked, curious.

“I don’t know, this is the first time I’ve seen her…”

“Is she one of, you know, Allen’s flings…”

“Probably not… the way Allen acting was not, you know, like when he was with us… there seems to be a distance between them…”

There were some who were confused but there were also those who held suspicion.

“Hey, that girl…” one of them was Aemie, who felt something strange about Jayla… something familiar….

“She looked like sister Layla,” Stella frowned.

“I also felt that…” Garth nodded his head. “But that can’t be… right…?”

There were also those who couldn’t help but facepalm.

“I’ve seen that face somewhere…. Especially that sparkling eyes whenever she looks at Allen,” Mia muttered and then she elbowed Ye Yuesheng who was standing beside her. “Say, was that who I think she was…?”

Ye Yuesheng smiled bitterly while stroking her hair awkwardly, and then she slowly nodded her head.

Mia once again facepalmed while Lieri made a wry smile.

“Then what should we do, milady?”

Mia shook head, “Let her be for now, in any case, she’s with Allen. I doubted something bad would happen to her,” she sighed.

Allen, followed by Dakna, Draia who followed her sister, Mireya, Sara, Aileen, Jayla and the young servant; Laura Brown bid their farewell one last time and entered the Helicopter and left.

Their destination – Philippines!
