《Fantasial Apocalypse》Chapter 190: [ Layla and the other’s Plight ]

Then suddenly, Allen found a suspicious group of blue dots. They were gathered together in a cramped place, surrounded by several red dots… is this them?
“I forgot to ask but, how many members in big sis’ group?”
“Hmm, let’s see, including Big sis Judith and Stella, 13, no, I think 15 group in total…”
After hearing that, Allen started counting and in an instant, there were indeed 15 blue dots. “No doubt, it’s them.”
“Did you found them?”
“Probably,” Allen grabbed Garth’s collar again and jump, instantly turned into lightning.
--- ---
“How is it?” Anula Caldwell asked a girl beside her.
“Not good.” The girl answered while shaking her head. “I can see several ominous auras behind the opening. They still haven’t left yet…”
“Alicia is right. I can also feel something dangerous behind the wall… that monster is still out there.” Another girl beside them spoke.
Anula nodded her head and used hand signals to give instructions to her subordinates. “We haven’t returned yet so, the princess would certainly send a rescue for us, immediately. We just need to stay still and wait, they will surely find us!”
She was certain about this, after all, she was with Layla and the others, people who are important in the Bianchi Family. Mia wouldn’t forsake them nor would she treat it as nothing…
“Yes!” The other people answered in a whispering voice while they check their equipment. Most were guns, swords, and spears.
Since this was inside the Dungeon, the beaten monsters would certainly have loot for the taking.
Some people were searching through them and found two small butchering knives, low-level magical equipment like daggers and swords and money.
Low-level monsters would not be especially rich and each corpse had only about a dozen copper coins. Some were quite generous and gave several silver coins.
“Yuesheng, is your wound alright?” Layla worriedly asked Ye Yuesheng.
“It's fine,” Ye Yuesheng answered while smiling. She was injured in the waist when a Hidden-Boss type monster suddenly showed up from who knows where and attacked Layla. Ye Yuesheng managed to notice it and immediately tackle Layla but her waist was scratched by the monster’s sword.
It was quite painful actually…
“Sister Layla, Mom is okay now. Fortunately, Sister Diana was with us.” Ye Shishi said as she sent a gratified look at Diana’s direction.
The Diana she meant was one of the Bianchi Family’s Top Healers. She possesses skills that wouldn’t be inferior to those from the church. She was considered as valuable in the Family’s force.

“That’s good…” Layla finally heaves a sigh of relief.
“Big sis, don’t worry, although Garth is a jerk, he will certainly come to rescue us for sure.” Layla’s biological sister and Garth’s twin sister; Stella Villaflores reassured her. Her skin was pale, her hair was black and her eyes were bottomless pools of obsidian.
At a glance, she looked to be around 13, and judging by her beauty and refined movements; she seemed to be a very well-bred girl. However, anyone who tried to bully her because of her small stature would meet with a terrible fate. She was a warrior who held a stupidly supernatural strength that can lift boulders with just a thought, after all. She was a telekinetic Superhuman as well as a Psychic.
She had a brilliant smile on her face. She seemed gentle enough, but there was a hint of strength within that kindness.
“I know,” Layla smiled while trying not to show any kind of panic or anxiety on her face to her sister.
But right now, their situation cannot be called sunny.
What really happened was that, when they were about to return, suddenly a golden armor, appeared and attacked them. According to the System Prompt, it was a Hidden Boss Character. He brought some living armors and monsters with him and besieged them.
They are strong and probably can force their way through, however, casualties would appear and not just one. As kind and gentle as Layla and Ye Yueshing, of course, they wanted to avoid having any deaths or casualties as much as possible. Thus, thinking this, Layla and the others choose a naïve but a safe decision – barricade themselves and wait for rescue.
They managed to find a good place to hide – though for now they were cornered, however, in this way they could still fight without many casualties since there was only one opening. If monsters enter, they will rain down by bullets and magic, killing them in the process.
But their ammo aren’t infinite… This was one of their main problems. They had been fighting for a whole night, just like freaking plants versus zombies event, they came wave after wave…
And they’re getting exhausted and running out of ammo. If a close battle happens, who knows how many of them will be killed. They had only managed to be out of casualties until now because of the three Healers; especially Diana who came with them, fixing them up when they were badly messed up.

But unfortunately, they couldn’t last.
Dammit. How many enemies are there in here? Anula was getting impatient.
She had no conditions for victory.
The monster’s level was surprisingly Lv6 and it was clearly stronger than the first floor’s Boss Monster!
She couldn’t see any light in this dark tunnel situation they had. It was a bad joke… she reckoned that they will lose after 30 minutes if help still didn’t come…
Well, at least she needed to protect Layla, Stella, Ye Yuesheng and Ye Shishi as the Princess absolute order.
That was her greatest mission!
If push comes to shove, she simply had to gather as many people as possible and retreat quickly. This was a battle to minimize the damage in a battle that they were already losing.
“Enemies incoming!!” A panic voice rang out.
Everyone was immediately alerted, grabbing their weapons and started casting magic spells.
Monsters, comprised of beasts and living armors dashed through the only open door.
Hiding from the barricades made up of a broken desk, table, and chairs, found inside the ancient buildings in the labyrinth, they immediately started firing and shooting their guns and magic.
“Protect the package! One scratch and the princess will burn you, maggots!!” Anula cried out as she started firing her M16 rifle.
Bang! Bang!
“Two hostiles at 3’oclock!”
“Three hostiles at 8’oclock!”
“On it!”
“Ammos!”
As she listened to the reports from the scattered members, Anula and Alicia fired their respective M16 and a carbine at the incoming monster.
“It looks like it’s another playing throw ball…”
“Then this shouldn’t be a problem,” said one of Anula’s subordinate soldiers with a recoilless rifle hanging from his shoulder. What they said that the monsters were trying to wear them down again, just like the battles before…
But Anula did not smile.
“Don’t be too complacent, you amateurs!!”
Just as Anula yelled that she heard a short burst of an explosion and the subordinate she had been talking to was mowed down.
It looked like a blade made of wind, slashing at their direction.
“The Monster is here!!”
With those words, the appearance of the golden colored armor with several swords piercing at his body while wearing an old Greek-style soldier helmet attracted everyone’s attention.
“They’re going full-force damn it! At least protect the package!”
Anula immediately cried out as soon as she saw the armor raising his sword once again. She rushed towards Layla and Ye Yuesheng who was shooting magic such as fireballs, water slicer, and et cetera.
Anula and few other soldiers immediately encircled Layla’s group and pounced on them, trying to protect them with their own bodies.
However, at this very moment,
“You dare!!” An unfamiliar, deep and manly voice echoed in the whole room.
Immediately, a light enveloped the entire area and with a thunderous crash -- forming thunder and lightning, striking at the Golden Armor Monster who was slashing down his big sword.
Booom!!
A big explosion blasted out the nearby monsters. Even the Golden Armor Monster was sent crashing on the walls. Still, one can’t help but wonder about this Dungeon’s Durability.
Well, Dungeons almost has indestructible structure and self-restoration so even if a huge battle of nukes happened inside the Dungeon, it would still not break and collapse. No matter how many mushroom bombs exploded it would still remain standing tall as if nothing had happened. That was the basic logic of the Dungeons. Thus, anyone can go all out if one wanted it.
“If you dare scratch my sisters with that filthy blade, I will surely turn you into a scrap metal you f*cking monster!!” An angry voice echoed through the entire room.
The sudden development stunned the group but one thing they realized, with these words, they are already safe.
As the people tried to stand up from the shockwave caused by the explosion, they saw two men came out from the blinding light made of plasma.
A dark-skinned youth with a silver hair and red blood eyes. He looks exotic yet at the same time bewitching especially to the women present – even Anula who prides herself as a soldier with steel will couldn’t help but be charmed by the youth.
Several women started blushing.
In fact, this was the result of Allen’s Fall, bringing him to a much darker side of his personality but in the process, it created a bewitching and devilish charm that only high-ranking devil possess. It was always activated as if releasing pheromones.
In Game world terms, this was like a negative aura effect of devils especially those known as Incubus or Succubus…
Besides the silver-haired youth was an extremely familiar handsome boy – the soldiers had already seen him before.
“Garth!!” A voice called.

As the High Magus of the school of Necromancy, he once aspired to prove to the Emperor that magic still held a place in their society. But that day came, passed and inevitably accelerated his kind's downfall. With nothing but a mouthful of sand and tattered rags; Asrael is determined to seek the one thing his cold, still heart desires. Vengeance. This story can, at times, get very dark. It is not recommended for the faint of heart. This is not a story of an overtly powerful wizard who can pulverize his enemies from across the world, nor is it in any way, shape or form a joyous tale. We follow Asrael as he and his companions explore and seek to change an unjust world, where kindness and acceptance are exceptions, rather than the rule. If you are looking for a story to inspire hope or joy, this is not it. If you wish to read about likeable, heroic people, turn around. If you wish to see good battle evil, where the cut in between is clear, then this is not for you.
