《Fantasial Apocalypse》Chapter 125: [ Why are you looking at me with that face? ]

Under the dark clouds, the temperature fell, while the berserk air created a dry and torrid feeling on one’s skin.
From time to time, lightning flashed. But what’s even stranger was that the lightning never hit the black youth who was nonchalantly standing extremely close to the dark clouds. On the contrary, it was dancing around him, like playful snakes.
Allen looked at them, and the countless bands of golden lightning, twisting about like snakes circled around him.
As the ear-splitting thunder sounded out, he coolly said, “Old fogies, this emperor don’t need you; bring out the one who’s responsible for attacking this Emperor.”
“That’s… we also don’t know… we haven’t heard anything about it…” One of the old men answered.
“Are all of you going to be like that?” Allen narrowed his eyes. “Well, okay, don’t blame this emperor for being impolite then. In any case, you are the one who started it… this is only a payback!”
Allen raised his hand and in an instant, ‘BOOM!!’ an explosion rang out and from the dark clouds hanging over the city, a huge eastern golden dragon made up of lightning appeared. It danced around the clouds as if waiting for Allen’s instructions to get down.
“Wait!!
“We really didn’t know anything!”
Seeing this impossible scene, the old fogies immediately panic and became even more anxious. Even though their cultivation already reached the Master level in body tempering but if hit with that attack, they would never be able to leave unscathed!
Fatal wounds are inevitable!!
Then if they can’t endure it, what about the people underneath them?
As for the normal people living inside the city, expressions of astonishment and fear covered their faces.
There was a long and deadly silence. The strain between Allen and the old men was a most palpable thing; it hung heavy in the air.
A moment after, Allen looked at the old men lining in front of him, and now he started to chuckle and his eyes crinkled up at the corners in amusement. “There’s an old saying in Europe,” He started.
Allen remarked in an icy, contained voice. “When death comes, the rich man has no money… and the poor man no debt.”
!!?
“So settling the debt between us, there’s only one way to settle the account… correct?”
As Allen was going to drop, all the people in the vicinity paled in fear and was going too rushed over. Suddenly,
“Wait!”
Several figures flashed and appeared beside the old men.
“Let’s talk Ye Wushuang!”
Seeing the newcomer, Allen grinned wickedly. “Liu Fengxun, should I say it’s been a while?”
“Wushuang,” Liu Fengxun nodded. Although this was actually the first time they met, however, from Liu Muxiao’s words, they seem to have met several times in the previous life and even had a close relationship(?).
Allen cancels the thunder dragon and had seated himself on the back of the fox, curled his legs under him and sat back, watching them. His actions and attitude were like an emperor or a Deity looking down on his subjects.
“Nice to see you again, then.” Allen smiled warmly. Although there’s some friction between them in the previous life, still Liu Fengxun was, after all, Liu Muxiao’s father. Allen can’t not give him face, can he?
“Since we’re such old friends, let’s skip the formalities…”

“Muxiao? Where is she?”
“She’s safe…” Allen answered, softly. “However, that’s not the problem right now.”
Allen turned his gaze to the people beside Liu Fengxun. “I see that you also brought with you, his Excellency, President Ji, Flower Demon Valley’s mistress; Feng Xuli and lastly, Xue Cangzhan…”
“It’s nice to meet you, Mr. Ye.” President Ji Jiaohua greeted pleasantly, his weather-beaten face breaking into a smile. However, this smile only lasted for a moment as he becomes aware of Allen’s dire expression, his angry stance.
“Xue Cangzhan, do you know your wrongs?” Allen asked coldly. He completely ignored the president as if he was air and stared at Xue Cangzhan.
As of course, the president didn’t dare to act haughty as he quietly steps aside. In his eyes, Allen was like an angry lion that would attack at any given moment. It would be terrifying if this anger is suddenly directed at him, isn't it?
As Allen was speaking, massive thunderous booms sounded out from up above. The brutality of the sound itself threatened to cause everything around to collapse.
Xue Cangzhan paled as he gritted his teeth. The thunderous explosions caused his body to tremble in fear.
No one stands up for him. Even Feng Xuli was only watching on the side, not daring to say anything.
They naturally realized, the black youth; Allen’s power was above them. They even feel that the white fox, Allen used as a mount was even stronger than them.
Furthermore, even if they are confident in their power, how can they attack him if he was floating in the sky? They couldn’t fly yet and even if there were some people who could by using Qi techniques… can they really defeat him?
With those terrifying lightning, circling around Allen as if they were protecting him… was that possible?
This person… no, this monster, was simply inconceivable.
It’s best not to antagonize this kind of existence!
Currently, Xue Cangzhan was completely and utterly filled with regret. If he had learned about his real power properly, even if he was given a thousand guts, he would never dare to do what he did.
Now he knows, he only did shed tears after seeing the coffin.
Allen’s power had unimaginably surpassed anything he had imagined. He now realized that he had not offended a mere person, but a demon!
“I, I’m not the one who ordered it! I, I didn’t do anything!” he cried out, desperately. Trying to deny everything.
Allen did not at first reply. He looked at him and studied Xue Cangzhan through icy eyes.
The silence was quite heavy and suffocating.
Xue Cangzhan’s heart chilled as he felt an innate fear. He took a deep breath and said with a stiff expression, "I, I really didn’t. Y, you can ask Xue Ling!”
At last, Allen said, “Then why is Xue Ling, one of them? Other than you and Feng Xuli, who can order Xue Ling to assassinate someone…?”
!!?
Taken by surprise and off guard, Xue Cangzhan gaped at him, opened his mouth to speak, then closed it. He finally realized how badly he messed up!
He backed away a few steps as if wanting to put distance between himself and Allen.
On the other hand, with her name mention, Feng Xuli’s entire body trembled.
“I did not---”
She cried but before she could finish her words, Allen’s hand waved with blinding speed.

Boom!
Simultaneously, a bright golden lightning bolt shot down toward the Flower Demon Valley’s mistress from up above. It slams at the place near her, causing her to scream in fear and fell down.
The lightning bolt bore a hole in the roof, giving off a burned smell, startling the people in the vicinity.
Their faces filled with shock.
That simple show of power certainly gave them the shock of their lives.
It was without hesitation that most of them retreated backward, their scalps numb. The only thing that they could think of was to flee not wanting to spend even a short time in this kind of place - though for some reason they couldn’t move after Allen gave them a glance.
“This emperor didn’t give you permission to speak!” Allen’s voice came from above.
He already doesn’t have any favorable impression on her; after all, she together with Xue Cangzhan was the one who named him a lustful demon after abducting Xue Ling in the previous life, causing many people to chase after him.
Both Liu Fengxun and President Ji Jiaohua gaped at him, but neither of them said a word.
No matter if it was Liu Fengxun or the president, they looked at Allen in a completely new light. That overwhelming, horrifying pressure that felt like it would devour their souls… was like the aura of Demon Gods only heard of in legends.
No matter how strong they were in martial arts, in front of absolute power, it was nothing!
“Now then, Xue Cangzhan,” Allen ignored the trembling Feng Xuli and returned his gaze at Xue Cangzhan. “Do you still have anything to say…?”
Xue Cangzhan flinched under this intense and unwavering scrutiny. “I,” His voice trembling.
But before he could say anything, one person suddenly stood in front of him.
Allen looks at that person, pulled a face, and rolled his eyes heavenward.
“Why are you looking at me with that face?” Allen’s tone suddenly changed. He wasn’t even addressing himself as ‘this emperor’.
“Shut up, you monster!” Xue Ling yelled at him. This action caused the others started and even the president immediately pulled Xue Ling aside. Afraid that Allen would get angry and suddenly kill her.
But Xue Ling didn’t budge. She stared at Allen, defiantly.
“Hey Xue Ling, get out the way,” Allen spoke. However, for some reason, his voice was not his cold voice he was using just now, instead gentler… softer.
“This is not your matter…” He said casually as if they were intimately acquainted.
“I’m the one who tried to kill you and you said that this is not my matter?! You’re insane!”
“Did you?” Allen widened his eyes in shock. He then crossed his arms in front of his chest, as if thinking.
“Nope! I can’t remember~” Allen said with a shrug.
“Don’t pretend! You just told us a while ago that I’m one of them, the assassins, didn’t you?!”
“Nope, you heard wrong,” Allen said with certainty then glanced at the other people besides her. He had an amiable smile on his face but his eyes narrowed. “Didn’t she?”
Looking at Allen’s smile, the others shed cold sweat. Thunders roared behind them as if threatening to strike them if they said the wrong thing.
“Y, yes… you didn’t.” The others nodded simultaneously.
“See~” Allen had a huge smile lighting his face. “So Xue Ling, step aside. Please, this is our matters, not yours.”
“Liar!!” Xue Ling cried out in protest.
“Insolent girl!” the fox suddenly muttered and a bluish-green colored fireball materializes, shooting towards Xue Ling. Its speed was almost half of that of a bullet.
Seeing this fire ball, Xue Ling was too late to react and her eyes widened in shock. She didn’t expect for Allen to really attack her, after all, he did say those things from before. It was still constantly emerging inside her mind.
“Xue Ling!” She could hear anxious voices besides her.
In the corner of her eyes, she could see Liu Fengxun, the president, and her master, Feng Xuli rushed towards her.
But before they could, someone arrived first. As if he just magically appeared out of nowhere, he stood in front of her.
“Li Meihua, did I say you can attack?” An angry voice came from her savior.
“But, but master…”
“Enough.” A cold voice cut off. “This is the first and last warning, Meihua. Don’t do things I didn’t ask you to… understand?” He demanded in a hard voice.
“Y, yes master. I apologize…”
Xue Ling looked at all this happening. Her eyes widened as she couldn’t believe the youth who saved her was none other than Allen.
How could she not recognize the person who had blocked the attack in front of her?
She would never have thought that at such a critical moment, the person who saved her would have been the person who she deemed an enemy!
Looking at Allen’s back, Xue Ling felt astonished and shocked and simply couldn’t believe what was happening.
He was still standing firmly in front of her, just like a thick wall.
The look in her eyes became complicated. She hated Allen for he was a criminal who kill people without batting an eye. Just like what he did before, he killed her comrades while smiling, looking as if he was enjoying their deaths.
And most of all, she feared Allen. He was terrifying to the point that she could question whether he’s really a human or not.
Monsters, weak and strong ones, she had seen many of them. But it seems like those monsters are quite cute if compared to him.
Being called Monster is already not enough.
He was like a deity… a malevolent deity that could control lightning.
Can’t be killed by guns, possess absolute power and could control lightning… if someone told her he’s just a human, then she would certainly beat him up.
In this world where powers existed, it should be a norm, but there should still be a limit, right?
Then what is he…?
Allen sighed. He didn’t look at Xue Ling and just turned around, walking towards Xue Cangzhan.
“Xue Cangzhan,” Allen called out.
“Y, Yes.” Xue Cangzhan answered, a little breathlessly.
“I won’t make matter worst for you,” Allen said a little irritably. “Apologize, after that, I will forget about this matter.”
He had already expected Xue Ling’s appearance but when she did appear, his entire act faded out in thin air. She had already killed off his ‘awesomeness’ momentum albeit reluctantly.
And this really annoys him. He just can’t bring himself to act like a bad guy in front of her…
