《Fantasial Apocalypse》Chapter 19: [ Organization ]

Allen spends his days lying in the hospital. Although his body had already recovered, since there were so many questions regarding his unbelievable recovery, he had undergone many tests. However, no matter what the Doctors and professionals did, they had never discovered any strange issues.
They had asked Allen again and again but couldn’t get an answer. Mia even guessed that Alkrasha might be related to Allen’s full recovery but since this issue is very, no, extremely doubtful and nigh impossible due to Alkrasha’s character, this was immediately trashed.
Mia questioned Allen as to what happened during the battle in full detail but Allen could only talk until where Alkrasha bombarded him with attacks and his mind was overwhelmed with pain and turned blurry. He remembered that he managed to stand up and even subconsciously activated his [ Skill Replication ] ability as to which it managed to succeed at the last moment.
After that, everything had already become vague. For some reason, he could no longer remember what had happened afterward…
Hearing all that, Mia didn’t pester him with questions anymore. His recovery is welcome, as, for the reason, it didn’t matter anymore…
--- ---
Two days had passed since Allen and Alkrasha’s battle.
This was also the third day of Chaos and the situation on the hospital progressed exactly like Mia and Allen had predicted.
The hospital Allen and the others were in were already in their last stand. The monsters coming to attack them were getting stronger and more terrifying.
With the limited weapon and manpower, Mia and her subordinates couldn’t endure it any longer. And so, they have decided to move to a safer location.
--- ---
As the commotion began to temporarily settle down, Allen and Mia could be seen up to the Hospital’s rooftop. The purpose was of course to relax their tense nerves.
“...Ah, this is the best.”
Allen had a satisfied look on his face and ate a potato chip. That taste was also satisfying.
This unhealthy stuff is the best...
Since Allen rarely had the chance to eat this, Allen had spent several days savoring the taste of his potato chips and cola.
That was when a slender arm reached out in front of Allen and naturally grabbed a few of the potato chips from the bag.
“So Allen, do you really want to stay in this country?”
After finishing speaking, that person poured the potato chips into her mouth. And after swallowing them, she smiled at Allen.
“Hmm? Of course, this, after all, is still my own country. I can’t abandon it.”
“…then what do you want to do?”
Allen paused for a bit and then answered, “For now I’m thinking of making an organization. I would gather strong comrades to fight with and I have already thought of some people…”
“Organization?” Mia was stunned. She never expected for Allen to make an organization.
Allen could see Mia’ eyes showed a bit of suspicion, a bit of confusion, and a bit of surprise.
“Yeah, an organization. Though I’m only planning it to be a small group…”
Mia stared at Allen, and after a long time, she asked, “Why? Do you want to recreate the [ Dawn Alliance ]?”
Allen shook his head slightly. His crescent-like eyebrows knitted together slightly and his limpid autumn water-like gaze flickered with nostalgia. “I don’t. [ Dawn Alliance ] isn’t something I could create, if I choose someone who could recreate it between us, it would only be you not me.”
“… …”
“Besides, things now are different from the previous life. We had a good start, unlike ‘Before’ where we were caught off guard. Maybe that was also the reason why we were always being pushed back into the corner against the monsters… because we started a bit too late. But now is different…”

“Well, I guess you have a point. Although the government from several countries never believes the word I said before the apocalypse happened but more or less they were warned and managed to prepare a bit because of us putting a bit of pressure to them. My ‘Family’ still possess quite an influence after all~
So, compared to before, this time was really completely different.”
Hearing Mia’s words that seemed to be bragging, Allen could only shake his head while smiling wryly. But this was an undeniable fact. Because of Mia giving some ‘good intentions’, various countries managed to prepare even a bit against the upcoming monsters of the apocalypse.
It wasn’t even exaggeration that this bit of preparation made a huge difference compared to the previous life which was because of being caught off guard; many people were fallen prey to the monsters causing some country to be destroyed after a few years.
And this is thanks to Mia’s effort.
“Despite you saying that as if you just did something selfless for the sake of the people, didn’t you or maybe your ‘Family’ gain a huge personal benefit out of this?” Allen teased.
“… …” Mia didn’t reply back but just by looking at her expression, anyone could likely guess it.
Mia’s family which was already influential in the first place was once again increased. This was because of the several reasons:
One, they were the one who told the other countries about the upcoming apocalypse and thus earning a bit of regard for them now that it was true.
They will now reconsider the words spoken by the ‘Family’ and wouldn’t be taken lightly while thinking that someone in the family has an ability to see the future or an ‘Oracle’ of some sort.
- This, of course, was what happening right now as most of the influential people started thinking that the princess of the ‘Bianchi’ family has the power to see the future.
Second, because of Mia’s orders, whether it was weapons or provisions the ‘Family’ wasn’t lacking in any of them. It could even be seen that they were already prepared even if the world was pushed on its last stand. And so, all the people sheltered by the group could be sustained.
Because of this, the ‘Family’ was still expanding at a very fast pace, absorbing the other groups. In a short time, Mia’s ‘Family’ would be regarded as one of the superpowers in this apocalyptic world.
These were only the two benefits that could be seen right now. The others would need a long time for anyone to see.
This was similar to be in the limelight, saving a lot of people at death’s door, and later their reputation would definitely erupt!
“Hmph, those things aren’t important to me. Whether we can become a powerful force or not, it would all be for naught if we are defeated in this war.”
“You have a point.” Allen nodded his head, while he removed the cap from his cola and put it on his lips.
“Anyway, let’s go back in that organization plans of yours. Just why would you want to make something like that? If you just want to have some people to fight with, you could just ask me. There were plenty of able men in my family…of course, that includes me as well~”
“You don’t get it~” Allen with a ‘Tsk Tsk Tsk’, he looked at her with a ‘You can’t understand it’ look. “Creating a mysterious organization is a man’s romance, you know~”
“What?”
“Haaa, you won’t be able to get it. Anyway, truthfully this is also one of the reasons. Let’s just say it’s my passion but the main reason was that, Mia your group is just too big and I don’t like crowds. I wanted to create a small group with very strong, reliable and trustworthy members that will be handpicked by me personally so that I would be sure of their personality. With their help, we could do things without obeying any rules or laws made by someone.

Bypassing any boundaries, countries, and culture, we could do anything we wanted in the name of our justice.”
“Justice huh… that would be hard.” Mia seemed to get it but not get it. But even so, she could understand what he’s trying to say.
However, will that be easy?
In the previous life, that could be easy. Most of the countries were already destroyed because of the monsters but in this time, there’s a high possibility that they would be able to maintain their power and influence. And these powers would likely compete for the top; especially in this crazy world!
Without a doubt, they will put reigns on the people even more. Those who have strong abilities will be pulled into this vortex called ‘Politics’ and become chess pieces by the influential people.
“…Although the countries seemed to be doing quite well, in fact, all of them were now in a desperate struggle. Especially for supremacy… you will most likely be scouted too.”
“As if I’m going to swim in that turbid water…”
Taking care not to look unnatural, Mia removed the cap from her bottle and she began speaking after taking a sip. “Philippines is a weak woman. In this chaotic world, if it won’t be conquered by monsters, it would likely be coveted by other countries.”
It was an undeniable fact.
“I know that. Even if I will be able to defend this country from that mud bastard, some country will absorb it one way or another. Most likely, it would be America or China. Well, that would be in the case where the United Nations will become ineffective.”
“If that really happened, you won’t stop it?”
“Of course not, why would I? I’m just a nobody. I’m just a regular high school student you can find just about anywhere.”
"Heh! If you’re really just a high school student, then there is definitely something seriously wrong with this world.” Hearing Allen describing himself as a regular student, Mia couldn’t help but sneer.
“Now now, anyway…I will try not to entangle myself as much as possible in that aspect of the world. They have their definition of justice which was mostly related to personal gains while I have my own meaning of justice. Obviously, other people too would have their own definitions. That is why I will create a group that would be unbounded by anything and will only act according to our justice.”
“That’s quite a goal you have there…” Allen said that very naturally. Because of that, Mia couldn’t help but cast a worried look.
It was just not possible, if he really creates such an unbound group of monsters, the different governments will certainly immediately invite him to drink some coffee while sitting on a round table.
But Allen remained nonchalant. He grabbed some chips and throws it to his mouth. “I have already thought of several candidates to become members of my organization. All I need now was to finalize it and gather some funds.”
“Do you need money?”
“Of course not, I have you why would I lack in money?” Allen took another sip of his cola.
Hearing those words, Mia couldn’t help but look at Allen in a new light. She was really astounded by his shamelessness. He was actually capable of saying that as if it was very natural?
In the first place, no matter what Allen wanted, Mia would certainly give everything without hesitation. So what he said was never a problem.
But she never expected that he would just say that as if it was the most natural thing in the world. One should never forget, the Mia and Allen in this world never knew each other up until now.
She thought he would ask her in a roundabout manner, certainly not like this. So she was tongue-tied for a moment.
Of course, Allen ignored her strange expression and continued eating his potato chips.
“You’re quite shameless, aren’t you?” After a long moment of silence, Mia finally regained her senses and asked while smiling wryly.
“Shameless or not, we have already reached the point of ‘what’s yours is mine, what’s mine is mine’ relationship~” Allen stupidly said as if it was natural.
Mia was deeply speechless.
“Hey! There’s huge mistake in that saying!!” Mia raged and started grabbing Allen’s collar.
“Hey! Answer me! What do you mean by ‘what’s mine is mine’ bastard! It should be ‘what’s mine is yours’ damn it!!” Mia cried out as she shook his head vigorously.
“That’s your problem?!”
--- ---
Mia took several deep breaths before finally calming down.
“Whoo… Sorry, I kind of lost control back there. Anyway, you should change that you hear me! It should be ‘What’s mine is yours and what’s yours is mine’ belief, understand!?”
“You’re still on in that!?”
As for Mia’s thoughts towards him, Allen in fact already knew it. If not, he would likely be a fool.
Men in this aspect of life between men and women are the most sensitive to this aspect, so as long as the woman looks at his eyes, and feel good in their heart, the man would immediately guess whether this woman fell for him or not. What’s more, Mia had sometimes made it quite obvious.
Allen looked at Mia’s charming appearance, which made his heart beat faster. He immediately turned his head. Since the issues they needed to handle now was far too much, this wouldn’t be the right time to talk about love.
“Of course! Our relationship should be in the unity stage already!”
“…whatever.” Allen for some reason lost his motivation to argue and could only sigh in defeat.
At this moment, Allen took a stone tablet from his side.
There was written on the tablet.
[ Allen Bando
Level 2 0.06%
Strength: 2.3 Agility: 2.4 Physique: 2.5 Mind: 2.4
Learned skills: [ Language Lv2 ] [ Technology literacy Lv2 ] [ Close Combat Lv2 ] [ Firearms Lv2 ] [ Critical Observation Lv1 ] [ Critical thinking Lv1 ] [ Vale Tudo Lv1 ]
Special skills: [ Equip Lv1 ], [ Skill Replication Lv1 ], [ Explosion Lv1 ]
Copied Skills: [ Dexterity Lv1 ], [ Beetle Buzz Lv1 ], [ Enhanced Vision Lv1 ] ]
“Hm? This is yours right?” Mia asked doubtfully.
“I don’t need it, for now, so you should be the one to keep it,” Allen said as he passed her the stone tablet.
This stone tablet is called [ Status Plate ].
That is right, just like in a game, this tablet shows the status of whoever touches it as soon as they say ‘Status’.
This was one of the things Mia found on the 4th floor after they found Allen.
As shown in the [ Status Plate ], Allen’s attributes were only slightly above that of an ordinary human. ( 1.0 ) being the average stats in (STR) and (AGI) of an ordinary person. ( In every level up, the person’s attribute would also increase by double. )
Aside from this, there were 4 crystals:
One skill-Crystal, two I-Crystals and lastly one Special-Crystal. All of these, including the [ Status Plate ], was of course given to Allen because he was the one who fought Alkrasha. Neither Aileen nor Mia was against on it.
From his battle with Alkrasha, Allen managed to copy a skill called [ Enhanced Vision ] which can increase one’s vision with amazing clarity, distance, and color. As expected of the Insect-based monster, Alkrasha!
The other new skill he got was the B-rank skill [ Explosion ]. This skill gives the user an ability to cause an explosion of any scale, with varying effects ranging from stunning to total annihilation.
Mia wanted this kind of skill but she would feel uncomfortable if she didn’t give it to Allen, after all, Allen was the one who fought with Alkrasha and nearly died from it. This was his just desert!
As expected of from the last floor, the I-crystals in the 4th floor were also quite good.
One is a Rare-class blue colored dagger called [ Dragon Tooth Dagger ( Blue color ) ].
It was a dagger fashioned from the tooth of a dragon. While the blade is obviously a fang or predator’s tooth, the handle is leather wrapped around the root of the tooth, and there is no cross-guard. It had an additional ability to electrify the enemy when struck.
It was a very familiar dagger from somewhere…
The other was also a familiar item. A Rare-class item called the [The Anklet of the Wind ] It increased the user’s agility by 10%.
As for the Special-crystal, it should be as expected, 3 HP-look alike crimson colored potions that look like ones in games were stored on it. As for the effects, it was already obvious; as long as one isn’t dead they would be back to full health in just a minute.
Allen took them without hesitation. Well, even though he values their friendship, but it was still important for him to become stronger in order to survive.
Unfortunately, for Special-Crystals, they wouldn’t be able to identify the item stored inside it until they use it or activate it. That is why; Mia couldn’t let Allen consume an HP potion when he was on the brink of death because she never expected that this kind of thing was in that Special-Crystal.
One must know, Special-Crystal mostly gave strange and funny looking items and would rarely give good things such as HP or Stamina potions. Thus, these became too important in this apocalyptic world!
At that time when Allen activated the crystal and found 3 HP potions on it, even Mia started wriggling on the spot because of frustration. Just why did she not use the crystal back then?!
Looking at her like that, Allen started laughing on his hospital bed.
Well, in the end, Allen took one while giving Mia the other two potions. Allen knows that Mia might need it in the future more than him.

A World Forgotten
***This story will contain lite-litrpg elements, mainly character pages and a town page. There will also be settlement building and adventuring, missteps and achievements. But one thing it definitely won’t have is a harem. Nor will it have an overpowered MC. Contains mild cursing.*** ***feel free to critique my writing and offer input. This is my first venture into writing. I've always enjoyed litrpg/gamelit books. I feel like I write how I talk, so it may be a little different. You won't hurt my feelings if you see something wrong or out of place! *** ***What follows is a condensed part of chapter 1. Enjoy!*** Drew Cooper is thrust into a new, unfamiliar world. Waking up in his sweats and t-shirt near what seems to be a forgotten path through some woods, he struggles coming to terms that he's no longer in his apartment. As he tries to cope with his new reality, he hears a horse coming down the path. He hides behind a nearby tree dreading what may happen next. As the horse approaches, he sees a man walking next to it. The horse is burdened with packs and gear. When the man nears, Drew nearly panics. He has a large sword strapped to his waist, obviously a fighter. He continues to hide as the man slowly passes only for the man to stop a dozen meters past his hiding spot. "You may as well come out, ya know. You weren't as well hidden as you thought," the man stated matter-of-factly, letting the horse’s reins go and putting his hand on the hilt of his sword. Slowly and scared for his life, Drew raised up and walked from behind the tree. "I-I'm sorry. I wasn't planning on attacking you. I-I don't know where I am. I heard your horse and hid. I didn't know what you'd do if you saw me. I'm sorry," he nervously blurted out. A minute passed. Then two. The man seemed interested with Drew and stepped closer, eyes squinting as if trying to see something. "What's that on your shirt? Is that. What is that? Is that, Pac-man?" The man was visibly shaken while pointing at me. Looking down at his t-shirt nervously, "Yea. Yea. I woke up here a few hours ago I think. 3 maybe 4 hours. I’ve just been sitting here. Where am I? What's going on?" Drew asked. "That's not important right now," the man replied. " What's important is where you're from. What year is it?" "What year? April something 2020. Why? What's going on?" Drew continued now worried. The man was taken aback. After a few moments, he seemed to calm himself some. The man sighed and looked at Drew in earnest. "Well, I've got good news and bad news for ya. Bad news is you're not on Earth anymore. Good news is you happened to run into me and not someone else. You’re either really lucky, or it’s fate we met in these woods, and I don’t believe in luck." The man continued to walk towards Drew while talking and put out his hand. "I'm John Mitchell from St. Louis or thereabouts. You’ve got nothing to be scared of by me. Walk with me and let’s talk."
