Hey there guys, J. Nashiro here. If you guys are wondering why Chapter 4 is very short, I actually, intentionally made it a cliffhanger to know what will be you reactions. Hahaha, sorry for being a troll and also sorry to BloodKingx XD. I'll make it up to you guys by giving you this chapter. I tried my best to make it long as I can.I hope you guys enjoy it.

In the basement where we are held only had three bandits guarding us. We waited till they fall asleep, but unfortunately they didn't. So I told the three girls what's going to be our positions in this operation. The one who will be the vanguards are me and Emlyn, since Yris and Elly are both magicians they will be supporting us vanguards as we fight, by casting magic to the enemies and healing only Emlyn. Why only Emly? Well, I told them that I don't need to be healed, they were quite persistent on rejecting my order, but in the end I was able to persuade them. I have quite a lot of Hp and my Accelerated Regeneration skill will definitely make me survive. The prisoners that we will help will follow us from the back since none of them have have combat abilities. We didn't needed any rear guards since the door to the basement was in the end of the corridor, we will only need to check each room that we pass so that no will attack us from the back. We haven't told any of the prisoners about our plan so I hope they will cooperate. Each cell contains 4 people excluding the cell we are in there are 5 cells, which means we will have to defend 20 people. The three girls asked me on how we will be able to get out of our cell but I didn't tell them since I want to surprised them, I only said that I'll take care of it and they easily trusted me.

I signaled the girls that I am ready, they nodded as a response. Now let's put my acting into use.

"Help! Somebody help me!"(Jeff)

I shouted as hard as I can so that the three guards who are guarding the door out of the basement hear me, since our cell was on the edge of of the room. Only one of them approached towards our cell. I was hoping that three of them to come in here but I guess that's impossible.The bandit who decided to check our cell stood in front of the cell door. Okay he got a nice position.

"What's are you yapping about huh?"(Bandit)

"Ummm.. can you stay there for a second?"(Jeff)

"What are you-..Ahhhh!!"(Bandit)

I kicked the door as hard as I could to make the the door flying towards the wall, causing the bandit to get caught in it and get smashed to the wall. Somehow I remember the Boss of the dark organization.

"Thank you! Now girls let's g-.."(Jeff)

I looked at girls to start the operation but, I think I made them too surprised. Elmyn and Elly's eyes were widened and Yris looked like she was about to hurl.

"What in the..."(Elmyn)

"Jeff, just who are you?"(Elly)

"Urghh... the bandit just got crushed..."(Yris)

"Girls! No time to be surprised. Hurry up, didn't we need to get out of here fast, let's go!!!"

I shouted at the girls to make them come to their senses. We needed to make all the prisoners out of their cells after all. The three girls were able to calm down and then we proceed our plan.

"Now cover me as I free the prisoners."(Jeff)

I went to the other cells to free the prisoners, Emlyn confronted the two bandits that ran towards us while Elly and Yris supported her. I quickly bended the iron cell bars in each cell with my bare hands to make a exit wide enough to be entered.

The bandit swung his sword that formed an arc towards Elmyn, Elmyn dodged the attack by taking a step back, after she dodged the attack the other bandit jumped in front her and descended his sword, Elmyn wasn't able to react the attack so Elly supported by forming a barrier with her magic to block the attack. As the two bandits were distracted in fighting Emlyn, Yris cast 2 fire balls towards the them. The bandits didn't noticed Yris' attack so they both got hit by the fire balls, they cried in agony as they try to extinguish the flames that surrounded them, but they couldn't do it so they died in the end. After the girls were able to defeat the bandits, I was able to free the prisoners, luckily they cooperated with us.

I didn't noticed the door out of the basement suddenly opened. A single bandit appeared and looked towards the burned corpses of the bandit that the girls defeated and the other bandit who got pancaked at the door. He began to panicked and ran away. I wasn't able to catch the bandit who run away because it would be bad if separated with the girls.

---------- A certain Bandit's POV

I noticed screaming from the basement so I decided to check what was happening when I opened the door, I noticed the two burned corpses that was lying on the ground and a body that got crushed the door. I saw all the prisoners were all out of their cells. The magic sealing choker on the General's daughter is removed and also the two girls she was with had their chokers removed too. I panicked and ran away as fast I can.

"I have to tell Boss about this!!!"(Bandit)

I ran towards the hallway and finally reached the Boss' room. I opened the door and saw Boss drinking alcohol along with Roy and Rex.

"Boss!!! The prisoners has escaped!!!"

"What?! How did they escaped?!"(Leroy)

"I don't know, they are maybe still at the basement."(Bandit)

"All right. You call the everyone who's in the cave and capture those prisoners. Roy and Rex, call everyone who is outside to come at guard the entrance, I'll go with you guys. Do it now!!!"(Leroy)

"Yes, Boss!!!"(Roy/Rex?Bandit)

I followed Boss orders and began assembling everyone into their position.

---------- Jeff's POV

I told the prisoner the our plan and made decide if their going to agree or not. They all agree to it so we began our next plan, I took the one of the swords that the burned corpses carried, I gave the other one to Emlyn for her to use. We didn't use the armor that the burned corpses' wore because it was too damaged to be use, as for the pancaked guy's armor it was also no good. So Yris casted a light magic on us, that was called, >Light Barrier

I opened the door and we leaved the basement, as we go leaved the basement, we were greeted with a hail of arrows, thanks to the barrier that Yris cast on us none had any injury. Elmyn and I hurriedly ran towards the bandits while dodging the incoming arrows, Yris and Elly stayed in the back while supporting us with magic and guarding the prisoners at the same time. I got to say the bandits' formation were quite good, it consisted of 6 bandits in front as the vanguard while 5 archers attacking from behind. Elmyn and I tried to attack the archers first but the 6 vanguard bandits didn't let us, so we had no choice but to fight first the vanguards. I confronted the 3 vanguard bandits and Elmyn confronted the other vanguards, while Yris and Elly protected us from the archers with barriers, they couldn't cast any offensive magics due to the archers that kept firing at us, so they had no choice but to focus on defending us.

I dashed towards the 3 bandits, the three of them attacked at the same time so I had no choice but to dodge, I dodged their attacks by kneeling down, while kneeling down I grabbed the foot of one of the bandits and flung him towards the other bandit.The two bandits got knocked down and couldn't fight any more, leaving only one more remaining. The remaining bandit mustered up his courage and dashed towards me, he thrust his sword towards me, I blocked it with my sword, and then I went towards his side and beheaded him. The head flew in the air while blood is scattering around. That was beautiful. I noticed Elmyn was having a hard time fighting the others, she had couple scratches in her body. I quickly ran towards her to help. As she was about to be hit by a bandit from behind I increased my speed and kicked the bandit towards the wall to stop him. I'm glad that I made it in time. I gazed at Emlyn, she clearly was tired from the fight, and her breathing has turned rough.

"Are you okay? How about you rest for a while?"(Jeff)

"Don't worry, I can still fight."(Emlyn)

She sure is tough one. I can't help but smile in admiration to her.

Confirming that Emlyn was still okay, I once again began attacking the remaining 2 vanguards. Due to the decrease of the bandits and the deficiency of arrows, Yris and Elly were finally able to cast offensive magic. Yris began chanting a spell, after she finished chanting fire that had the form of spears appeared her,while on the other hand Elly used wind magic and cast a sharp winds in a form of a crescent. Both of them signaled me and Emlyn to step aside so we followed their orders.

"Flame Lance!"(Yris)

"Wind Cutter!"(Elly)

After we step aside they cast their magic towards them, all the bandits couldn't dodge or escaped the barrage of magics due to the number of >Flame LanceWind Cutter

Before we procede forward, Yris used >Light HealLight BarrierFire Ball

Without hesitating I decided to use my full strength and I dashed towards the bandit in a blink of an eye, even though they had barriers on them and heavy armors, I jumped and kicked one of the bandits very hard, making the bandit into a > shape as he flew against one of the mages in the back who has been casting offensive magic skills. Due to my strength my attack was able to ignore the barrier and armor it was wearing. The remaining two mages in the back stopped giving the barriers and focused on attacking me. Both of them used >Fire BallFire BallFire BallFire BallWind Swords

Still they sure are strong. We haven't fight the boss and yet we're already having a hard time, I might have no choice but to use Power of Insanity in the end. But if I use it, I will look like a monster in front of them. I wonder if they will still trust me.

"Ummm... Girls. If I show you guys my dark side... will all of you still trust me after that?"(Jeff)

I hesitated at first but If I don't tell them now, they will think that I betrayed them in the end. The three of them were confused, to my sudden question, Yris looked at me and smiled.

"I don't know what you're talking about, but even if you have another personality, I still think that you are a good man. After all, there's no one who is evil would help a bunch of people he didn't know. So whatever happens I will still trust you."(Yris)

"Don't worry about that, we will still be you comrades in the end."(Emlyn)

"As long as you never betray us, we will trust you."(Elly)

Haha, these girls are really kind, aren't they? I feel relieved now. It's been a while since a person trusted me deeply. I guess I can be true to myself now.

"Hahaha, you girls better keep your promise!"(Jeff)

"Oh my, what's with that sudden change of attitude? Is that your true self."(Yris)

"Nope, this is just the part of it. Anyway let's hurry and get out of this rabbit hole!"(Jeff)

After that we proceed once again. We still checked each door we passed just in case, but we found no one. When we saw the exit to the cave, we found the the last bandits in this place. Leroy was standing in the front while Roy and Rex are beside him behind them are 6 heavily armed bandits and 6 mages blocking the exit. Leroy was smiling at us as we approach them. Knowing that this fight will be fierce than ever I ordered the prisoners to hide in one of the rooms. Yris and Elly went to their position, Emlyn and I did the same.

"Hahaha, you four did a good job on getting this far. But I suggest that you bitches just come with us peacefully or you will not like it when I'm angry."(Leroy)

"You will not like it when I'm angry," he said. What are you the H*lk?

"Sorry but we've come this far so it's better to finish this once and for all."(Jeff)

"Aren't you the kid this morning? Hahahaha, I didn't know that you could fight. Well if you want to feel pain, you will get it."(Leroy)

Make us feel pain? He sure is funny.

Leroy ordered Roy and Rex to engage, Roy confronted Emlyn, while Rex confronted me after that Leroy attacked me too. Emlyn had a hard time attacking, due to the mages that kept casting barriers to Roy, she had no choice but to block and dodge. Rex kept attacking me from the back why Leroy on the attacked from the front. Roy kept swinging his swords towards me making me had no choice but to dodge. Leroy used >Heavy Cleave

"Hey, I'll be taking this, okay?"(Jeff)

"You son of a bitch, I'll definitely kill you!!!"(Leroy)

"Why not try doing it now?"(Jeff)

i tried provoking Leroy but he quickly calmed his self down, I thought that he was going to attack me but instead he went towards Elmyn, i tried to stop him but the mages used >Root BindRoot Binds

"Roy! Don't kill her! Step aside!"(Leroy)

"Yes, Boss!"(Roy)

Leroy dashed towards Elmyn and used Heavy Cleave on the ground, causing a tremor. Elmyn's fell down on the ground due to the tremor. Leroy grabbed Elmyn and tossed her to the wall.

"Elmyn!!"(Yris/Elly)

Yris and Elly began to worry at Elmyn.

"We better not kill the girls, it would be a waste after all."(Leroy)

Looks like Elmyn was just unconscious. While I'm still struggling free, Leroy then ran towards Yris and Elmyn, the girls tried to stop Leroy from coming by casting their magics towards him, Leroy dodged some of the magics incoming to him, some of magic that he couldn't dodge were blocked by the barrier that the mages in the back just cast. Leroy kicked Elly aside, making Elly fall unconscious. Leroy then grabbed Yris to his arm. Yris tried to break free but she couldn't due to the difference in strength. Leroy looked at my direction and smiled at me. Taking a hostage... What dick move!!

"Kid, I have been in many battles. When I looked at you in the eyes, I know that I couldn't win against you. What I didn't know is why did you act weak in the beginning."(Leroy)

Leroy covered Yris mouth with a cloth so that she can't chant any spell and then he pointed the edge of his axe to her neck. And then he ordered the mages to uncast the >Root Bind

"I don't want to waste any more of my men, so how about we make a deal?"(Leroy)

Deal? No matter how you look at it, he's just tricking me. For now, let's go with the flow.

"What do you want?"(Jeff)

"Well since I'm a kind man I'll free this girls and the other prisoners if you kill yourself."(Leroy)

What's with that bullshit? He's definitely lying, there's no way he would free them. Wait, I think this is the best time to turn the tide. All right let's play along with him.

"Are you sure you will keep you're promise?"(Jeff)

"Oh, of course~."(Leroy)

Yris looked at me, her eyes were like telling me not to do it. Don't worry I'll definitely save you.

"Now stab yourself with that knife."(Leroy)

I grabbed my knife and then thrust it to my stomach. I acted like I was in pain to deceive them after that I lied on the ground. Blood flowed from my stomach, but of course I didn't feel any pain thanks to my Pain Nullification X. Putting the blade in your stomach actually kinda felt comfortable, if you don't feel pain, so kids, don't do this at home. Leroy waited for a couple of second.

One of the bandits on the back spoke.

"Is he dead?"(Bandit)

Hey, you're going to trigger a flag you know?

Leroy tossed Yris aside, and approached me. Tears began flowing in to Yris' eyes, she must be blaming herself right now. But actually this is nothing to me. I checked my health status.

Health:163/220

That's quite a lot of damage, maybe it's because I attacked my self. After a few seconds my health was completely regenerated. Leroy approached me and kicked me to check if I'm dead. He began laughing in joy. Ohhh... I'll break that smile of yours now.

"Hahahahaha, This kid is such a fool, thinking I will keep my promise,hahahaha!"(Leroy)

Without him noticing I grabbed his one of his ankle and gripped it very hard, making his bones crushed by grip. Leroy fell to the ground while screaming in agony.

"Aaaaah..."(Leroy)

"Who are you calling a fool, huh?"(Jeff)

Roy and the bandits behind started to move. Without hesitation I used my Power of Insanity, sinister aura began to clad my body, my eyes were glowing red and an uncontrollable emotion began to take my mind. The bandits in the back couldn't move an inch due to effect of the aura. Fear began swarm in their mind some of them fall to the ground, some of them even fainted after looking at me. Roy avoided his gaze towards me and hurriedly ran towards Yris to make her his hostage, But because of the 2x status effect of the skill my agility rose dramatically I ran towards in a blink of an eye. I appeared in front of while smiling eerily and looking into his eyes. His expression began to change, now his face is filled with fear and despair, his breathing became rough. I cut both of his arms and then tossed him aside to the wall, looks like he's just unconscious. After that I started to walk slowly towards the bandits in the back. They tried to run but the fear overwhelmed their body, making them unable to move. I didn't kill them, I only tied them tightly with a rope to so that I can do my thing later. I also covered the mages mouth with a cloth so that they couldn't chant any magic, I also tied the Leroy after that. I deactivated my skill and approached Yris.

"Hey Yris! Are you okay?"(Jeff)

"So that's your true self..."(Yris)

"I'm sorry, you can hate me if you want but for now you guys better leave here."(Jeff)

"You don't have to apologize. As long as you are you, I will keep trusting you."(Yris)

"Really? Even if I'm an insane sadistic person who likes torture people, will you still trust."(Jeff)

Yris was shocked at my remark, she was able to keep her composure and answer.

"Do you also torture good people?"(Yris)

"Nope, just the bad ones."(Jeff)

"Well, I guess that's fine. I'm also so sorry about what happened earlier we got careless and almost made you killed..."(Yris)

"Don't worry about it. It mean that was nothing to me, I mean look, my wound is already gone."(Jeff)

I showed her my stomach to make her believe believe that my wounds are definitely gone.

"It's true.. You really are amazing, Jeff!(Yris)

"Hehehe, it's because I have a heal regenerating skill!"(Jeff)

"Earlier, the way you deceive those bandits and defeat them, you looked very brave and cool, and also creepy at the same time. Thank you for saving me earlier."(Yris)

Yris was blushing as she said that. What is this? The way she blushed is really cute. I think about to fall in love...

"Hehehe, the way you blush sure is really cute. You're making me fall in love if you do that!"(Jeff)

"Wha-... What are you saying?! Please don't say such such embarrassing things!!!"(Yris)

Her face became completely red, I can't believe she turn from beautiful to cute. I think I'm forgetting something.

"Hey, both of you! Can you please stop doing lovey dovey thing and help me over here?!"(Elly)

"Jeff!!! Help me over here!!!"(Emlyn)

Oh crap... I forgot about them. I hurriedly brought Emilyn while Yris was healing Elly, after that I brought Elmyn to Yris to be healed.

"So Jeff... I actually saw what you did earlier and heard what you said to Milady."(Elmyn)

"Me too..."(Elly)

"I see. Then how do you guys think about me right now?"(Jeff)

"Well, I still think you're creepy but I don't think of as a threat."(Elmyn)

"This is the first time I heard of a insane, sadistic person with a kind heart."(Elly)

"Well I guess, I'm only one who is like that."(Jeff)

After that we told the prisoners that it was okay, their face were filled happiness and comfort. They leaved the cave and began leaving with the girls.

"Are going with us Jeff?"(Yris)

"You will be a hailed hero if go to the ciy with us, and will also be rewarded."(Elly)

"She's right, so what will decide, Jeff?"(Elmyn)

"I'm sorry guys, but I don't really need money and fame right now, maybe next time we meet. I also have some "things" to do over here.

The three girls stared blankly at me for a couple of seconds.

"O-oi, don't tell me you're going to..."(Elmyn)

"I guess you really want to do it, huh?"(Elly)

"Do you really have to to do that?"(Yris)

Looks like they understood me. I'm really shocked that they know what I'm about to do. This makes things easier.

"Yeah, yeah. You're all right. So please leave already, I don't want you guys to see it.

"You really are crazy."(Elmyn)

Of course I am.

"Ummm... Jeff?"(Yris)

"Hmmm? What is it?"(Jeff)

"Will we see each other again?"(Yris)

"Yep, we'll definitely see each. I don't know when though."(Jeff)

"You better promise, I haven't repay my debt after all."(Yris)

"I promise."(Jeff)

Yris looked really happy at my answer. What is this? Did I just raise a flag?

"Hehe, I didn't know Milady loves crazy men."(Elly)

"No! it's not like that!"(Yris)

"But Milady, your face is very red right now. I guess you do love Jeff,hehehe."(Elmyn)

"Please stop it already, Ummm... Jeff, I hope to see you again. Let's go you two!"(Yris)

Yris dragged Elmyn and Elly, and proceeded on escorting the prisoners to the city. She left in a hurry while blushing... I guess I really raised a flag. I bid them farewell and returned in side the cave.

FINALLY, TIME FOR SOME FUN!!!

I approached Leroy as I think on what I should do

Ahhh... what should I do, should I pull his eyes out or maybe break all his bones. As I think on what I should a sudden idea popped up into my head.

Oh, I know! Let's tell him a story. I approached Leroy while holding my knife.

"Hello Leroy~. Wanna hear a bedtime story?"(Jeff)

"What the fuck are you talking about?"(Leroy)

"Well I'll tell a story then, let me tell the story by interpreting it with your fingers."(Jeff)

"..."(Leroy)

"Okay then, let me tell you the cast of the story. The first character will be the father who represents the middle finger and then the mother will be the ring finger. Next the index finger will represent the older brother and the pinky will be the sister and lastly, the thumb will be the little brother

Leroy was dumbfounded by my behavior but I ignored it.

"Let's start the story. Once there was a family who had 3 kids. The mother and father loved all their children but the one they loved the most was the youngest of the younger brother. Being jealous the big brother abused the younger brother."

After I said that I stabbed his thumb on the right hand.

"Ahhhhhh..."(Leroy)

"The father and mother got angry so they made the big brother go away..."(Jeff)

I then cut the index finger and threw them away.

"Stoooop..."(Leroy)

"Then, turns out that the sister was a yandere and a brocon. She got angry at her family and cut them in half."(Jeff)

I cut Leroy's thumb, middle finger and ring finger into half. His fingers was still intact but was split into two.

"Pleeeease...."(Jeff)

"And then the ghost of the family the sister killed summoned a monster and made her get eaten, The End."(Jeff)

To finish the story I cut his pinky and made him swallow it. Now his eyes were full despair.

"Oh, my. Seems like you're still awake this time let's use your remaining fingers."(Jeff)

"Please just kill me already..."(Leroy)

"Okay let's start again. Once ....."(Jeff)

I told Leroy again the finger story, he screamed in pain as I cut his fingers with my knife. After that I went to Roy, unfortunately he died due to blood loss, so I had no choice but to tell the story to the others. I thought that telling the finger story was boring so this, so I used the internal organs' story. I couldn't finish the story because they die after halfway I was telling the story. I realized that it was already morning, I took some of the bandits loots, I took some change of clothes and some books. I didn't took Leroy's axe and armor because I didn't want it. I left a note for Yris at the entrance the cave, after that I leave. I went further into the forest happily. I looked at beautiful sun and felt the breeze of the wind.

"Today is a great day."(Jeff)
