A/N Sorry for the long period of no chapters or no info on the story, I have been busy the past week and a half with funeral arrangements that I never got an extended period to write. In return I will try my best to release a chapter today and two tomorrow!

As sleep descended, something similar to a dream came upon me.

I see a vast volcanic plain, with flames constantly spitting up from the magma rivers flowing through the land. Following the flow of the river it reaches an island in the center of multiple magma flows. In the center of the small island a body seems to be forming from the flames and the earth, making the skin resemble the plains around, with lines across it's body glowing like the magma rivers. As I get closer the bodies eyes open, and with a surge of energy roars towards the sky.

I see similar scenes multiple times but in different environments, such as within an ice cap and within a typhoon.

After many different 'births' I see a new scene. In front of me is a group of the creatures I just saw being birthed kneeling towards a man sitting upon a throne of flesh. The man looks to be in his mid twenties with black hair, golden eyes and bronze skin. On his head lies a crown with points resembling sword tips. The man rises and lifts his bone sword high into the sky and roars. Taking that as a signal the horde also begins roaring.

In the distance an army appears as if incensed by their roaring. The army would appear to be an army of God, as the soldiers and generals have angelic wings and halos adorning their figure. Although the Generals halos seem to be a deeper shade of Gold and have an extra pair of wings.

The Horde's king signals for his army to charge and meet the enemy, while he engages the enemy commander. As the two leaders are about to clash the scene changes again. I am now greeted with the battlefield after.

Corpses plaster the ground with nearly no room to walk. In the centre of the cadavers the King is on his knees weeping while holding one of many corpses caused by this battle. Lying about 20 meters in front of him lies the Angels Commander on his last breath. I glanced at the dace of the body the King's holding. My mind freezes until confusion sets in.

The body is my own. But from what I can tell this dream took place millennia prior. How could I have existed and died thousands upon thousands of years ago?

A change begins to occur in the area, the corpses being to disappear, the angels turning into particles of light and rising while the horde's begin merging with the earth and sinking. My own among them. The king being all that remains. Though I guess he can't be a King anymore, as who has ever heard of a king with no subjects?

My vision begins to blur and the King although not moving is getting further and further away. Before the dream fully fades the last thing I see is the King looking in my direction and smiling.

I awoke with a start and looked around in a hurry. I am greeted by Diana rushing towards me crying while Fen is already nestled against my body. In the distance I can see Echidna's corpse still lying there. As soon as Diana reached me instead of a hug or kiss I was met with a fist to the gut.

"What was that for!?" For a character that doesn't specialize in strength that still knocked the air out of me

"You big idiot! Why were you so reckless!? I thought you'd died! You're so stupid!" After that she just began to cry into my chest. I didn't quite know how to respond, I wasn't usually the best at comforting people, especially when I'm the one at fault. Eventually I sighed and tried my best.

"Diana, I'm sorry. It was all my fault, how can I make it up to you?" Hoping that would help the situation I apologized.

"Will you do anything?"

"Within my abilities if at all possible please."

"OK, I want you to marry me!" As she said that her crying seemed to disappear as if it was all an act. What? Was I just played?

"Uh...is this not maybe a bit rushed Diana? We did only meet a week and a half ago, do you not want to give this more time?"

"No! I love you, I don't care how long we've known each other!(If I waste anymore time making him mine, some harlot might steal him from me!) so please marry me!" I was dumbstruck hearing her words. This was the first time I was confessed to with such vigor. Although my alter ego self was confessed to by my sister, that wasn't me. I began to think of my feelings toward Diana.

We had been together 24/7 for one and half weeks, so I can't say I have no feelings for her, especially considering we already had sex and how lovey dovey we were acting on the way. And I don't feel I'm gonna find any other girl who I could act that way towards, is that love? Feeling that your partner is one of a kind? That no one else could do what they do? I don't know...

Oh well, I like Diana, and she loves me and in this kinda world marriage might not be that bad of a thing...

'Two new titles...Ice Emperor I assume is from the marriage and, Hero. Is that from the Defiance trait? What does Defiance have to do with being a hero? So I'm now a Demon King and a Hero, am I meant to subjugate myself?'
