《Heretic King》Heretic King - Chapter 23

As I looked forward to upgrading my staff again once I dealt with the Survivor camp, I continued on my merry way towards London, never realizing that I would have a 'fated' meeting there.
London, UK. 2 days after.
"Brother how have we still not found him? I thought your tracking ability could find him...?" I asked slightly irritated that we still hadn't found the one now being called "One-Man Army".The name originated after a few survivors of a large group that tried to kill him got wiped out just by him himself. I had asked my brother when I heard this if he was capable of such a thing. I was told:
"A Maximum of 60." This caused me to be even more shocked as so far no one could stand up to my brother...sadly.
As we sat on the walls of the Survivor camp waiting for the sun to rise, just as it did we saw a mans figure upon the horizon. The mans clothes were surprisingly intact, indicating he had some skill. If not he would be like this haggard group of cowards, clothes in shambles. Once he arrived before the gates a guard approached him to ask for him to identify himself.
As where we were sitting was near the gate we heard the conversation well.
"Oi, you! Identify yourself!." Instead the man seemed to grin to himself. I just managed to hear a mutter that I assumed was my imagination.
"So....this is...it..."
As he finished muttering in the flash of an eye the guard now no longer had a head perched upon his shoulders. All that was there was pulp of what used to be a brain.
"I am Thomas Crowe."
My eyes dilated at what he just said, before my brother and I had any time to react he had already blaster down the door. He quickly threw something towards the crowd of guards. I regret looking as I realized what he threw. I was blinded for a couple of seconds as the flash-bang went off. By the time I had recovered he was gone and where he was previously was a pool of blood and scattered bones.

"Brother, quic-"
I was cut off as my brother without waiting for me to finished began sprinting in the direction of the centre square.
As I followed I realized why my brother knew the exact direction he had went as it was just follow the trails of what remains of corpses. As I rounded the corner to the square, a scene was burned into my eyes that I would never forget.
There he was holding the head of the leader of the Camp, standing on a mound of corpses surrounded by blood. Something in my mind awakened and my heart throbbed in an unknown feeling seeing this scene. The blood red cascading his form, his desire for slaughter, his bloodthirsty smile, and my brothers frightened appearance. All this was imprinted on my brain so as to make sure I never forgot this moment.
As he began to notice his surroundings he looked over here, seeing us his smile grew wider while he tossed the head of the leader to the side. Although some people might think that I should have been afraid like my brother, instead the thought that ran through my head was something entirely different.
'If it's him I'd let him kill me. If it made him happy'
I had no idea at that time how absurd my thoughts were, but as he approached, my brother became even more terrified. He was even more sensitive to fear with his animal instincts than the rest of us. As he felt the heart palpitating aura he fell to his knees, expecting a quick death. Instead the smile on dear's face dimmed, until he finally let out a sigh of disappointment. Seeing that my heart throbbed in pain, wishing he wouldn't feel such emotions.
Suddenly not knowing what came over me I pounced into his embrace. In shock he looked down at me, as he did I quickly tenderly kissed him in a loving kiss. He began to close his eyes in contentment. I whispered in his ears. "Take me...."

And he did, right then and there in front of a pile of corpses, my brother watching, the blood stained ground our bed and the rising sun our canopy. And in my mind a phrase I remember hearing echoed in my mind and came out of my mouth.
"Anyone who comes in between me and Thomas can just die!" I could feel him twitch slightly inside me when I said that. Thinking it a sign of approval I tightened up and we both reached climax.
Thomas' POV
Shit what did I do to cause this...
I had arrived at the base after several interruptions. Thus slowing my trip, which should have taken less than a day, to a two day trip.
After finally arriving at the Survivor Camp, I was relieved but in a different way than the usual visitors to this camp.
As the guard shouted at me to identify myself, I seemed to lose patience at being talked down to like that, and splat like a watermelon his head was burst to pulp.
I then began the extermination, all of the people I encountered seemed to be small fry. Even the one who was the so called Leader.
When I turned around I saw two people who had auras of strong warriors. I grinned anticipating a great fight but neither of them were battle worthy for two entirely different reasons. The male counterpart who looked remarkably like a brutish character from HunterxHunter began to shake at the knees. Obviously he was frightened by me.
The other is what has me worrying, in her eyes I swear I could see hearts, while she stared at me with eyes that seemed to be obsessive. As I turned to get out of dodge, she pounced into my chest embracing me, as I began to look down to question her and show her away, she had already kissed me passionately, that you would swear that I was the Jack to her Rose. As I became absorbed in the kiss, I heard her whisper in my ears, two words which pushed me over the edge.
"Take me"
And who was I to refuse. The only problem I had was, as every guy would understand, she wasn't a virgin. Looking at her, her age couldn't be above 20. Mid way through I heard something that sent a shudder through my entire body.
"Anyone who comes in between me and Thomas can just die!"
She must have misunderstood as she tightened enough constricting my dick to climax. And that was how I lost my virginity, next to a pile of corpses and a cowering man who had a pissed over crotch protruding with an erection. Not how I imagined it in the slightest.
I think I'll have a lot of trouble ditching this one compared to Julie.
*Achoo*

For one, even if someone tried to tell her, she doesn't know the language. Number two, have you heard about the sunk cost fallacy? Riza is not some chosen one, nor is given any boon she doesn't deserve. Instead, she's smart and methodical, and experiements on how to maximise every opportunity, every ability, presented to her. She doesn't just take things at face-value but instead explores just what limitations there are. This often involves maths.
