Chapter 7: Exhibitionist (part 1)

Getting up from their seats the group gathered up around Blake.
“So where do we go now?” Conner spoke up.
“Well,” Ophelia placed her finger on her chin. “it's lunch time now, so lets go eat somewhere.”
“There's always the cafeteria outside. Don't most students eat there?” Robin asked.
“Don't we have to pay though?”
“We're four Conner. Nobody is gonna pay. Our parents do by helping out the hunting.” Adam retorted.
“Let go then.” Robin said. With a nod from everyone, the group headed out to the outdoor cafeteria.
Getting in the line at the outdoor cafeteria, the group waited chatting idly while getting their food.
“School seems pretty fun so far don't you think Blake?” Ophelia asked.
“Yeah, it's really informative about how to use our skills. Plus the instructors seem really skilled. We can probably learn a lot from them.”
Nodding his head, Adam agreed. “Yeah, I thought it was so cool how Mrs. Kertenkela did all that in an instant. I can't wait to see what kind of moves we'll be able to do by the time we've learned everything.”
Adam's eye held a sparkle.
“I totally agree! Quick, efficient, and cool. I could learn so many different ways to prank people.”
Conner joined Adam in his reverance with a slightly different reason.
“They look like a bunch of kids.” Robin murmured.
“That's because they ARE kids Robin.” Blake retorted, apparently hearing Robin's voice.
The group grabbed their food and sat down at a round table. Blake sat next to Adam and Ophelia; Robin was next to Ophelia and Conner, and Conner was next to Adam. Conner, Adam, and Robin all got meat dishes while Blake got fish and Ophelia got a salad.
“So,” Ophelia said as she took a bite out of her vegetarian meal. “since we got time to look at our status plates now. Lets share.”

“Eh? Isn't it kinda personal? I'm not sure if I wanna do that.”
Adam gave Conner and Robin = Oi why are you looking at me? = a skeptical look.
Crossing her arms, her brown eyes stared into the soul of the red ones. “We're all friends here. There's no reason for us to hold out on each other. Don't tell me you're still hung up on what happened earlier?”
Adam's eyes stared back with a defiant look, but finally looked away from the piercing pair of eyes. Smirking at her victory, a fang was exposed in Ophelia's mouth. Meanwhile, in conflict over his pride, anger for losing, and logic, Adam weighed the pros and cons and then finally admitted,
“Fine. I'll do it, but only if every else does it as well.”
Nodding, Ophelia reached for her status plate, as did the others. With the sounds of the devices opening, five statuses were revealed on the table. Leaning forward, Robin scrutinized the other four.

Cat:As a member of the cat faunus, you are agile and have a keen sense of balance no matter what situation you're in. Fall damage is reduced by 20% and your Dexterity is increased by 25%.Current Dexterity: 5(+1)
Schrodinger (Active):When activated, you are able to create a second persona occupying the same space as yourself. You are able to separate from this persona unaffected by whatever external forces were being applied to it. The persona has physical substance allowing you to use your existing body as a platform to rapidly change directions. Personas fade away after separating from the main body.

Miasma (Passive):Thanks to your personality, you secretly enjoy making people suffer, granting a unique stat 'Sadism'. In battle the stat is set to zero and climbs the longer you are in battle. The maximum it can reach is based on the stat. Sadism grants bonus damage.Miasma (Active):When activated, you can create a cloud that can afflict your enemies with poison. The effects can change with the skills you are using in conjuction.
Current Possible Combinations: Poison cloud, Paralyze cloud, Healing cloud

The power increased per stack corresponds to Exhibitionist stat. Stat can be trained by continuously showing off.Iaido (Active):When activated, your next attack, consisting of drawing your weapon, attacking once, and resheathing it, will triple in power. In return, the rest of your Aura is diminished.
