As I felt the impact my head, I suddenly started seeing error messages flash in front of my eyes.
Error: audio sensors lost.
Error: visual systems lost.
Error: vocal systems lost.
Warning full system shutdown initiated.
Earlier today I began work on the infiltrator avatar. So I was able to switch over to the infiltrator when I lost connection. "Now to see what happened to my old body." I walked into the medical bay to see Carol standing over my body holding a chair.
Carol looked startled and said."Who are you where you came from?' She pointed the chair at me.
Andrew and Steve both turned around and looked at me, And then shouted at the same time. "ARE YOU AN ELF?
Cray
"I'm Cray and how did you guys both know what an elf is?"
Steve and Andrew said, "we both game all the time with." They were interrupted by Carol. "themselves!" she glared at the two of them. Andrew then said."elves are in a lot of games, so we know what they look like." Cray then said."there's a town near here that has people that look like elves, so I decided to use an infiltrator to look like them." while waving down to myself.
Andrew and Stephen asked at the same time "Can we come,"I thought about it. There wasn't really anything they could do here. I wasn't ganna keep them locked up in here for their own safety. All I really need to do is, arm them and give them disguises. After all, there required to have basic military training in order to even be on a spaceship. I reply to their question: yes, but I'll need to make sure to get you guys disguises and weapons."Carol looked startled for a second and then said:"wait what, if you're going to see a whole new race I'm coming to."
I walked back into the engineering room and saw my face on a mirror that was over a worktable. My face was bland average cheeks dark brown hair, and the Elven pointed ears with dark brown eyes. "this is an infiltrator?" I guess the faces supposed to be unmemorable.

I made another 15 spider bots and to excavators. They would begin building an underground tunnel from the bottom of the ship to the shoreline. Soon Carol wouldn't have to worry about the giant lizards. The reason why I didn't just kill the lizards, is because I think they're the reason why the ship hasn't been scavenged yet. There are only two ships that could be scavenged, and one of them had been picked clean to the skeletal structure.
I was wearing a standard engineering jumpsuit. So I was going to have to make disguises for not only me but everybody else as well. I called everybody into the room and then wasted 4 hours. Everybody was picking out clothes from scouts videos taken of the city. Andrew and Steve picked out some leather armor, While Carol picked out three dresses. She wanted to try them on first before choosing. She finally ended up going with a dark brown dress with an apron in front. The other two dresses were clearly meant for nobility and would've stood out far too much.
At this point, I received a report from the excavator drones, saying they completed the tunnel. I gave everybody electromagnetic pistols and the equipment to refill them. I had made sure to replace the batteries with power crystals before we went down.
Electromagnetic pistols description: the ammo is a tungsten round with an iron jacket designed for the military. It can penetrate most medium armor. Each shot is the equivalency of a 50 caliber round. Each pistol clip can hold up to 34 rounds of ammo. The pistols also have an inertial compensator built-in to the bottom of the barrel and in front of the trigger guard. The pistols also look and feel like a Glock 19.
We finally got down to the bottom level of the ship and entered the tunnel. The tunnel was perfectly round with a catwalk suspended in the middle. It went straight for 200m before hitting a slant, and a catwalk changed from a flat path to stairs. The stairs led to a bunker with a doorway that we could use to get in and out. I had the drones place a turret on top of the bunker and one more in the tunnel in case something tried to break in.

While we're gone, I'll have the drones finish patching the ship and emptying out all the water. The systems for the crew quarters will be repaired as well. So though be able to spend time in their own rooms.
I had Scout start flying back to us so he could lead us to the town. It was going to be a long walk. It was tough going walking through the woods, but it went by fast. Andrew and Steve were talking to me the whole time about D&D races. Carol stayed quiet the whole time. We got to a dirt road. Scout landed right beside me and folded up his wings into his front legs. He now looked like a Doberman with the box he head.
It took us five more minutes of walking down the road before we saw the walls of the city. During this time Carol kept trying to pet Scout, Scout would let her, but occasionally he would wander off. Right before we came inside of the gate, I told Scout to go back to patrolling around the city.
When we reached the gates, There were two guards, one standing on either side of the gate. The guards barely took notice of us as we walked through. I guess they're here just to keep out monsters. As we walked by one of the guards said "morning, "I answered back without thinking "morning took me a second, but when I replayed the video of when he said morning, but his lips didn't match what he said. Is there some kind of Auto translation going on here? I wonder if that's a new part of the HUD.
More people continued to talk in the street as we walked by and none of their mouths match what they were saying. "I guess I don't have to learn a new language now" I set out loud Carol Stephen and Andrew all looked at me at the same time Carol asked."What do you mean? I replied."
-"There's some kind of Auto translation going on so that we can understand the natives, having you notice they're all speaking our language."
-Carol turned her head and listening to the people around her while watching them."Yeah, their lips aren't right, but I can still understand them. That's pretty good, for us anyways,"
I told the group "For now, let's try and ask somebody to figure out why one of our engines is randomly turning on and off in the middle of the city. And find more information about the world here."

Gods of Arkanoth
The hunter has been betrayed, left alone in the streets of a lugubrious district. Only one goal appears in his eyes: to avenge himself. In his quest to avenge himself, he'll encounter an enigmatic scientist who seems to hide his true nature, a savior pretending to be a God, and the terrible truth of those words, bringing him against something he'd never thought he'd have to affront. This is the odyssey of the hunter, in a quest to put a long overdue end to a war between two worlds. // What to expect:The beginning will surely be intriguing, most of what's happeing won't be directly explained, although there will be some hints about their true roles, but do not worry about some subjects never leaving that misty fog that is unanswered questions! The novel is divided in two parts, the first focusing on uncovering the well-hidden secrets the city of Arkanoth hides, be it concerning its making or its inhabitants. As for the second part, it will be an expedition into the unknown, we could, in a way, say the true start of the journey our three heroes will undertake! I won't say anything more about the second part or else I might tell you an important detail without realizing... As for magic, because yes, there is magic! Although you might not see the shadow of a spell in the first chapters, it will appear in later chapters and will be one of the main subjects of volume 2. There are three heroes, yes, but they will not appear directly. While the first two protagonists appear in quite the beginning, the third will take his time, taking some stroll in the Districts of Arkanoth while we focus on the story of the hunter. But that does not lessen his importance in the story a bit, trust me. What about these three heroes, you say? Well, they all have their own issues, from their character to their torments, and as the story progresses they will have to come clean with their past (character development is to be expected) and will find their reason for fighting, braving all odds. I draw my inspiration from mythology, more precisely Aztec mythology. I want to stay true to a certain extent about it and all the relations between the gods and their role, however I will still change some things to my liking, so do not expect for all of the mythology to be respected to the letter. Finally! I have to say English is a foreign langage for me, so I might not choose the best words or straight-up miswrite something, if it bothers your experience, just tell me in the comments and I'll look into it! It is also my first time writing a book, so some parts might seem sloppy, but I hope I will be able to improve throughout this journey so as to give the most enjoyable reading experience to you. // Who might enjoy this story: Firstly, if you like deep lore and stories in which past plays a big role, you will like how everything unravels to show the hidden truths of the world. However if you do not appreciate not instantly understanding what's happening or who - or even what - this person might be, then you might not appreciate the story. There will be disturbing and gore descriptions, so if you're sensitive, don't like reading about someone being beheaded and such, you should probably pass this one. There is strong langage, although I won't abuse it, I won't be lying saying no insults will appear. Finally, the heroes will not always win, they will sometime lose battles, be it important ones or unimportant, and they will, most of the time, not come out unscathed from those. // Time Schedule : once every two sundays at 7:pm Ps : feel free to tell me if something is bad, or feel wrong with the book, it really helps me. I've written till' chapter 4 (in my mother tongue, so I'll still have to translate), however I'll make some minor and major changes, thus it will take some time to post them. Schedule will probably not change after releasing chapter 4, so don't worry, it won't take even longer to post a chapter than it already is. Enjoy the ride :)
