《WTF I'm a Dungeon!? (Dropped)》Won't be a chapter for maybe 2-3 ish days. Also authors rant to meet the character requirement

Ughgh, sending out 4 chapters in two days really took it out of me, I'll be taking a few days rest and will probably redo chapter 3. I was tired when I wrote it and it ended up shorter than I originally intended for, and it had a lot less detail. Seriously, people who send out daily chapters are probably high-level undead...
Now a rant to meet the character requirement.
I may have shot myself in the foot by choosing a dungeon building story as my first work. Being a dungeon means that you are always a defender, almost never an aggressor. You view combat from a spectator's point of view and usually won't personally engage in combat until late into the game.
Which means the author must be able to create enough interesting encounters so that the story doesn't feel boring, which either leads to a cycle of continuously introducing stronger characters and before you know it your spirit bombs are one-shotting entire planets. Or the author must set a goal early on to which must be achieved before said cycle happens though most stories suffer this dilemma. I need to use the second option because I have already set the higher maximum power levels in the prologue, I have a bit of lee-way though since I was a bit vague in the actual battle.
And back to dungeons, dungeon builder novels usually base their action around combat which happens in the dungeon, which the dungeon core spectates, this becomes a situation of watching someone whos watching another person play games. This can be fixed by using multiple POVs but the overuse of such will lower the mc's presence, whom the story is supposed to be based around. So slowly the act of writing a good dungeon builder novel is like trying to balance plates on thin wooden sticks. Since the dungeon usually cannot move, it means that you need to rely on different POVs more in order to create major world-building outside the dungeons bubble of influence, and trying to explain how a former human soul is OK with the idea of creating a literal trap for sentient beings is also another headache.

Dungeon builder novels basically rely on multiple POVs, the action becomes more boring and becomes a repeat of plus 1 floor, higher rank adventurers have appeared and now they're dead. Dungeon builders are more suited for short stories unless you plan on A) leaving the dungeon and dump it to the side or B) Go the Overlord route and create your own country, which is kinda like A) in the way that the dungeon becomes a somewhat second or third focus.
Well just a little rant, I do plan on finishing this novel though if I get stuck I'll probably swap and write another novel to fill the time and come back when I have more experience. I have a bit more options in this because I could just pick a random reincarnator I teased in Chapter 1, or I could do a story of Kal'Zard or Shou Nuya whom I both showed in the Prologue, doing this would allow me to build upon an existing universe, making it richer and I could still somewhat further the plot of this novel. Honestly, maybe I should've written a few short stories before trying to start a large extended universe...
WELL! It's too late to regret now! Already 4 chapters in and I don't think I can stop now!
As an author, I should at least finish my first story otherwise this determination of mine might as well be worth shit!
Also, poll question, if you were starting a dungeon which starting monster would you pick? (Based on last chapters stats yes I do plan on keeping those stats and yes I am going to be keeping those stats for the story)
