DING! DING! DING! DING! DING!

Reyna shot out of her blankets in shock as loud ringing sounds were blasted into her ears. She was greeted with a fully opaque blue box that rudely obstructed the entirety of her vision.

CITY RAID EVENT IN LOPIA!!! IN 10 HOURS, A HUGE BATTLE SHIP WILL ATTACK! WHY? BECAUSE XENON IS BORED AND HAD NOTHING BETTER TO DO! 

IF IT MAKES YOU FEEL BATTLE, 284 CITIES ON THE PLANET ARE ALSO GOING TO BE ATTACKED! THAT FEELS BATTLE, DOESN'T IT? ALSO, JUST FOR YOUR GUILD, THE ATTACKING MONSTERS CAN BE CAPTURED OR WHATEVER! I THINK SHE SAID THEY WERE NAMED LYCRANS OR SOMETHING.

Reyna skimmed through all the text. To be awoken by a ping right after falling sleeping in a shoddy motel after a hard capture quest... (Also, lame puns.) Needless to say, the half-asleep woman was not pleased. The worst part? The leader of the Monster Collector Guild was definitely going to recall all of his members for a meeting right away. Reyna was sure of that. She looked out of the window of the motel room. Dark as midnight. Most of the buildings had darkened windows save for a few. Sighing, the woman got out of bed and switched from her nightgown to battle attire with the help of Equipment Swap.

As she opened the door and prepared to head out, Reyna spared a last look backwards. It was still fairly neat, except for the crumbled bed. Mostly because she went to sleep the moment she got into the room.

'Psycho Hands: Sort bed!' She thought.

-50 MP.

In a second, the bed was back to pristine condition. She didn't want to trouble the poor motel workers. Seconds after she headed out of the room, down the stairway and out of the motel, she received a message.

A message from your Guild Leader.

All members, please report to the meeting room! (1 hour)

The expected message came. (Atteus was a man of few words as usual.) Reyna headed to the city portal and teleported back to her guild. As she headed to the meeting room, she decided to head to her room to play with her cats since there was still time. Better than spending her time cooped in a meeting room waiting for the other members to arrive.

"Hello kitties!" Reyna said cheerfully as she opened the door.

"Meeeowwwwwwww..."

Only to be greeted by Tiger mewing pitfully as he hung from a tangle of yarn on the door knob on the other side of the door. (She left the lights on before she left so they are still on.) Yowi, the new cat was nowhere to be seen. 'What the heck?' Quickly, she freed the poor cat from the yarn. Tiger collapsed into a pile on the floor, still meowing pitifully. Hanging in such an awkward position for hours made Tiger cramp all over his body.

"What happened to you?" Asked Reyna to the cat who did not under her words apart from 'you'.

In a hurry, she decided to summon one of her battle pets.

Summoned pet: Azure Ape.

A sleeping blue human sized monkey materialised on the ground. He continued to snore peacefully. At least until Reyna smacked him hard on the rump.

"OWWW!" He yelped as he jolted away in a similar manner as Reyna did from earlier.

"What the fuck, human?" The monkey glared at her.

"Ask Tiger who bullied him." Reyna pointed to the cat.

"You woke me up just for this?" Monkey made a really exaggerated incredulous face. And yes, Reyna named him 'Monkey'.

"Do it." Reyna directly used a pet command. Monkey made a really frustrated expression but he still complied. No one could defy commands straight from the system.

"Meoow reoww mroew...?" Said Monkey to Tiger.

"Mreeeowwwwww..." Whined Tiger.

After a minute of conversing, Monkey turned around.

"Wussy said he got tied up with the yarn by another cat and that the other cat ran away." Said Monkey. "Now let me go back to sleep!"

Reyna was quite confused. Why did the new cat bully Tiger and escape? Regardless, now that she got what she wanted, Reyna recalled Monkey back into her pet space. There was no reason to piss him off further now that she got what she wanted. Reyna picked up the cat and headed out of her room, petting him all the while. Tiger purred. 

She walked down the hallway and into the meeting room. Almost all the members were there already, quite a number staring at her. Atteus glared at her.

"Reyna, I've said it before. No cats." Atteus made a shooing motion with his hands.

"But-"

"No buts. Get it out right now." Interrupted Atteus.

Reluctantly, Reyna put the cat outside of the room (The cat isn't a system pet since Reyna wanted to save pet slots). The meeting proceeded swiftly afterwards. The weaker members were sent to serve as lookouts all over the city while the better fighters were briefed on what formation to take in order to assure victory.
