Chao Sung watched the glamorous city of the Heavenly Noble Sect below, as his eyes scanned the city below they held a hint of disdain as his eyes swept over the numerous disciples from the other sects within the continent.

"What a bunch of filthy looking dogs..." Mumbled Chao Sung as he looked at the numerous disciples fawning for favour with the Heavenly Noble Sect.

In truth these are the people he loathed the most, many people in the continent believed that Chao Sung was a lustful young man who wanted all forms beauties to satisfy his desire, but this simply wasn't the real 'truth' behind his actions at all.

Chao Sung grew up as the heir to the Heavenly Noble Sect, since he was born he was treated as a prince who can possess anything he desired, everyone he met fawned over him, wanting to use him to benefit from the Heavenly Noble Sect.

Many would say this is a blissful life, and Chao Sung lived arrogantly believing that he had the right to own everything because of his backing and upbringing. The Heavenly Noble Sect Head knew that these thoughts were foolish as in the big picture their Heavenly Noble Sect was 'tiny' and 'weak' compared to the true powerful Sects in the world but he allowed Chao Sung attitude to continue to develop like this as he never thought anyone from the big sects would be interested in such an area and believed it wouldn't matter much, so he continued to spoil Chao Sung into having everything he wanted.

This life continued until Chao Sung met the first grievance in his young life, this was in the form of a beautiful core disciple of a Tier 5 Sect and Chao Sung believing it was his divine right to have everything he wanted felt immediately interested in her cold beauty, and high cultivation level.

After all, he was the best talent the Heavenly Noble Sect procured, along with his backing made his cultivation far outstripped his peers, but to his surprise the girl denied him arrogantly.

Furious he ordered his guards to capture her, but unwittingly he led himself into a calamity, the girl from the Tier 5 sect wasn't there by herself and was even highly valued by the Tier 5 sect themselves, so Chao Sung ended up severely beaten black and blue, and was almost killed if not for the Heavenly Noble Sect head coming in person to beg for his life.

Chao Sung who was completely unaware on how grave the situation was, arrogantly told the Sect Head to execute them and to give the girl to him as a toy, but instead of fulfilling his every whim as he always did, the Sect head much to his shock slapped him harshly and apologised profoundly to the girl as he offered a large reimbursement for letting him live.

The core disciple and her escort left the place completely unharmed, and for the first time in his life he met a mishap, with not only was he insulted and beaten up by the girl he took a fancy on but was even harshly rebuted by the Master gave him everything he wanted.

That night Chao Sung learned in the end of the day he was a small fish within a big pond, and in the grand scheme of things was insignificant in the World. This led to the guy thinking he was a heaven chosen son to have a warped change in his personality.

Therefore, Chao Sung 'lustful' behaviour started in which he would target beautiful girls from illustrious positions of places of power to become his women. Chao Sung's true target wasn't the girls beauty, but he was attracted by the more the girl resisted as it reminded him of the first girl who didn't let him take whatever he wanted of her.

This was why he especially targeted married women, or genius disciples of other sects and even princesses, as they all were use to holding some means of power and were all reluctant to be with him. The more a woman was reluctant and disliked him, the more Chao Sung felt 'turned on'.

So all in all Chao Sung enjoyed to exert his power on the weak and cower before the strong type of person. His personality was warped by the first girl which denied him, making him enjoy to torment others using his influence to lash out at the time when he could nothing to the Tier 5 sect which backed the girl.

From the experience instead of growing and learning from knowing he is not the most influential, powerful person he instead he became twisted making him enjoy the 'helpless' expression on people's faces when they can do nothing against his power and influence.

"I hope you don't disappoint me Dana, I think you will be the best girl I will experience... a genius even more fearsome than me." An evil grin appeared on Chao Sung's face as he thought of Dana's talent, the thought of her arrogant face contorting in pain as he ravaged her emerged in her mind.

The more and more he thought of Dana, the more she overlapped with the image of that Tier 5 Sect core disciple who also more talented than him, was beautiful and refused him.

"I shall see you soon..." Chao Sung laughed wildly as he turned around into his room and began his preparation for the Sect Gathering to begin.

Dana and her group wandered aimlessly around the city of the Heavenly Noble Sect as they admired its beautiful craftsmanship.

Dana who hasn't been anywhere but the backwater area of the four kingdoms couldn't help but marvel in appraisal at the beauty of the place.

The roads were lined with special material, and was neatly organised on the streets as numerous buildings serving all kinds of purposes were arranged on either side of the streets.

In the city there was a bustling atmosphere, as the area was packed full of disciples from other sects, Heavenly Noble Sect disciples and also the well off civilians who could afford to live here.

After all, not everyone who lived here were cultivators or even from the Heavenly Noble Sect. Many nobles and merchants lived here, the merchants especially contributing to the city itself. The Heavenly Noble Sect especially prompted benefits for merchants to come base in the city, as all in all it makes the city a much more attractive destination which racks even more money for the Heavenly Noble Sect.

The merchants sport all sorts of wares, ranging to weapons, alchemy potions and other random things they bought. There were plenty of beneficial cultivation materials and other interesting items you can buy in the city.

As the Heavenly Noble Sect was basically the ruler in this continent, they controlled the nearby Empire, so they especially controlled the trade and merchandise here to make it even more prosperous.

This allowed the city to be coined the nickname 'The Golden City' for being the most popular gathering for cultivators who were looking for certain alchemy potions, materials or even other items.

That was why Dana and the group particularly paid attention to the wares in the stores, to see if they could find any potential interesting items, but before they could continue walking to the next store an annoying but familiar voice sounded out.

"If it isn't the greatest whore from the Elemental Sect, the one who slept her way in by bribing the Sect Head with her body." Princess Hui Ying said with rage in her eyes. As she was strolling around the shops with her escorts from the Heavenly Noble Sect, Dana's group caught her attention making her simmer with rage at the thought of what she went through to do with her.

Of course, Chao Sung was the culprit that all of her grievances, but would she dare pick a fight with that guy? No way. At first Princess Hui Ying thought she benefited immensely giving her body away to Chao Sung to gain a favour, but after trying her body once Chao Sung quickly grew uninterested in her, before throwing her out to his guards to play with. If she didn't put on a pitiful expression and manipulate a fairly high up individual in the Heavenly Noble Sect to gain favour, she would have had to spend the rest of her life pleasing the men of the Heavenly Noble Sect, something she couldn't accept at all.

She was a princess and a genius, and upon seeing Dana again who was not only more beautiful and talented than her, but was the biggest interest of Chao Sung! Made her gnash her teeth in envy and jealously.

'Why does everything like her so much? I'm not that much inferior to her at all, so why is she so favoured all the time.' Princess Hui Ying thought.

Upon seeing Princess Hui Ying emerge a hint of killing intent emerged from Dana's eyes before she quickly concealed it and said, "Oh, if it isn't the Princess. The last time I seen you weren't you rumoured in being Chao Sung's next girl? I heard he even favours you greatly!"

Of course everyone in the surroundings knew of Princess Hui Yings current situation with Chao Sung, calling her his 'favourite' was a great insult at it reminded everyone Princess Hui Ying had lost his favour and was even sent to accompany his men. So how low is her position even within his eyes?

An expression of hate emerged on Princess Hui Ying's face as she said, "Listen slut, just because Chao Sung is interested in you doesn't mean your all so great! I will look forward to seeing if you can maintain that arrogant expression when you are bedded and abandoned by him!"

Princess Hui Ying swiftly left after making such a scene, as she knew that she has already caused a commotion here and didn't want to risk bringing even more displeasure from Chao Sung.

After she left a furious expression emerged on Lavendia face as she said, "She dares to disrespect Master, she deserves death!"

Maia nodded in agreement, after all they felt that Chao Sung wasn't even worthy to lick Dana's boots, never mind be his 'woman' and Princess Hui Ying made it out that Dana was some sort of beggar who craved his attention.

"Relax Maia and Lavendia , we will see who are the victors and the losers are once once the Sect Gathering begins. And besides I wanted to kill her myself anyways, so I'm glad she narrowly escaped death from Chao Sung's hands" Murmured Dana with a cold glint in her eyes.

After that meeting ended, the group booked a room in a hotel and stayed for the night, until the long awaited Sect Gathering was about to start, and the opponents for the first round of the gathering has been drawn and released!
