《Isekai Gundam (Reboot)》Episode 2: The OP Child (Part 1)

It has been about 6 months since I was reborn into this new world, and I have learned a lot of things.
First off is that this definitely isn’t Earth but instead a world called Gaia.
Second; other races exist here besides humans. More specifically, Elves, Dwarves and Beastmen.
Third; magic isn’t that special, as roughly 1/4th of the total human population can use it.
Fourth; Monsters and Demons exist here and are never friendly as they seem to only want to kill Humans and other races.
Fifth; Monsters and Demons can be tamed or summoned if you have the right Job or Skill.
And finally; Golems are a type of Monster that either occur naturally due to Mana oversaturation in the environment or are created with nearby materials and animated by a magic user.
Every day I have been diligently training, first by doing as much exercise as this body can handle and then by spamming Status and Appraisal until I ‘Mind Out’.
I am finally able to talk now and have used that to great effect by reciting speeches from great men and women from Earth’s history. Why am I doing that? It raises Charisma, that’s why. My parents don’t know I do this. I have kept it a secret to avoid any complications that have even the slightest possibility of arising. After all, would any person in their right mind think that a speech giving baby was normal? I think not!
While I was completing my morning routine of sit-ups and crunches (among other things) my mother came over and picked me up. Strange, it isn’t time for milk yet. My mother carried me outside for the first time in my new life. I don’t know why this is the first time, though it was probably due to the high infant mortality rate I mentioned earlier. As my mother walked with me in her arms down a dirt path, I saw numerous other wood and thatch houses and a few ones with walls made of stacked stones with dried mud for filler. We passed from what I assumed was the residential area where I lived through a market with all sorts of goods, wait… Is that an Orc?! Sure enough there was a butcher selling Orc meat along with what appeared to be an oversized chicken. I honestly don’t know how I will be able to eat knowing that my food came from a humanoid being, but I guess I’ll have to rationalize it as ‘eat or be eaten’.

Eventually we reached our destination, but not without Mom showing me off to numerous women and a few men. I guess they are friends of hers? We were outside of a large building made entirely of stone, with ceramic tiles for a roof and glass in its windows.
My instincts are screaming ‘It’s a church!’
Sure enough; inside is a church, complete with alter, pews and what I assumed to be the priest. Also, Dad is here too. I was brought before this man of the cloth and he placed his adult sized hand on my baby sized head. He closed his eyes and invoked a magic spell with a chant. And now my Status is visible to everyone. Oh, boy. There goes my quiet life.
My status read as;
Name – Arkhan
Level – 1
Age – 6 Months

I smile at the priest with a big doofy grin. Did you think it would be so easy to make me spill my stats? I am not going to get rid of my slow life unless I want to! Of course, the priest can’t hear this internal victory cry and says to my parents that I am a ‘Normal, healthy baby boy’ and that I should be made an apprentice to someone so I can get a Job. My parents seem to be satisfied with this and we leave the Church.
All in all, that went better than I had hoped.
I had done some major training to learn how to mask my Status and wasn’t sure it was going to work until today.

The extra titles were likely because of my speeches and my absurd stats. It took all I had to get this powerful, and I am still not done growing! I estimate that I have about a year and a half left to be a normal baby, although I was never a normal baby to begin with. The most painful part was grinding Endurance, as it involved me hitting myself over and over with my tiny baby hands and kicking the bars of my crib repeatedly.
Now I am home and my loving parents are eating far more than they would normally. I have a feeling that what happened earlier today at the church was something more exciting for them than it was for me. They must be happy that their son survived as long as he did and had such decent stats. If only they knew just what kind of a powerhouse I am. Although, I have never tried out my Appraisal on them…
I wonder…?

Dear Lord! Those are some abysmal stats! Or at least they are compared to mine, but I don’t know how my parents stack up to other people, let alone the cream of the crop. Maybe next time I go out I should check the Status of other people just for reference. But that will have to wait for another day, as it’s about time for me to begin my end of the day training regimen. Time to spam Status until I pass out again!

The Supervillain Tries Playing Games to Relax
After yet another hard day of work, William Ainsworth, a National-Level Villain and the CEO of Hound Corporation is surprised with a birthday gift from his head scientist. The gift turns out to be a VR-headset, and after some convincing, William decides to try it, joining a fantasy-styled VRMMORPG alongside thousands of other players. In this new world where he suddenly isn't feared, he finds unlikely friends and allies, including such characters as Tin, a popular girl hiding her nerdier tendencies, Track, a NEET hidden away for the good of the world, George, a military field doctor trying to learn combat and Chrys, a Superhero in-training trying to learn how to fight. At first, William wouldn't consider these oddballs to be any important to him, but after being stuck with them for long enough, they might just let him melt his icy exterior. ------- -In a world where Superheroes and Villains have existed for only a few meagre generations, this story will focus on how a stoic supervillain comes to befriend people when he hasn't ever been allowed to get close to anyone. Imagine it like a sort of Boku no Hero Academia where the big bad villain is playing the same game as the kids, which happens to be a similar game to Legendary Moonlight Sculptor. The story will take place in both the real world and the game and these plots will interact and intersect. Characters will be fleshed out as the story goes along. Enjoy!

Star Gazer
When the mist rolls in, most would either head inside, or brave it's perils via familiar terrain. But what if that mist holds secrets beyond which most could comprehend, let alone traverse? Mia, unequipped as she was, found herself in that very situation, but as danger approached, another came in time to save the girl from the unknown. Luke was a victim of the mist just as she was, and the pair had now begun a journey in a world home to only one of them from which a destiny was soon to be forged. ~~~~~ Star Gazer is high fantasy adventure set in a massive world within which our maturing duo of protagonists will be challenged to uncover truths few are aware are hidden at all. Elements of LitRPG are scattered within and function more as elements of certain character's abilities to read others, rather than a progression system by which our heroes will rely on. Updates will begin daily during premier week, but will slow down to 3 times weekly until further notice. Thank you for any and all support!
