Once she was satisfied with the total haul, she immediately dismissed her party much to Kast and Brom’s utter dismay. She ordered them to return to the city and began selling whatever ‘junks’ to the merchant and never to disturb her time alone with me. Being a tad direct, her words stung the two men like a jilted lover. And it even managed to take me off guard too.

Kast and Brom looked accusingly at me like I was the cause of their short-lived moment partying with their ‘Big Sis’. But I did not give a damn as I concentrate myself purifying the Blood Wrym Soil for Rose while they were having their heated discussions yet again.

But it was over soon after Sonia threatened to PK them on the spot if they did not do as they were ordered. I silently chuckled at their fate but not before they left with curses and insults coming my way. And I was not the type to be talked down without a reply. Standing next to their ‘Big Sis’, I gestured to them that Sonia now ‘belonged’ to me; wrapping my arm around her slender shoulder and pulling her waist close to mine.

Sonia let out a small but pleasant shriek, letting me do whatever I wanted. But Brom and Kast were totally blown over. They nearly fell into rage mode if it was not for Sonia’s word earlier. Taking her words into the account, they continued to curse and insult me further before they relented and returned to the city with tails between their legs. And I send them off with a loud mocking laugh.

“Ghost, I never know you are capable of this…” Sonia looked at me with moistened eyes. I just looked at her blankly and said, “This? Nah… this is to taunt them. Nothing more.”

I immediately let her go and went ahead to my next stop. Elly and Rose were busy collecting the dirt for me to purify as usual and was not aware of what happened. “Elly, Rose. Come. Let’s move on!”

For the next few days, the three girls were my constant companion as we travelled towards our next destination for my quest. Since I did not disclose any information about my quest to Sonia, I was wary of her initial intention. I did not know her real reasoning other than saying she wanted to know me better and it was fun travelling with me. I highly doubt that.

And travelling with Sonia was kind of annoying in the least. What was not to be annoyed about as Sonia went yet again into her flirtatious mode as we rested and had our lunch.

“Ghost, do you think I’m sexy enough?” She cupped her breast and jerked herself forward.

“It’s not easy to make my character looks like the real me.” Liar. That was a red flag whenever someone said that. She must be an ugly potato in real life. But a strong one no doubt.

“Ghost! Don’t just look at her! Look at me too!” Elly turned my head forcefully and I nearly spat my smoked meat out. She had stripped off her armour, exposing her partially nude breast that she covered with one hand. And even Rose too was dangling around jerking and twerking herself about trying to follow suit.

I let out a deep sigh as I shook my head. I just pulled the hood of my robe, covering my eyes as I munched my lunch quietly.

“Ghost can’t be swayed with fake breast like that. Mine is bigger and better. And it’s real too. You can feel it if you want.” Sonia let out a giggle as she forcefully lifted my hand and placed in on her breast. Since it came this way, I could do with a few squeezes.

Surprise, surprise.

It felt like a real one too. Those who created this game and the designers were godsend indeed.

“Are you admiring mine, Ghost?”

I shook my head. “Nope.”

Sonia pouted. Elly did the same too as she placed my other hand on her breast. “How does mine feel? Better than that hoe-witch?” As usual, I gave it a couple of squeezes. Even the NPCs were perfectly done. But enough was enough. I stood up immediately and took a couple of steps away.

“Come, Rose. Let’s look for more soils.” The Alraune jumped with joy since she was finally given some attention. Compared to the other two girls, she realized that she had no assets of her own. Thus, she sulked at a corner before I came to her.

“I’ll help!” Suddenly, the two girls shouted at the same time. They looked at each other and I swore I could see some sparks flew between them. I did not have the time to entertain them anymore.

“You two stay here and be on the lookout for the enemies.” The foes around here were the Goblin Slave, a mid-level 30s monster, Green Goblin – as if to highlight that their skin colour was more fluorescent green than the others and Goblin Sentry, both at ranging around level 60s. Came night time, it was the Goblin Captain, a level 80 monster with his group of 7-9 Goblin Fighters, ranging between level 70-80.

For these few days Sonia had been with us, we had levelled up tremendously. I was now in my mid-60s while Elly was in her early 70s. However, only Rose was still stuck with level 50. Mimi said this was to be expected since Rose had not advanced to the next stage of her growth. Fearing that she might be left behind, I decided to hasten my search for the two items needed for her.

So far, I had gathered up 75 Blood Wyrm Soil of 100% purity. I needed a few more to complete the first item since I had spent most of my rest time identifying and then purifying the soil. As for the Goddess Tears, looked like I needed to find it in a spring water source during the full moon. And there was only one place to do so. The final location of the Old God’s statue called, Idunn’s Love.

“Finally, level 100.” Sonia looked at me and then ran towards my way. After dealing the final blow to the Goblin Captain – as easily as a knife cutting through hot butter – finally, she had reached her target.

“So, are you leaving us now?” I asked her. She shook her head and snorted at me. With her both her hands on her waist, she looked at me accusingly. “Who do you think I am? I’m not about leaving a low-levelled supporter to a low-levelled fighter all by himself!” I swore she just tried to piss Elly off further. And that blonde ally of mine was having none of it.

Though I’d just met Sonia, she was being awfully friendly to me. I did wonder why. Only two days later, when I had collected the final key and Goddess Tears in its purest form that she finally told me her reasons.
