《Abomination》Chapter 26 Respect and Fear (Unedited)

“Finally! Let’s go Messor!” Lucifer roared as he leapt into the sky following his meditation ending.

“Luna just wait a bit longer for me!”

But Luna was currently completely indisposed to Lucifer’s mad rush to her hopeful rescue. She lay on a bed of soft and luxurious furs, as he body heaved with labored breaths as her consciousness struggled to awaken.

“Lady Natasha the Shadow Queen is bonded with one already. I suggest you return her to her partner immediately.” Spoke a grim looking man as he tended to the wounds on Luna’s body.

His hair shaved shorter than inch but he too possessed the same stark white hair as Bael. His face could inspire nightmares in children, with it’s gaunt and haunting features. Sunken eyes and deathly pale white skin, impossible thin red lips brought a terrifying contrast to the man’s visage. Sharp brows, a pointed nose and a lengthy scar decorated his face.

“But uncle! I want her! Can’t we trade with her partner?” A sweet and childish voice called out from behind the pale man.

Soon the figure of an impossible beauty approached the side of the man, as he worked diligently to heal Luna. The beauty was awe inspiring, with a perfect hourglass figure she leaned against the man revealing her modest cleavage as she pleaded with him. Her body stood quite tall for a woman at 5’7” and her willowy waist, buxom bottom, delicate long legs and dainty arms detailed her as almost a life sized doll. Only her face was the true definition of beauty, a face that could cause kings to wage war and nations to fall. Perfectly soft yet childishly plump cheeks added on to her supple and plump limps made her devilishly cute button like nose even more adorable. Her perfectly arched eyebrows would have outlined the lapis blue of her pupils perfectly, but her left eye was marred. It did not keep the same lustrous blue that should have been there; no, it was an eye that made one feel pure malevolent and evil surging from the blood red veins and iris that marred the pristine lapis eyes of the girl. Matching deep red hair flowed down from the crown of her head and draped itself over her shoulders and brought out the pale white of her skin even more, with its deep rich colour. Even with her marred left eye, the girl was truly a beauty fit for the Heavens.

“Lady Natasha, others may not know but our clan knows of the Shadow Queen’s bond. Only their lovers may have the honour of the bond, even their mates do not necessarily have the privilege of the bond.” The older man Natasha called uncle spoke affectionately as he instructed about the intricacies of the Shadow Queen’s bond.

“But uncle Beel, I think her bond is a royal draconian! It is probably too late to do anything now!” Natasha whined to her uncle Beel.

“Natasha! You stole this pup from a royal draconian!” Beel spoke with grave severity as he imagined the consequences of his adorable nieces actions.

“It wasn’t me uncle, it was cousin that told ugly monkey to take her! I only told ugly monkey to bring her to you to get fixed up.” Natasha spoke proudly as she puffed up her sizable C-cup breasts.

“Oh goodness what am I to do with you two? You are to bring the pup to the draconian of your own volition. After that you will apologize and ask what must be done to wipe clean your misdemeanor. Natasha if the draconian royal families find out about us, everything will be for naught! You will live like a caged bird again, never able to leave your father’s house.”

“Got it uncle Beel, I will personally apologize for cousin’s blunder.” Natasha spoke as lovably as she could while making sure she threw her cousin under the bus for all the trouble he had brought. Even if they had taken the puppy and ran, to any half decent tracker it would be a piece of cake to find their tracks and possibly learn of their affairs. The later being much more terrifying for Natasha and her family.

“Send him to me before you go, I have words with that boy.” Beel spoke icily.

“Tell me though, what makes you assume that her bonded is a draconian royal.”

“Well I had gotten wind of Zanigan being attacked by some royal draconian just a while ago. I went to see cousin because he was there and I found him with the monkey and puppy out in the rocklands outside the city. He was going on about bending the puppy to his will and a bunch of other crazy stuff. I asked him about any royal draconians in Zanigan, and he told me about one. And it makes sense. Zanigan being attacked moments after he arrived with the puppy.” Natasha answered smartly as she sashayed her hips in an impossible cute manner.

“Good, it does. I will go with you to apologize. Hopefully having a Blue Sage as your backer can at least guarantee your safety from too severe a demand.” Beel nodded with appreciation for his niece’s intelligent guesswork and answers. She had always been the jewel of the family even in their current state of decline.

“Natasha the fate of our Devol clan will be in your hands when you are older. You must remember the mistakes our forefathers made and do better than them. Even if this draconian is only from a minor royal lineage, he must be treated with respect! We cannot afford to be seen by any of those families yet.”

As the Natasha and Beel suspected, Luna did indeed bond with Lucifer. What they did not know was that Luna was awake the entire time they spoke, Luna knew of the strength that the old man tending to her possessed so when she initially awoke she instantly acted as if she never had. Bearing with the excruciating torment that his healing caused her, she lay prone and only listened to the conversation that the two spoke.

“Luna should have stayed with brother.” She berated herself in the beginning for leaving Lucifer all because she hated the two-leg city. Now she only wished he would find her sooner and rescue her from these strange two-legs. In the midst of her rambling thoughts, Luna felt the familiar connection that Lucifer and her shared instantly flare up as she felt the longing, anxiety, fear and concern he had as she finally felt him again.

“Oh? Seems like he has found us.” Beel said as he noticed the sudden change in Luna. He was not one to be fooled by her act and only took it as token defences from being in a strange place. Uncaring of the act Luna pulled, he continued his work.

“Uncle, he found us?” Natasha asked with a dangerous glint in her eyes that disappeared before her uncle could see it.

“Yes, I can feel the wrath and hatred he is exuding. His Sin is likely Wrath, this may turn troublesome.” Beel sighed as he glanced at the subconsciously wagging tail and excited breathing of Luna before him.

“Should be about 20 minutes before he arrives at the city. Go outside of the northern gate and flag him down. This will be your best bet to make sure he doesn't go ballistic. Hopefully your beauty will serve you well.” Beel chuckled evilly as he watched his niece from the corner of his eyes.

“Yes uncle Beel it shall be done.” Natasha said with a slight bow before she turned and left the room. As if the last words her uncle spoke were nothing new.

As Natasha disappeared through the door of the room, Beel turned to Luna and bowed gently before speaking softly.

“Pup I am sorry for what has happened but do you think you could convince him to be kind to us?” Beel looked deeply at Luna and uttered a seemingly rhetorical question as he too walked out of the room, not before locking it down with a powerful magic. That prevented even Luna's power to enter shadows. It seemed as if he had other plans than just returning her to the royal draconian that had come for her.

Lucifer sped along the sky like a golden meteor, as his Mana charged wings pushed him to extreme speeds. When he finally came close enough to Az Citadel to make out it’s colossal ramparts and towering spires that screamed danger to even him, he felt Luna’s mind through their bond!

“LUNA!” He screamed both mentally and vocally as sudden elation swelled up inside his panicked heart.

“BROTHER!” Luna instantly responded with glee and relief at their reconnection.

“Where are you, what happened, are you safe?” Lucifer began firing off questions at lightning fast speeds, asking them too fast to even get an answer before he asked the next.

“Brother I am with some strange two-legs! I am safe right now but they are coming to meet you! And I don’t know what really happened, I barely remember fighting another Heaven Order Beast, then I woke up with this creepy old two-leg healing me. Brother these two-legs are really strong! The creepy one is a Blue Sage! The other is strange looking bitch, she should have some special bloodline and she too is powerful I'd say about the same as you!” Luna exclaimed as quickly as she could while remembering to make sure she warned Lucifer of the Beel’s freakishly strong power.

“What! A Blue Sage. Dammit, I can’t face one yet.” Lucifer cursed as he heard of Beel’s strength. He knew that although [Vita Messorem Telum] was freakishly powerful, it could do nothing to anyone of Kain’s level or higher. At most the force of the spell would displace them, but it would do no damage even if his Mana Purity outclassed his opponents.

“Luna what are they doing to you, can you hear anything from them?”

“They said that they are going to return me to you, it seems that one that is not with then now used that Heaven Order Beast to capture me. But somehow the creepy one found out about our bound, and then everything changed. The red-bitch is going to meet you outside the gates with the creepy one.” Luna rattled off as she felt Lucifer’s vehement anger growing unceasingly. She worried he would do something rash and start a fight with the creepy old two-leg despite their difference in power.

“Luna wait for me, I am almost there.” Lucifer said gravely as his draconic eye spotted what he could only assume was the red-bitch that Luna told him of. Or at least her outline, as she wore a blood red cloak over herself.

“Messor seems we might not have the chance to slaughter as we hoped.”

Messor remained silent, Lucifer could only assume that it was a sign of her displeasure. He adjusted his flightpath and barreled towards the red cloaked figure of the ‘red-bitch’ who stood over 500 feet away from the massive gates of Az Citadel.

Natasha felt an unprecedented anxiety as she watched the golden meteorite come hurtling at her, it wasn’t untill it got closer that she was able to make out the giant wings of the royal draconian as they fanned outwards to slow his rapid approach. The draconian stood in the air before her in a loose set of black trousers and tunic. His giant wings stayed outstretched as he hovered above her while his tail made sharp whip like snaps as it moved from side to side. The draconian was truly marvelous to behold, his deep black golden scales glistened in the light of the late evening sun, his large bat like wings gave him an almost haunting look as if he was a spawn of Hell itself. She deeply took in his features as she marvelled at the way his scales covered his hands and feet like armaments of godly might in their deep and rich lustre. The way his muscles shifted and moved showed her far more than she would care to admit, despite the loose clothing he wore. Each and everyone of his muscles had the perfect amount of lean yet taught power roped into the fibres of his being, like he was born for war and battle more than ruling like he ought to be. She found his body ravishing to look at and soon an urge more primal than any other rose within her. The urge to fight. But it was all lost as she finally gazed at his face.

Pride.

Wrath.

Was all she could feel from the eyes that stared into her soul. Even his ruggedly handsome face could not tear her eyes away from the two mismatched eyes that bore through her from under the scrunched brow of the royal draconian.

As if remembering something, the draconian closed his incredibly beautiful black and white left eye and only allowed for his terrifying purple dragon like eye to look at her. She felt like he was looking at her like prey when he finally closed that beautiful left eye of his. And that deep urge to fight with the flying draconian swelled within her like a vortex threatening to consume her everything.

Lucifer glared coldly at the woman cloaked in red as she stood below him. The cloak did nothing to prevent his peerless vision from making her extreme beauty and peculiar features completely bare to him. But what truly bothered him was the fighting intent that she gave off so blatantly that even after he shut his left eye, he could still feel the volatile energy of her desire.

“You are the one who took Luna?” Lucifer asked bluntly as he could not bear to look anymore at the unparalleled beauty of the cloaked woman. She was the only being Lucifer had ever seen that had such an appearance that caused even him to give pause. This infuriated Lucifer to no end as he tried to calm himself and focus on the task at hand, Luna's rescue.

“N-no, not me. My cousin had taken the wolf pup in a flight of lust for her power, I was the one to rescue her from him.” The woman said with calm and delicate words. She showed no servility even under the scrutinization of the ominous purple dragon eye of Lucifer. Once again shocking him, though he did not show it outwardly.

“Where is she, you should know I can talk to her and know everything you have said in her presence. And if you lie I will know of it.” Lucifer questioned harshly as he began to feel like the woman before him was not just a pretty face, her lust for battle was much too great. His own battle driven nature called out as if urging him to draw Messor and fight with this otherworldly beauty.

Natasha knew that she could not keep her urge under control much longer so she desperately tried to find a way to get the conversation moving. Luckily the draconian still flying above her had the same idea. At least with getting the conversation moving, as far as she knew.

“Lord Draconian, might I ask you to wait for my uncle before we continue this discussion? He has expressed a desire to meet with you and offer a formal apology for my family's transgression.”

“Your punishment has already been decided. What use is there to add on your Blue Sage uncle?” Questioned the draconian after a slight chuckle that seemed more haunting than amusing to any listener.

“Lord Draconian, please do not be hasty in your judgement! Your partner is already safe and well taken care of, why must there be a punishment for the mistake of my family?” Natasha pleaded with wide eyes as she took a step forward, letting her hood fall. Her luscious vibrant crimson red hair revealed it's magnificence to the twilight lit countryside. While her piercing eyes stared up into the deep purple reptilian eye of the draconian.

“When a child steals, does the parent not pay for his mistake? You would have been better off releasing her and running away. Still I would have hunted you down, but you would have a chance.” Was her only answer, and it filled her with utmost dread and despair as she began to make wild assumptions on what this 'punishment’ could possibly be.

“But,”

“Enough Natasha! He speaks true.” Came the voice of uncle Beel as he came walking out of what appeared to be thin air. Turning to the draconian in the air, Beel spoke with a noble respect that one might expect from nobles when addressing their superiors.

“Pleasure to meet you Lord Draconian, I only wish it was under better circumstances.”

“Enough of the charade old man. I know what you want.” Lucifer snapped as he found the gaunt and pasty visage of the old man incredibly infuriating when in conjunction with that overly polite speech.

“Oh? And what would that be?” The ghoulish old man said with a sinister chuckle that would give children nightmares for the rest of their lives.

“Are you in a position to ask questions?” Lucifer snorted as he let himself fall to the ground. Landing with a loud bang, he cracked the earth he landed on. With a snarl he leveled Messor and aimed at the neck of the ravishing beauty.

“This one cannot keep her intentions hidden like you old ghost. She is honest with herself and she will be your price for hurting Luna.” Lucifer made sure to punctuate his words with a growing amount of Mana and power. He allowed the Light Element to swirl around him as he kept Messor on the neck of the one called Natasha. Maybe it was just a wild fantasy, but he knew that the girl would agree. If only so that she could have a chance to fight him, it was impossible for her to just die without a fight.

“Can you guarantee that you can take my niece's life?” The old man sneered as he released his powerful Blue Sage aura and Mana into the air. The atmosphere trembled as the waves of unrelenting power raged out from the Blue Sage, Lucifer grit his teeth and suppressed his urge to run in the face of such overwhelming strength.

“Hmph if it it wasn’t for the fact that your family holds power over land of Farror, I would kill you without a second thought.”

“Says the one who abducted my family. And if not for the fact that you, have Luna I would continue my warpath till I found her!” Lucifer roared as he pushed the edge of Messor against Natasha's pristine and delicate neck. With a surge of his own Mana, Lucifer struggled to hold his ground against the surging tide that was the power of a Blue Sage.

The tension held thick as Lucifer and the Blue Sage stared each other down and fought with their auras. Lucifer was badly outclassed in terms of aura, but his natural beastliness and savage demeanor made up for what his mind could not. It was sheer instinct that drove him to struggle against the Goliath that stood before him without backing down.

“Tsk. Fine you win, young draconian.” The Sage sighed as he raised his hands in surrender.

“Let me bring your pup here.” He continued to speak as he vanished in a flash of black light. Leaving only his voice to echo across the hills of the plain they stood on.

“Fucking bastard.” Lucifer growled as he felt the pressure disappear from around him.

“Pfffft hahaha, why didn't you call him that when uncle Beel was here? Haha you males are all the same, always acting tough despite the situation. No wonder you all die more often than females.” Natasha snickered as she saw the visible change in Lucifer's posture as he released his tense body.

“What place are you in to talk? You are going to die if Luna has anything wrong with her. Continue to laugh if you can.” A sharp hiss escaped Lucifer's thin lips as he sneered at Natasha.

“I would really like to see you try to kill me.” A dangerous glint appeared in Natasha's eyes as she stared into Lucifer's eye.

“I'm not just a pretty face. No woman of my clan isn't a trained warrior!”

“Hmph, then why is my blade against your throat?”

“That, that is because I was absentminded. If this were a fight, I'd pummel you!” Natasha stammered as she tried to think of an answer to Lucifer's question. Finding nothing substantial she tried to change the subject, seeing as she couldn't refute his words.

“Once Luna is here you and her can duke it out. I find sparring tiresome, fighting is just a weakling method. There is killing and dying.” Lucifer replied blandly as he lifted Messor onto his shoulder and walked away from the fuming Natasha. He judged her to be too weak to prove to be an issue and if the man named Beel truly hurt Luna, well that would be the worst mistake he could ever make.

The two only had to wait for three minutes before they caught sight of Beel walking towards them, with Luna cradled in his arms. Excitement and anticipation burst forth from Lucifer as he finally saw Luna again.

“Before you get mad, I had to put her to sleep. She would have reopened her wounds if she were to move around.” Beel said as he saw the look of worry that clouded the previous excitement that covered Lucifer's face.

“Tell me, I find your whole act very amusing old ghost but why are you so willing to return her? My family may be strong, but this one here isn't a weakling herself. Why not enact the right of combat?” Lucifer questioned while pointing towards Natasha, as he felt the situation of Luna through his bond. He found that she was completely fine, although tired but fine. But the whole scenario was odd for him. He knew the value of Luna, more than he truly let on. How could the Matriarchal lineage of any clan or familia be weak and so easy to tame? Lucifer was truly lucky to have been with Luna almost since her birth, for better or worse she was his little sister and their difference in race mattered little. The number of beings that would kill to have such a relationship with the infamous Shadow Queen Wolf, were countless. Lucifer truly did not understand why Beel would be so willing to give such a chance up.

“Respect and fear boy. If her familia knew of her bond, you would be slaughtered. If your family knew of your bond, they would guard you like better than that Anise Levin. Your value is too great for them. They would hunt my family down to the ends of Gaies should you come to harm. You should know this. And even if my niece could best you in combat there is no guarantee that the Shadow Queen would sever the bond in favor of Natasha.” Beel spoke with a defeated sigh, his face truly showing his regret and no small amount of bitterness to the situation.

“Plus I have my own honour as a Sage. Stealing from such a child would only cause me to live in shame.”

Lucifer stood there shocked. He had never heard of such idiocy in his entire life. What use was honour when you would die? All that matters is victory and survival. The concepts of honour meant little to him who had grown up fighting desperately for his life for over 6 years. With a glance at the figure of Natasha, who had not once stopped glaring at him, Lucifer chortled slightly.

“Old ghost, while I do not understand your reasons I still must thank you. For saving Luna and bringing her back to me, thank you.” Lucifer spoke with a slight nod of difference to the Blue Sage Beel.

“However there must be a price paid for the act of her kidnapping, agreed?”

Beel’s face congealed in displeasure but he could not refute the words of Lucifer. So with another bitter sigh he nodded with acceptance.

“So I will take your family member.” Lucifer continued.

“The girl, will come with me to the Elemental Academy and stay by my side. I shall not injure her pride or body in any way. She will only have to follow me. Is that fair enough?”

A sudden flash of anger surged into Beel as he heard Lucifer's demand. But as soon as it came it also left. For the words Lucifer said gave Beel an ingenious idea.

“Lord Draconian, that is fair. But you must first best her in combat should you wish to take her. While I may be her uncle, she is her own person.” The Sage spoke calmly as he gave a quick clause onto the deal with Lucifer. He truly wanted Natasha to follow him to the Academy, if she could get there then she would be safe for at least a decade! Even longer if she was with a royal draconian!

“Uncle! What are you saying!” Natasha screamed in shock and horror as she heard the words the two men spoke.

“Shut up girl! You will fight with the Lord Draconian and should you lose you will follow him for your entire life! But if you win, then it is only fair that you have no further obligation towards him. Am I clear!” Beel roared with an unusual fury towards the niece that had always stolen his heart. The sweet and adorable girl that caused no end of trouble, his one and only niece had felt her uncle's anger for the first time in your life. And it scared her.

“That is fine, we will have our match in the practical examination of the Academy. I’m sure she can get through to the finals correct? If she can't then she will automatically become mine.” Lucifer chuckled as he watched the family argument between Natasha and Beel.
