A small band of people make their way through the town of Xi’an. These three females and one male walk around as they seem to be in the search of something.

The male of the group is wrapped within a ragged cloak made out of poorly woven cloth. However this appearance is the opposite of the man’s halberd. The halberd is covered in gold at the base and near the head of the spear part. The spear’s point looks like it could pierce the skies if given the chance, and it has two halberd blades sitting below the spear head.

Next to the man with the halberd is three women with the same type of clothes on, but you can only see their hair colors beyond that. The hair colors range from green, to black, to a deep blue like the ocean.

The group seems to be trying to be inconspicuous but are fairly doing an overall poor job. Their poor job causes the group to be easily scouted out by the sect that controls most of the town of Xi’an.

The four make their way to a memorial accompanied by a large statue of a dragon. The dragon looks comically bloodthirsty and his blue eyes emit a powerful source of Lightning Ki.

This output of Lightning Ki causes thousands of Mortal Realm cultivators to flock to the statue. They meditate while around the statue, hoping for inspiration from the Lightning Dragon God Statue so they can advance to the next realm. Of course they would have to pay a fee to the Heaven’s Pavilion Sect before they could even get near the statue. This is all because the Heaven’s Pavilion is the one who found the mystical statue and has the rights to it.

The small band of interesting people make their way to the statue, before they are stopped by an ugly, saggy looking old man. The Old man puts out the aura of a Spirit Realm Practitioner. He has a raspy voice as he speaks to the group.

“Hello travellers, my name is Chi and I am the Grand Elder of the Heaven’s Pavilion sect, might I ask your names?”

The saggy man says this while purposely trying to flex his power to the group, maybe having a chance to intimidate them. The man of the group walks forward with no fear and reaches for his halberd.

“Wait a minute Lu.” the woman with green hair says. The man hesitates and slowly turns around towards the woman. A powerful bloodlust explodes from the man yet the woman completely ignores this.

The woman walks up to the man and walks past the one she called Lu. Lu harrumphs and walks back to the other two. The woman with green hair gives Grand Elder Chi a deep bow.

“Hello Grand Elder, I apologize for my comrades behavior. My name is Ygg.”

Grand Elder Chi’s wrinkled face lifts an eyebrow in confusion at the strange name of Ygg. He ignores this though and accepts the woman’s apology.

“Well, I see that you intend to tour the Lightning Dragon God Statue that belongs to my sect? Would you like me to give you a personal tour?”

Though he can only see the bottom half of Ygg’s face, he sees the woman smile warmly.

“I think my companions and I would love that Grand Elder.”

The Grand Elder smiles widely at this and thoughts run through the old man’s head. He knows that these people seem to be very special and have powers beyond his as he cannot even sense their true power, but he doubts that they will be stronger than the Statue of his old pupil.

Grand Elder Chi had found that his former student had transformed and took the form of his bloodline, but got turned into stone as some sort of consequence. Using the tracking seal he put on the student, Grand Elder Chi was able to retrieve the statue.

The group of 4 mysterious people consisting of Lu, Ygg, and two other unnamed people follow Grand Elder Chi to the statue. Grand Elder Chi gives them a brief history of the statue whenever they make it there.

The group finds out that the Lightning Dragon God Statue was actually a student of Grand Elder Chi, and only became this strong because of the Grand Elder. The Grand Elder explains that he showed the dragon its true potential, but before the dragon could fully ascend he was struck by tribulation thunder and turned to stone. This is all according to Grand Elder Chi however, and when the Grand Elder says this, the eyes of the statue shines and a faint roar erupts from within.

The crowd surrounding the statue yells in awe as they try to meditate harder since the dragon seems to be reacting to something and maybe giving out knowledge.

When hearing the roar, the part of Ygg’s face that is visible goes pale for a second and the other three are frozen in shock. They are able to sense the pure rage and intense anger coming from the faint roar, yet the roar seems to be dying out.

Yggdrasil walks up to the statue and actually starts to float. Everyone is broken out of their meditating when sensing the weird power coming from the green haired woman.

She floats up to the face of the dragon and stares into the sapphire like eyes, and when the eyes look at her a red glint appears in them. The roar gets louder and louder and soon everyone in the area can no longer hear.

The woman ignores the roars coming from within the dragon and she brings her face closer to its face. The dragon statue rumbles as the face gets closer and closer, the eyes turning more and more red each second.

The woman brings her head close enough to where her breath is hitting the stone face of the dragon man. The statue seems to be very pissed at this as it is shaking so hard that it cracks start to form. The roar changes into a deep and electric life voice that erupts deep from within the statue.

“DON’T TOUCH ME YOU BITCH! AFTER WHAT YOU DID I WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU!” the statue yells. The woman ignores this but Grand Elder Chi sees that his main source of income is cracking and decides to defend the statue. A spirit force erupts from within the wrinkly body of Grand Elder Chi, but that is very short lived.

The man named Lu sends a direct chop to the back of Grand Elder Chi’s neck, causing the old man to instantly faint. Lu goes to finish the old man off before the woman with blue hair stops him.

“Not yet Lu, I think Zao will want him for himself.”

Lu is not very happy having shown restraint for the second time but concedes to the woman’s statements. Back to the woman with green hair, she ignores the dragon’s protests and puts her forehead against the statue’s snout.

The statue vibrates so hard that chips form in the outer layer and start revealing the outer scales of a platinum colored dragon. Even with this though, the outer layer of the statue refuses to break and let what is inside be released.

Ygg sees this and decides to use even more desperate measures to force the dragon to escape his outer rocky shell that binds him.

Ygg puckers her lips and heads towards the snout of the dragon once again. Seeing that the blasted woman he despises is going to kiss his snout, the being within the statue pushes out with intense range one last time. The rock shell that once encased Zao Ning shatters and the beautiful glistening scales of the dragon are once again shown to the world.

However, Zao Ning doesn’t care about this and is only focused on one thing, and that is killing the woman in front of him.

The second his snout is free from his restraints, Zao Ning’s mouth goes wide open and puts the head of the woman inside of it, ready to bite her head off.

‘I WILL KILL YOU YGGDRASIL!’ Zao Ning screams internally, having the head of his mortal enemy inside of his mouth.
