SPLAT!
The man's head explodes and covers the naked child's body head to toe in blood. The child lands on the ground and the thudding of a man's body hitting the floor echoes throughout the room. Zao looks around and sees that the only man still alive was the first one he hit.
This was on purpose of course. Zao walks over to the man and then picks the man up by the hair. Being basically tased and not being able to move, the man could only watch and wonder what the freakishly strong boy was going to do to him.
Wondering how Brain Numbing Wave works on low-level humans, Zao opens his mouth and sends out a sound wave that cannot be heard by Base Mortal Realm humans. With it only being directed at the criminal man, he was the only one to feel its effects.
"Uhhhhhhhhhhhh..."
Only moans and groans manage to come out of the man as his brain begins to lose function as time goes on. Wei can only watch as a horrifying boy seems to be torturing her attackers. Wei then panics as she goes to pick up what she believes is young baby Zao inside a bundle of cloth, but the baby is gone.
Wei then looks back to Zao and the man but the man is now brain dead. Zao lets go of the man's hair and the man's dead body slumps to the floor. Wei knows that she should be mortified by this boy's actions, yet she feels an attachment to the blood-covered boy.
Zao then turns around to look at his mother and his smiles at her.
"Hello, mother." the boy says in an alluring tone. Though not on purpose, everything about Zao Ning is attractive and alluring. It is most likely due to being in the Fiend Realm in his past life.
"My baby... Zao Ning. Is that you?" Wei Ning says while she manages to choke back tears. She had feared for her life and feared for her baby's life, yet here he is. Killing people like he was simply squashing ants.
"Yes, it is me, mother. You are probably quite confused." Zao Ning says with a sophisticated tone.

"The truth is I am what you would call uhhhh. What's the word for it?..."
Zao taps his chins as he tries to remember what the human's called a reincarnated being.
"Oh, that's right! A Bodhisattva." Zao is proud of himself for thinking of this random fact on the spot. Wei just looks at him with wide eyes and she seems dazed and confused.
"A-A Bodhiwhatnow?" Wei says as she has no idea what a Bodhisattva is. All she knows is that her son seems to be something above what Wei can comprehend.
"Basically, a Bodhisattva is someone who dies and has a chance at eternal peace but decides to reincarnate. I have a past life but I have been reborn as your son."
Zao Ning left out something details as this usually only involves humans, and also the fact that this is only a concept and isn't proven at all. Wei Ning looks conflicted at first but she can sense the connection between her and the 4 year old looking child.
"I had never realized that my son could be something so amazing!" Wei says as she is rendered nearly speechless. Truth is, she doesn't fully understand what Zao is talking about at all, yet with it being her son, Wei Ning believes the boy fully.
"Yes, I am amazing mother." Zao says as he puffs out his chest and acts arrogant for once in his human life. Wei Ning claps at her son and they both can feel the warmth of familial love fill their bodies.
For once in both of his lives, Zao can feel himself being attached to someone.
I didn't have these feelings for my wife in my past life. Does it have something to do with the fact that I have a human soul now.
Maybe it was from the fact that Zaragnathor had married his wife because she was strong and they would have strong offspring, not due to love. That could also be why Zao's family had killed him but we won't tell him that.
"Well young Zao, that blood must be have an icky sticky feeling on you! We must wash it off soon." Wei Ning says while talking to Zao in a baby voice. Zao rolls his eyes at this but doesn't deny the fact. Having a human body is horrible in itself, but having a human body that has an uncomfortable feeling covering it, now that's pure torture to the ex-dragon.

Wei Ning takes the cloth that she had once used to wrap around baby Zao, and then gets up and stands beside Zao while putting out her hand. Zao looks at the hand for a second and has a confused look on his face.
"Don't just stand there ya dummy, hold momma's hand and let's walk to the nearest water well." Wei Ning says as if she is scolding the young Zao.
Zao looks appalled at the woman's remark.
THIS HUMAN HAS THE AUDACITY TO CALL ME, ZARAGNATHOR DUMB?! I SHOULD RIP OUT HER TONGUE AND-.
Zao's angry thoughts are cut off by Wei Ning sighing and picking up the fuming child.
"I see, you're still wanting mommy to pick you up and carry you. You're so spoiled." Wei Ning says while giggling.
"Spoiled?! I will have you know that I once ruled the Realms and-!"
"Yes, yes. You are being very fussy today, you know that? Is it that you're hungry?" Wei Ning says while offering a breast to the screaming child. Zao stopped mid sentence and his stomach began to rumble.
Impudent wench knows my weakness... I'll get you back mother!
...
After I finish eating though.
Zao doesn't hesitate and begins to enjoy the feast his mother is offering him. Wei Ning just sighs as she walks down the empty street and goes towards the nearest source of water.
Finally arriving at not a well, but a small creek, Zao has finished his meal. Having his stomach full and the uncomfortable sticky feeling getting worse and worse, Zao manages to wiggle out of his mother's tight grasp.
Landing on the ground not so gracefully, Zao runs at high speeds towards the creek and jumps off the bank.
Spreading his arms outwards in mid air, Zao does a belly flop straight into the water.
SPLAT!
...
...
...
"OOOOOWWWW!" Zao yells as he surfaces from the water. From his face, down to the tips of his toes are now red from the impact of the intense belly flop.
WHY DOES THIS BODY SUCK? MERELY JUMPING INTO WATER HURTS SO MUCH!
Zao roars in pain and Wei quickly hurries over and jumps into the water. The water is about waist deep to Wei but Zao has to swim in order to stay above the water.
"My poor baby, come here." Wei says as she picks up the sniveling boy and soothes him by petting the boy's head and holding him tightly.
The pain covering Zao's body quickly goes away as love fills its place. Zao realized how weak a human's body truly is at this point yet he also realized how strong a mother's love is. Just by holding Zao, the pain has washed away.
With human mother's having such an amazing power of pain nullification, then I can train everyday til I can't move and then be cared by mother...
I must protect this woman at all costs and bring her to the top with me, no matter what.
"Mother, when I become hurt, will you hold me like this, even if I'm older." Zao asks with a straight face. Wei thinks for a second and then giggles at her young child.
"Of course I will you dummy, that's a mother's duty. I don't know how your wife will feel about it though." Wei says playfully.
AND THERE SHE GOES AGAIN, RUINING THE MOMENT BY INSULTING MY INTELLIGENCE. GGAAAHHHH! I WILL KILL YOU WOMAN!
Zao is screaming in anger inside of his head, but on the outside he just has an angry face and clings tighter to his mother. Unbeknownst to Zao, the emotions of a human are beginning to mix with the emotions of a dragon, with all of it starting from a son's need for his mother.
